I have submitted my documents along with 85000 fee of consultation to you for AIPP program in feb 2022. I have been misguided to migrate within 9 months but till date no any document file. Till 03.02.2023.
Now they are not responding and giving lame excuse.
I have email them no any of times.

Please refund all of my money back

These people are cheater and fraudsters, They are not even replying or picking up my calls anymore I am seeking a legal advise to get my refund from them which I am entitled to get it. 60% of my total fees paid to them which is 60000/-. 28/02/2022.

This oasis resource management has charged me with 60k of money and documents to gete migrated to Canada.

Now they are not doing there job, and just killing my time
They are just refunding me 40% of my money and keeping rest of it
Though i have provided everything on time, i was available for everything still they are not responding on time and killing my time.

They could keep genuine amount but 60% is too much

I need a legal support for same.

Its been more than 2 years I have paid to the organization for the Job basis but till date never ever got the update from the organization and but later on found its very very bad in providing the proper result. Now i am requesting for the refund of my money but team is just denying to pay my money back.

Kindly inform the team to go ahead and pay my money back.

I gave rs.70000 to oasis resource management ltd in feb 2020 and i have not heard from them till now. All of their phones are switched off and no one is bothered to pay back the amount or to get the job in canada for which i paid them.
It seems the ran away with the money and will not come back ever.
Please suggest where to contact and complaint regarding this.

Most terrified fraud company, they are big time cheater... My request you all kindly do not deal with them at all... I have been cheated by them and i know the pain of loosing hard earned money.. I actually did not had money with me so i borrowed from someone and i have to pay him back in installments from my little salary... If the bad wishes works then i will give them all worst wishes that they all bloody to be fried in boiling oil... They are mastered in frauds and know how to get money... They will keep calling you 1000 times before they get the payment but will never call you after getting the money...

If anyone knows how to sue them in court kindly advise i have all the proof against them...

Finally again i request you all please do not deal with them at all...

This was the advertisement placed by oasis, this is actually a consultancy services, at first they ask for resume of candidate, and candidate was in impression of getting hired by oasis payroll, they take
Telephonic interview and act as if they are themselves hiring and when they get hold of trust of the applicant, then they disclose the charges, assessment charge, document evaluation fees and the advance money before interview with the actual employer, oasis is running a complete scam, they actually selling dreams of getting job in canada and poor innocent struggler fall for it. No advance money is ever been refunded.

Oasis resource management is a fraud company and being run by a bunch of bloody #. They might have succeeded in fooling people around, but # you should understand that this is a world of technology and people are very much aware what going around them.

So put a stop to this fraud business and deceiving people.

People beaware of these # who would lure you into job offers and instead ask for money

I am one of your customers of work visa for canada and i was asked by your team to go for pr visa.

After realizing that i will not be able to continue with long process of pr then i asked for work visa process as i had already submitted my documents in hard copy to your team.

I am really disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of your colleague named as ariba ji as she clearly denied to transfer my request from pr to work visa process and also denied to connect me with seniors.

I have paid 1, 25, 000 to you all under the reputation but this incident is not only hampering your reputation but will also hindering the retainment of customer as i have asked to process me to work visa which is of low price as i have already paid for pr visa which is of higher price.

Request to please provide swift resolution.

I received a call, and i was guided very well for completing this application

They did call me several times forcing me to use their services. I was never interested in using their services and i rejected them all the times they called me.
They also sent me emails, post my rejections over the phone, i merely deleted their emails and was never interested in their services. But today i am totally shocked to see this on their website. This is such a cheating. I never gave this review.

I never asked them to guide me for any application. This is false fraud. Kindly ask them to remove this immediately.

Mr. Sachin from oisis mgt called me about job for canada region and he asked me to pay rs 2200 for visa verification. As per communication he asked after company takes ur interview and then if required the you have to pay work permit fees.
But when i paid rs. 2200 then they said firsty you have to rs 80000 then your profile show to customer.

