Last time on behalf of my company i have purchased 5 split ac's of O'General for my plant. But your services are very poor & your service engineer not picking our calls and they are not entertaining us. They also told us your problem will be solve shortly but service engineer not attend the problems. I called to concern person many times but they are not came at site. My O'General split ac is not working from past 10 days & i called to concern person, they are saying we are coming but still they not come at our site.     Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased an Split 2T AC in Mumbai as per the details given below and got shifted to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad at below address: OGENERAL O/DR UNIT ASGA24AET T048402 1 OGENERAL AC ASGA24AET 2T SPL T048726 Current address : C 602, Amba G residency, Ahinsa Khand II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad I requested O General customer care to get my AC installed at new location and it was also done by the authorized service center, Shivay Electronics on 13th April'14 on chargeable basis but i am so frustrated and annoyed that till date my AC is not working properly. During in last four months, i had to make at least hundred calls as they could not make it functional as of now.It looks like they were not expert of their product as different technicians who were visiting my house were giving different versions of problem and accordingly, they have changed almost all the parts of AC including Com-pressure. I am not sure weather now it will work for a long.Is O General AC is so bad that within a year of purchase, it will give so many troubles.Also the quality of installation is very bad. However, my humble request to the ETA management is to depute company own expert engineer to get the problem checked and provide necessary solution including "REPLACEMENT OF WHOLE AC" as i have lost the confidence completely with the above experience.Currently, my AC is working but not cooling ( I am attaching herewith a snap of the AC pipes which has got freezes ice over the pipe for your ready reference.       Sir, I purchased the above ac on 30/10/2013 at E city, Vijayawada. Since then, I have been facing the problem of breakdown of ac while it was running. I have complained three times to e city, vijayawada and the technician is coming and changing one small fuse which is placed at the compressor and when I asked them the reason for frequent breakdown and a permanent solution thereof, they are not at all responding properly and thus causing much inconvenience to me. I purchased it for Rs.58000/-. I, therefore, request you to take up the matter and do justice by a permanent solution.

        Hi, This is bring to your notice that I have purchased one Window AC(Ogernal) from uttam nager mittal store but our window AC is not cooling properly at the time of one day, I have already register lots of complains in customer care but they are not giving proper resoluation .Many time engineers came and checked and they also found some manufacturing issue in cooling coil etc.but they are not take any proper action, only give verbal commitment every time. I have also coordinate with sameer Bhandari([protected]) on past one month but he aslo fails our commitment all the time.Now i am going to frustrate all this falls commitments and loose my patience and going to take some strict action against your comany. This is my last written request to you if i am not getting any proper resoluation from your side, i will register my complain in consumer coart for the same. please take strong actation on urgent basis.           Hi,

          I wanted to tell my grievance as a consumer. I went to O' General Company's Head Office to buy split ac for me. They told me that i need to buy the ac's through the dealer as they dont sell it directly. Since i live in south delhi so thay told me the authorised dealer for south delhi for Sale & Service is "Cool Wave Air Conditioning". I repeatedly followed them for a month for buying and installation but they kept on saying that they will come but they never came ( dont know if they want to do the business or not?). So i bought the split ac's fom another dealer in south delhi by the name of "Arvee" ( who are actually very helpful and good ). Within a month after installation i got a trouble in my split ac. They dealer registered a complaint on my behalf. To my surprise the company forwarded the complaint to "Cool Wave Air Conditioning". Why did the company do so? Don't they have their own staff for service or complaint's? Same as before the "Cool Wave Air Conditioning" company did not respond to my complaint. Why has the company (O General) given the dealership to such a dealer who doesn't listen or respond?

          I wanted to just tell the customers of South Delhi to be aware of this thing and get the terms and condition clear from the O General company that you dont have to deal with such dealer like "Cool Wave Air Conditioning" for anything i.e. neither Sale not Service.

              10th june 2014, i purchased my favorite o general split ac with inverter technology.installation done on 12th june 2014 at 4 pm. on 18th june ac reduced cooling. on 19th june it completely stopped cooling. Now other face of service provider experienced. i called on toll free where one executive picked my call and asked me to register my phone number and told me to call back with some information. After that i tried full day but every time computer recorded voice told that all the executive are busy kindly try afterwards. i tired but in van i tried with another phone number in first ring executive picked my phone, i told him kindly unblock my phone. he was very nice. he unblocked my phone. i checked with my previous phone number it worked properly. so i get experience that helpline executive can also make you fool. Because Indian costumer is really a fool. After complaining i received SMS that your complaint will resolve within 24 to 48 hrs. But interesting no body did anything and again i received SMS that your complaint has been resolved successfully.they did this because i am fool.hahahahhah...hohohoho..yes i am fool.today is 22th june 2014. 5 day passed nothing happened. Yes they installed your ac within one day after purchase of new ac.YOU PURCHASE NEW AC BUT DON'T ASK ABOUT SERVICE.

