Worst and fraud people.. They don't know anything about the process just will provide google knowledge if you asked and just want money.. Once you give them money they won't bother to call or tell.. And each and every thing has to be done by self only... They are just fraud.. I request not to go to them and beware of fraud people like this... They never show you option or tell you or even will provide updates of immigration.. I would say better google and take knowledge rather than giving hard earn money to such fraud people..
They are just money seeker.

They have taken huge amount and now they turn there back and not giving our money back

One ore thing to add if the technical evaluation is done on the client requirement basis
There should be some documentation from client side as well to prove that its been reviewed by canadian client.
99% of people would apply who is well educated and has a background.
And 99% of them. Will get through in evaluation.
Kindly revert some positive feedback.

I'm sorry to say but after going through all the complaints i would not take a step forward
And by the grace of god ive got through with something better. It would be great if you guys can refund the registration fee if not i would not fight for it but will rather let go. As money is not important but trust is important how can someone ask to swipe credit card if someone is struggling financially your procedure is approx 6 months and you want the full payment in a weeks time.

Don’t trust this company cause this is fake. I lost my 50000 inr at 2017 August month. When I realised they are fraud I want my fees from them they told me send a mail they would returned it but one and half year gone but I didn’t get my fee money . Be aware from them they are totally fake . If they are son of human give all money to the victim and share documents to this site...

I received a call from ms abhivyanjana from delhi regarding the job,
She asked me regarding the evaluation fees of rs5200/-, i trusted her and paid the same.
Before paying the amount i clearly asked whether i need to pay anything more after this she said no and i do have proofs as well.
After the payment i got a call from ms priyanka as senior and then she said your reports are positive now you have to pay 60000/- plus gst for further process.
“this company is having 17 years of fraud experience. “
This is really disgusting to have such consultants and trust them,
I need my money back otherwise i will take this further to the court,

I applied for job assistance on 18th june 2018 paid 8200 for canada, singapore, new zealand, hong kong & switzerland to kiran [protected]@ormdelhi.com

Then subhashi called stating my profile has more job openings in singapore so she charged me 70800 on july 5th

Then hemi from the documentation team sent a list which i provided out of which now she states that the transcript from university is not acceptable and that i have to maintain minimum 1 lac for the last 3 months which was not notified to me during the initial process. Subhashi was so rigorous in collecting the 70800 from me everyday that is when she told only immigrants need to show bank balance but as i am applying for jobs and not pr all i need is close to 1 lac for my first month expense in singapore.

Now just to delay the process hemi states that i should apply for a refund because i don’t have 1 lac maintained last 3 months and the transcript from my university is not acceptable.

When forcing for a refund from oasis employees i will be loosing a huge % of what i paid because of this situation.

Can anyone provide some advice or show some insights on how to proceed further.

I have all the call recordings just in case because such an amount is not easy to be left.

I complain against oassis resource management company. Thay post an ad in your site regarding job abroad. I applied there through your site. After few proceedings, i had a doubt about the company and i started reading reviews about the company in different websites. I was shocked.

We trust naukri blindly. To keep your brand value you should also check company's credibility, when it is a matter of job abroad. As per the reviews in different websites, blogs and consumer compalin sites, oasis resource management is a big fraud company and they cheat with prople by doing some false excercises of job interviews.

It is not expected from you that you need to check, review every employer, who posts job ads in your site. But, there should be a mechanism of blacklist a company, review a company based on feedbacks and researches.

I am complaining against them here to aware you, so that further people should not lose money by getting in there trap.

I got call from oasis resource company because i have registered my profile at naukri.com. They offer me some overseas job and ask to pay 3700 and accordingly i paid the same amount on 8 aug 2018.

Due to some personal issues i dont want to cotinue this process and i asked for the refund. But they are not reply properly please look into the issue and give me solution.

*Am santhosh ampavalli applying a job for Canada country as a planning engineer. For that process i paid all the amount of Rs 85000/- (nearly) up-to last month everything is clear from my side and now there is no due amount also.
*My reference consultant is M/s Pooja Sharma and we both are discussing Voice conversations & Mail conversations regarding to my job for Canada country.
*At that time she (pooja) said that you have to pay the complete amount as soon as possible so that i have to apply your Resume to Canada country immediately.
* I believed her words and I payed all the amount by installments at that time am asking a doubtful question to her that am not qualified in IELTS exam so how can you will do the further process.
* Then she replied that IELTS is not compulsory mandatory first of all you have pay the due amount the embassy is closing then afterwards we will see further process.And if anything should not be done further process from our side the amount will also refunded to you without fail.
* And now from last time on wards there is no reply from her and the management side also.NO calls, NO msgs, NO mails nothing.
* So am requesting to the management that kindly refund my amount as soon as possible without fail.And once refer the attached invoices as mentioned in below.

1) Am not qualified in IELTS exam and didn't give any original documents.And these two points am asking to Oasis management and Pooja sharma they said that its not 100% mandatory first of all you have pay the all due amount for further proceedings if any no response or no mails from our side then definitely your amount will be refunded.
2) For any other reasons my amount will not be refunded i will take a serious action and ready to give a cheating case in Police Commissioner Office.
3) I have all the proofs of voice conversations that was automatically recorded in my mobile and also mail conversations with pooja sharma and oasis consultancy.

