Nykaa.com — not refunding my money

I ordered the brazilian wax on november 12, 2018 which was returned and picked up on november 14. Since then, they say refund has been initiated. I follow up every week and i haven’t received my refund as yet. Crappy and # customer service. Bunch of crooks sitting there and every week they come up with an excuse with the ifsc code or something.