                Dear Team, We had bought a o'general 1.5 ton a/c on 26-Jun-2013 i.e. last year. This AC is still in warranty. However this year suddenly it stopped cooling. We lodged a complaint with the shopkeeper from where we bought it (attached is the invoice of the same for your reference). He sent some engineer who examined it who said its compressor has stopped working, and therefore it will be replaced. He replaced it in 2 days of time saying that he had a spare compressor lying in his shop. However just after 2-3 days, we faced the same problem again. He checked it again and said that compressor is fine however there seems to be some problem with it which only the o'general engineer can fix. I suspect that the replaced compressor is also not the new one but an old compressor. This issue was reported 1 month back. However since then even after so many follow ups no one has bothered to send a guy and check it. Almost half of may and now half of june, we have suffered in hot weather without AC just because of your sheer carelessness. We had bought o'general AC keeping about its brand value and good after sales support in mind. However all this seems to be completely false after experiencing so many problems because of this AC. We are highly disappointed by the insensitive way this issue has been taken care of. Even after making hundreds of calls we get no response by the service center. He simply says that the guy would come in the evening but no one turns up. And therefore, after complete hopelessness from the service center person, I am compelled to write you hoping that you would take it seriously and take an immediate action for its resolution. I have even lodged a fresh complaint. The details are as below: Complaint No.: GHA[protected], Customer Code: EC00281117. I strongly feel that a defective piece has been delivered and therefore request an immediate replacement of the whole unit. I expect a prompt response on the same.                   I purchased o general 1.5 tone inventor ac model split ac from the big shop rathna fan house, t naga. On 24/may/2014 against in the cash bill invoice no.11285 (Rathna cools pvtltd) and i pay bill thru card and AC was installed next day 25th and26th and i ask the warranty and guaranty card they said o general customer care will send by post. Today, i ask the customer care for the same, dealer will provide I called O general south india...

                  we have purchased o general spilt 1.5 ton a.c before 11 months on 6, july, 2013. a.c is not working. it is warranty period it is replace but till today A.c cooling is not properly. we have complaint many times in ambala cantt nd service center branch complaint no.[protected] . against service dealer but they never take any action. Company authorise dealer has visited ten times but still it is not working...

                      Dear Sir Dear sir/ Made I have log the complaint twice in last two month, first log complaint at sargam electronics where i purchased Split 1.5T AC for free service in February'2014 but no response, repeatedly i try to contact at buyer end and also rang to below given complaints number but no vain and 2nd complaint log on 28.05.14 at O general outlet in rohini . Thanks O general log the complaints and given me complaints registration number and finaly service engineer reached my residence and asked for money for free service and asked because warranty period is over in 5 days earlier. where are the three free service which are suppose to give by O General??? When I asked one of Mr Kushal ( Site solution engineer)-[protected](MOB) for free service procedure by O general than he replied unless otherwise customer do not log the complaints we do not do free service our self. I have called more than 10 times since February '14 in following numbers [protected] [protected] [protected] what is the stupid after sales service given by O general? no response /reply by Vendor feedback system for product performance ?                         this complaint is regarding your authorised service centre "R.L. AIR-CONDITIONERS" . how can a company of such repute authorise these goons as their service personnel? they have an inefficient staff and engineers. these people have completely wasted my perfectly working o general window a\c. the engineers who came to service it where highly incompetent in their work god knows what they did that there was a short circuit in the a\c wires and the pcp part of the a\c concked off. and after much complaints 2 engineers came to check it and took the pcp with them saying it'll be repaired in a day or two but even after 2 weeks there was no response from these people. so after constant complaining for 3 weeks finally came the pcp and my a\c was installed but after installation they claimed theres no gas in it therefore there was no cooling from the a\c.. and now when a month has passed my a\c is still lying on the floor not repaired..now these people from R.L AIR COINDITIONERS tell me to call the customer care of O GENERAL A\C company as they no longer cover my area under their services.. what kind of service is this? i fail to understand. where an authorised service centre hires inefficient and incompetent staff and refuses to stand for their actions. because they would have to provide repairs of my a\c on their cost since their engineers spoilt it they have turned their backs after a month of trouble. please seek into this matter at the earliest.

                          Dear Sir, The above stated AC I bought on 29th Sept 2012 with serial number E004447. There was some problem occurred and the replacement of Inverter Controller (ODU) P.C.B. done on 3rd May 2014 after payment of Rs.9000/-. But on very next day, the AC again stopped working and when I called the company and told the problem, they are saying that the repairing or the replaced controller has no guarantee/warranty. I am shocked to hear such reply from a reputed company like "O GENERAL". You can understand even a local company never treats the customers like this.                             Sir, had registered a complaint on April 5th 2014 complaint no. VIJ[protected] and remained you the same about 3 times. But till now no one had attended to solve my problem. Such a poor response from your side. Is this is the right way to treat the customers?? Please, send me service engineer as early as possible.