A group of peoples named aasima, urvashi, vanita bhalla, aishwarya raj, diviya and others called me by mobile frequently, they told that we are overseas consultant for arranging work permit visa for singapore, hk, and canada, if you want to process for work permit visa for any two out of three countries, you have to pay 3, 600 rs or else you pay 5100 rs for 3 countries.

On 22 may 2018, i paid 3600 rs through e-transfer to their sbi account number [protected], ifsc sbin0004688, oasis resource management pvt ltd, new delhi (Unique reference no. [protected]). One day later, on 24 may they had sent email stated that your evaluation report is positive and you have to pay 68, 000 rs, if you fail in an interview we will detect 15, 000 rs and remaining will be reimbursed.

In the evaluation report they given the mark for my english proficiency, out of 25 they given 21, at that point i realized these peoples are cheating group, usually british council (Ielts) or tofel conducting english language test. Immediately i checked the complaint board of india, some peoples already wrote about oasis consultant, delhi, india.

Sumit ranu and asif razakhn had written that group ladies involved in cheating, in addition, they written that they lost 2000 rs. My understanding is that they are themselves making the fake evaluation report and conduct a fake interview, with the mask of canadian employer, finally, reject the offer letter. With that daily, they are making hundreds of phone calls and ask the people to pay money, for evaluation and conducting employer’s interview towards offer letter from foreign employer.

They are yearning huge money by the way of cheating. They must be arrested immediately and penalized by the court with suitable ipc. Otherwise, they are continuously cheating our youngsters. The matter of fact they don’t have any license from (Iccrc) - immigration consultants of canada regulatory council, likely for australia they don’t have mara –migration agents registration authority license. When i asked above things, they told that was confidential. Therefore i request labor ministry and police department take necessary action to prevent their activities.

Same call i got. Initially they ask you for small amount as they did with me. Now, she is about to call me in an hour for final confirmation until i saw this.

If oasis were honest, they should have told the bigger fees at later stage as well...

Lastly, this message is for oasis,, i think if you guys are honest, then don't charge the person if you have to refund only later. Rather charge some fees after the person gets his job and with his salary.. Though i am damn sure, you guys are fraud.. Or tell us cases of success you had??

I am writing to avoid any kind of fraud happens with innocent people. And orm play with their future and career. Guys beware i repaet beware of going to orm for any kind of job or immigrantions. They just do fraud and play with you for money only for money!
They are so smart people who knows how to fraud with people. And most difficult thing is that people like gets in their grip.
I got a call from one of their employee and asked for few information whether i am looking for a job change and would want to go to abroad and would give you few options like canada, new zealand, australia etc.
If you seams interested then they will follow up with you couple of times and would give you so many false promises saying we would return your whole money if you are not selected. Later they asked me to send few docs and sent a mail saying your docs got approved and now you can apply further they did the same to me. And asked to deposit 1200/- rs to get inroled and said now they will send docs to further process. And they sent mail saying your docs approved and now you can pay money (In my case it was ₹67000) when i deposited that money then i could see their different face. I didn’t get any call or message from them but got mail with many difffent kind of docs and started finding loop holes in the docs.
After so long (Almost 6 months) i dint get any positive revert then i enquired for refund, but they were already with the answers and the replies saying now you can not get refund and if you want to get refund then only 15% of the total amount.
I tried getting full refund or at least 60-70% but couldn’t.
These people are so smart and so cheaters that they know all the situations how to play around. Guys it’s a request please don’t give them any chance play with you. And if somebody know how to get money back from those cheaters please do let me know.

Stay away from oasis resource management company. Its a fraud company and i am one of the victim. Their main motive is to trap the person anyhow and convince him to deposit the process fee as soon as possible. Once you submit the fee, they start their game.
Beware of few name from oasis management company such as sharika, pallavi. They have different different person with different different level.
In the initial contact no one told you about the complete process of company, they try to convince you to pay the fee asap.
Initially they call you and inform you that they have an opportunity in abroad and want your resume. Once you provide the resume they start the game. Then you got the call that we need to check your eligibility and for that you need to submit 1800 rs for the file. So if you want to apply for 2 countries u need to submit 3600 rs. And they assure you that if you file not approved they gona refund the money. Thats the main trick, because we think that anything goes wrong we got the money back.
But that only our assumption, once we submit the file fee, they call on next day and told that congratulations, you file got positive feedback and you are eligible for the visa process.
Now the second step of the game comes. Now they told that sir we are going to submit you application further and for that you have to pay 70000 rs. And over here too they said that if your application got rejected or you are not selected by any company we will refund you 85% of money. Now the main thing is no one tells you to complete process of the application in the beginning or in very first attempt. Their main motive is anyhow reject the applicants application. And the biggest point they have is your documents. One the very first call when they are demanding for 1800 rs no one tell about the documentation process, even in the second call too. Once you submit the 70000 rs they give you a list of documents, and i bet you you never complete those documents. Because everytime they gona find a mistake and ask u to resubmit again. One one tells u about the time period and all to submit the documents. And suddenly after sometime u got a call from them and said that sir we are canceling your application because u are not able to submit the documents on time. So if you want the refund, you have only 2 days time. Fill the refund form asap. Otherwise you won't get any money. And best part is they refund you only 24k out of 70k money. So their main motive is to reject the application anyhow. They are grabbing the money by name of process.

So friends please stay away oasis resource management company or its so called employees.
I have all the proofs with me. I am going file a fraud complaint in court.

Plz plz stay away.. They are big scammer.
