Nykaa.com — nykaa wanderlust combo not in a box

3 days before i ordered nykaa wanderlust combo which contains 6 products. I wanted to gift that combo to one of my friend. Today i got the delivery but what did i see that it only contained 3 products without any package or box or anything and the delivery boys said that 3 more products will be coming in a day or two. Is this nykaa? You firstly make us order making us see those gift boxes and afterwards you sell the products in a polythene. Wow. Worst experience ever. I want a proper reply to my complaint or i will contact further. Secondly your customer care number isn’t working. Nobody is picking up the call