                              Hello, This is to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased the O General 1.5T WIN.(NR) AXG18APNHW, dated 22 nd March 2009 from City Plaza, Begum Bridge Meerut (U.P). There was cooling problem in the AC, and the complaint for it was lodged on 8 Oct'13 at Gold Star Refrigeration & Air Conditioner, Noida (U.P) There they intimated that the compressor has gone defective and forwarded the AC to the Workshop, with Service Receipt # 3605 of ETA General Private Ltd. The Service Centre people are telling me that the compressor has not yet come from the company's workshop till date. Despite of repeated complaints, my problem is not being attended. It has been more than a month and now it is really annoying to here the same careless response again and again. It is causing lot of inconvienience to me and my family, so please fix this.                                 Please don't ever buy this AC. I have purchased A.C. from the O general Exclusive showroom (M Square, Raheja Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon) as I got reference after speaking to Mr. Aditya from O general. I have made Payment to O general Showroom on[protected]. They delivered ac on[protected] evening(As per Conversation.) Till the Delivery time they are Ok. but for Installation they send there Guy on[protected] at 8:30 pm night(I don't know what they think of customer). When that guy come he doesn't have any plywood or accessories with him as at the time of installation guy told me that they will provide a Plyboard and every thing needed for installation. The Guy that came after so many days just try to skip hi work but any how he completes the work. Now when i ask them to come and complete the work they are avoiding the work and making excuses of not doing. I have called O general center and saying they don't have a dealer with this name. I m just worried that after spending so much of money on AC I have no other option to keep it idle. Please don't ever buy this AC

                                  I bought a o general window ac may 12 from Arihant electronic C road sardarpura jodhpur with warranty and one free service in a year time. I visited distributor point before completion of one year no of time but every time he use to say boss today technical staff will visit and do the service but no body has visited us. After may he told that service Ki jarurat hi nahi hai. But I feel it was totally ignorance of customer interest and miscommunication during the sales. Therefore I request you to please looKinto the matter and send the authorised service representative to fulfill the commitment made during the sales. I hope company like O'General will definitely look into the matter and add one more satisfied customer for mouth of publicity rather than dis satisfy customers.

                                    hamne ek airconditioner[2 ton]ka date 31/05/2010 ko o general ka liya tha.jisme shuru se hi problem thi.jiski hamne 1st complaint 4 day's baad kar di.hum bar-bar complaint karte rahe.company se admi aata tha aur check karta tha aur thik he kah kar chala jata tha.aise kah kar 1year guarantee period nikal diya.fir winters ke bad jab hamne fir complaint kari to admi 24/05/2012 ko aaya aur bola iska compressor khrab hai. compessror 5 year guarrenty me hai.uske baad se hum phone kar rahe hai aur koi reply nahi hai.ab hume ac nahi chahiye money wapas chahiye.

I CALLED ON O'GENERAL SERVICE CENTRE ONE LADY TOLD ME THAT WARRNTY CARD IS SEPREATLY ISSUED ON REQUEST OF DEALER. AGAIN I TOLD THE SHOP OWNER ABOUT THIS HE LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON 7TH APRIL & COMPLAINT NO IS CC03041028 & ALSO TOLD THE SHIOP OWNER TO SEND THE COMPANY PERSON FOR DEMO. AFTER DOING LOT OF FOLLOW UP WITH THE SHOP OWNER TILL THE TIME I NOT GET ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK.

                                      o general split ac — poor cooling

                                      i bought a 1.5 tonne split o general ac a few dayz back.due to lack of installation technique its not working properly.so i plz request the company to send professional technicians with proper equipments to solve my problem.

                                      O GENERAL — cooling was poor

                                      i have purchased a o general 1.5 ton windows ac from dawar international on 12 of may 2011.from the first day the ac cooling was poor.kindly help me out to exchange my ac from dawar international.it is situated in jacobpura ,gurgaon.my cntact no is [protected].

                                      I had registered a complaint on wednesday April 22nd 2015 vide complaint no.
                                      GHA[protected] at 11 am. But on 24th April at 3.00 pm after 52 hours a person called naimmuddin (Mob. No. [protected]) is coming & said the Gas of ac is leaking. Then I said plz fill the gas in AC as early as possible. He said the company van came tommorrow the AC will be going to in workshop.
                                      But till today(i.e. 27th april 2015) 4.00 pm no one has come to pick our AC.
                                      it is very horrible to thought sleep without AC now a days.Such a poor response from your
                                      side.
                                      Is this is the right way to treat the customers?? Take the matter seriosly
                                      Please, send me service engineer as early as possible...
