Nykaa.com — order cancelled without any prior intimation due to glitch in the system of nykaa

Had placed an order on 18/07/19 for face masks from nykaa wherein the amount payable was zero
Next day on checking the status with nykaa, i was informed that due to glitch in their system the order got placed at low value and subsequently cancelled
If their is a glitch in their system its not the fault of the customer and should be delivered the product as placed
