I wanted to tell my grievance as a consumer. I went to O' General Company's Head Office to buy split ac for me. They told me that i need to buy the ac's through the dealer as they dont sell it directly. Since i live in south delhi so thay told me the authorised dealer for south delhi for Sale & Service is "Cool Wave Air Conditioning". I repeatedly followed them for a month for buying and installation...

I have bought new ac from Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Automatic cut off is not working. I registered my complaint over shop. but till now no body have come. Dear Sir, The above stated AC I bought on 29th Sept 2012 with serial number E004447. There was some problem occurred and the replacement of Inverter Controller (ODU) P.C.B. done on 3rd May 2014 after payment of Rs.9000/-.
