Nykaa.com — payment done still product not received

Dear Team,
I have ordered this and paid the amount at the time of delivery via UPI as the delivery boy was asking for 10 rs extra for COD. So Thorough link I have paid the amount still the delivery boy told he didn't receive any message that the payment done. As I am working in a bank I have checked all the details and told him the amount has paid and Called to ur customer service they simply refuse to take any complain and told to return the package.
Instead of paying the Amount I have returned the courier.
This is very shameful that after paying also I have returned the product.
Need immediate action on this. I have posted on Facebook also regarding the same. Attached screenshot hereby for your reference.NYK[protected] order number