Now when i call him then he is not picking my phone.

Worst and fraud people.. They don't know anything about the process just will provide google knowledge if you asked and just want money.. Once you give them money they won't bother to call or tell.. And each and every thing has to be done by self only... They are just fraud.. I request not to go to them and beware of fraud people like this... They never show you option or tell you or even will provide updates of immigration.. I would say better google and take knowledge rather than giving hard earn money to such fraud people..
They are just money seeker.

They have taken huge amount and now they turn there back and not giving our money back

One ore thing to add if the technical evaluation is done on the client requirement basis
There should be some documentation from client side as well to prove that its been reviewed by canadian client.
99% of people would apply who is well educated and has a background.
And 99% of them. Will get through in evaluation.
Kindly revert some positive feedback.

I'm sorry to say but after going through all the complaints i would not take a step forward
And by the grace of god ive got through with something better. It would be great if you guys can refund the registration fee if not i would not fight for it but will rather let go. As money is not important but trust is important how can someone ask to swipe credit card if someone is struggling financially your procedure is approx 6 months and you want the full payment in a weeks time.

Don’t trust this company cause this is fake. I lost my 50000 inr at 2017 August month. When I realised they are fraud I want my fees from them they told me send a mail they would returned it but one and half year gone but I didn’t get my fee money . Be aware from them they are totally fake . If they are son of human give all money to the victim and share documents to this site...

I received a call from ms abhivyanjana from delhi regarding the job,
She asked me regarding the evaluation fees of rs5200/-, i trusted her and paid the same.
Before paying the amount i clearly asked whether i need to pay anything more after this she said no and i do have proofs as well.
After the payment i got a call from ms priyanka as senior and then she said your reports are positive now you have to pay 60000/- plus gst for further process.
“this company is having 17 years of fraud experience. “
This is really disgusting to have such consultants and trust them,
I need my money back otherwise i will take this further to the court,

I applied for job assistance on 18th june 2018 paid 8200 for canada, singapore, new zealand, hong kong & switzerland to kiran [protected]@ormdelhi.com

Then subhashi called stating my profile has more job openings in singapore so she charged me 70800 on july 5th

Then hemi from the documentation team sent a list which i provided out of which now she states that the transcript from university is not acceptable and that i have to maintain minimum 1 lac for the last 3 months which was not notified to me during the initial process. Subhashi was so rigorous in collecting the 70800 from me everyday that is when she told only immigrants need to show bank balance but as i am applying for jobs and not pr all i need is close to 1 lac for my first month expense in singapore.

Now just to delay the process hemi states that i should apply for a refund because i don’t have 1 lac maintained last 3 months and the transcript from my university is not acceptable.

When forcing for a refund from oasis employees i will be loosing a huge % of what i paid because of this situation.

Can anyone provide some advice or show some insights on how to proceed further.

I have all the call recordings just in case because such an amount is not easy to be left.

I complain against oassis resource management company. Thay post an ad in your site regarding job abroad. I applied there through your site. After few proceedings, i had a doubt about the company and i started reading reviews about the company in different websites. I was shocked.

We trust naukri blindly. To keep your brand value you should also check company's credibility, when it is a matter of job abroad. As per the reviews in different websites, blogs and consumer compalin sites, oasis resource management is a big fraud company and they cheat with prople by doing some false excercises of job interviews.

It is not expected from you that you need to check, review every employer, who posts job ads in your site. But, there should be a mechanism of blacklist a company, review a company based on feedbacks and researches.

I am complaining against them here to aware you, so that further people should not lose money by getting in there trap.

I got call from oasis resource company because i have registered my profile at naukri.com. They offer me some overseas job and ask to pay 3700 and accordingly i paid the same amount on 8 aug 2018.

Due to some personal issues i dont want to cotinue this process and i asked for the refund. But they are not reply properly please look into the issue and give me solution.
