[Resolved] Nykaa.com — pickup and refund | |||
I ordered products via nykaa on 19th october, 2018. After receiving the products, 1 was damaged and i requested for exchange. Return was initiated on 21st october. But, after that courier service did not come to pick up the damaged product. I contacted nykaa via mail and phone calls. I asked for return instead of exchange to expedite the process. But, even after 9 days nobody is picking up the product. Nykaa claims it is 3rd party problem. Meanwhile my refund is held up. I do not care about the exchange/return anymore... After 9 days if the company cannot arrange a pickupm they should at least refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
