Nykaa.com — my order was cancelled by nykaa team for the paid products | |||
Order no. Nyk[protected] I ordered 6 products on 30th of november during the time of pink sale. The amount was deducted by my account. After 4 day days on 4th of november i got the message that my order has been cancelled. When i called customer care regarding this issue. They told me that products were out stock due to heavy sale. If the products were out of stock why you accepted my order and charged me for that? You can't cancel my order after the confirmation. That's not my fault because when i ordered those products they were in stock. I called 3-4 times regarding this, they told me that they'll call me back regarding this but no one called me back. I thought nykaa is a very reliable site but they are fooling customers on the name of sale. If you are unable to handle sale why are you are conducting it? Not even i got the refund it's more than 48 hours now till the time of cancellation. Was this information helpful? | |||
