I had ordered 5 products thorugh nyka's app and they were divided into two shipments. One shipment was due to be delivered today or tomorrow and the other on sat-sun. When i tracked the order today, both of the orders had returned. I didn't get any notification or message. When i enquired, the customer service personnel said that the order was returned by the courier partner. That was my first order from nyks's app and i will not be using it again. This is so so... Wrong and bad the CUSTOMER service you are providing. I ordered a prepaid shipment and it got divided in two parts only 3 items recieved rest were returned without informing or delivering to me and it was a 2355 prepaid and their email.. Support.. Call centre are all useless.. Not giving any information on refund.. I feel like I am dealing with a mafia who doesn't gives a ### after taking money anyhow.
