Nykaa.com — order not delivered yet status is delivered | |||||
I have placed an order from nykaa on 20 march, my order no is nyk-[protected] I have received a text stating that the order has been delivered; however, i haven't received any order. I called up and spoke to a csa who was useless and not of any help. I have paid the full amount and being called a liar by the customer service executive whom i spoke to. Please help me resolve this. Hi, Today(19th March 2019) I have received a Product(Olay Total effects) from Nykaa in damaged condition. It seemed it has been previously opened and used. my email id is manidipa.[protected]@yahoo.com. The order id #NYK[protected]. please help me get a fresh product.
