[censored]ing o general ac and it's technicians, they all bull , I was really put on tension with o general service in thanjavur, I bought 2 of 1.5 ton ac from one big vendor named punniamoorthy pillai department store, they sucks, one of my ac got board problem and another one with transformer problem, the place where I bought, they are saying, I need to wait until message from supplier, both are not even 2 months old, am pretty sure it's happened because of it's [censored]ing experience less technicians, they are now saying they can only repair it only when spares came from Japan, and when it will arrive, only with next shipment, when is their next shipment?, nobody knows!!!, what is the real guarantee for ogeneral ac, ? I am suggesting u all really ogeneral is the best brand for ac, but here worthless... poor customer service, please don't buy, better go for other brands, ogeneral sucks!!!

I purchased ogenral ac 1.5 ton on 2017 may.The ac was not cooling.any warranty applicable
