I am writing to avoid any kind of fraud happens with innocent people. And orm play with their future and career. Guys beware i repaet beware of going to orm for any kind of job or immigrantions. They just do fraud and play with you for money only for money!
They are so smart people who knows how to fraud with people. And most difficult thing is that people like gets in their grip.
I got a call from one of their employee and asked for few information whether i am looking for a job change and would want to go to abroad and would give you few options like canada, new zealand, australia etc.
If you seams interested then they will follow up with you couple of times and would give you so many false promises saying we would return your whole money if you are not selected. Later they asked me to send few docs and sent a mail saying your docs got approved and now you can apply further they did the same to me. And asked to deposit 1200/- rs to get inroled and said now they will send docs to further process. And they sent mail saying your docs approved and now you can pay money (In my case it was ₹67000) when i deposited that money then i could see their different face. I didn’t get any call or message from them but got mail with many difffent kind of docs and started finding loop holes in the docs.
After so long (Almost 6 months) i dint get any positive revert then i enquired for refund, but they were already with the answers and the replies saying now you can not get refund and if you want to get refund then only 15% of the total amount.
I tried getting full refund or at least 60-70% but couldn’t.
These people are so smart and so cheaters that they know all the situations how to play around. Guys it’s a request please don’t give them any chance play with you. And if somebody know how to get money back from those cheaters please do let me know.

Stay away from oasis resource management company. Its a fraud company and i am one of the victim. Their main motive is to trap the person anyhow and convince him to deposit the process fee as soon as possible. Once you submit the fee, they start their game.
Beware of few name from oasis management company such as sharika, pallavi. They have different different person with different different level.
In the initial contact no one told you about the complete process of company, they try to convince you to pay the fee asap.
Initially they call you and inform you that they have an opportunity in abroad and want your resume. Once you provide the resume they start the game. Then you got the call that we need to check your eligibility and for that you need to submit 1800 rs for the file. So if you want to apply for 2 countries u need to submit 3600 rs. And they assure you that if you file not approved they gona refund the money. Thats the main trick, because we think that anything goes wrong we got the money back.
But that only our assumption, once we submit the file fee, they call on next day and told that congratulations, you file got positive feedback and you are eligible for the visa process.
Now the second step of the game comes. Now they told that sir we are going to submit you application further and for that you have to pay 70000 rs. And over here too they said that if your application got rejected or you are not selected by any company we will refund you 85% of money. Now the main thing is no one tells you to complete process of the application in the beginning or in very first attempt. Their main motive is anyhow reject the applicants application. And the biggest point they have is your documents. One the very first call when they are demanding for 1800 rs no one tell about the documentation process, even in the second call too. Once you submit the 70000 rs they give you a list of documents, and i bet you you never complete those documents. Because everytime they gona find a mistake and ask u to resubmit again. One one tells u about the time period and all to submit the documents. And suddenly after sometime u got a call from them and said that sir we are canceling your application because u are not able to submit the documents on time. So if you want the refund, you have only 2 days time. Fill the refund form asap. Otherwise you won't get any money. And best part is they refund you only 24k out of 70k money. So their main motive is to reject the application anyhow. They are grabbing the money by name of process.

So friends please stay away oasis resource management company or its so called employees.
I have all the proofs with me. I am going file a fraud complaint in court.

Oasis resource management is a fraud company and external affairs ministry has declared illegal agency, then how they are able to put their advertisement on naukri.com portal. I have paid around rs. 75000.00 but now i came to know they have cheated me and this agency has already been declared illegal agency by ministry of external affairs. I got call from pushpanjali few days back she explained about the procedure of immigration. She thinks that she is very good in talking but she is not. Very same day she sent me an evaluation form i filled that out next day her senior called me and asked me to pay 3600 she called at 9pm and said make the payment right now before 10pm i was lil confused and surprised the way she asked me to make the payment it felt like she was going for some shopping and expecting rs.3600 from me. Somehow i was able to convince her to get of the phone. And i got a mail explaining the payment part how make an all attached with this please find it.
Never pay them a single rupees they are worse than a hore.

They are fraud, trying to fetch money by lying. I have got a call from pooja 4 weeks ago, she asked about my work profile and said that it is in demand and she will be arranging interviews for me however i have to pay 2100 for evaluation and there will not be any further charges if report is positive.

I clearly said that i don't have money to pay if you ask later on and she said everything will be arranged by employer.

I have got positive report and then for 3 weeks there was no communication. I called many times, sent msgs and emailed but no response. Finally when i said i am going to file an fir then i got her manager call. Her name is abhivyanjana now she is asking more money. They are bagger even worst people. I am going to file an fir, guys file complaint witj police if you have been cheated like me... Amir

I have been cheated by false promise of job assistance and job placement by oasis consultancy, new delhi. I have paid for one of their service and got no assistance or any service from them, it has been a year and no news from them. I would be approaching to file a through rti against them and also a local fir there on after i investigate what kind of fraudulent service this consultants service to customers only to get cheated.

I was referred to this company by my cousin as one of their agent (Name sonam, designation sr. Manager - international, m:[protected]) called him for overseas job, as he didn't have interest so he referred me.. I paid 2160inr (Rupees two thousand one hundred and sixty only) online through my credit card with job application form. The agent promised me that if i dont get a job then this money will be refunded back to me..

This is extremely disappointing and depressing that we have bodies like oasis resource management that promises to provide immigration services and in return you dont receive single job interview.

I enrolled for oasis through sucheta, and was committed to have minimum 10 job interview rounds, company will reimburse 75% of fees in case i donot qualify through those 10 job interview rounds. Till date i have not received any job interview call and they are asking me to take back refund of 75%.
The contract now is null and void since one party has failed to provide its commitment and i should be eligible to receive 100 % refund including the service tax as i didnot avail any service.
I am trying to reach my case manager shivani, her attitude and professional behaviour is just so alarming. I also tried reaching out through oasis phone registered on their website still no response and they are disconnecting without listening to me. Its so convenient for these companies to take money, provide zero services and then get away with it easily.

I demand full refund including service tax, i am an aware citizen who knows her rights and will speak on all public forums where ever needed. I seek an urgent response on this

Oasis resource management assured to provide job in canada and process express entry. They collected rs 86, 250 and did not provide any job or process express entry. They only guide you to complete the form. They don't have any affiliate in canada. They are not registered with iccrc and not eligible to act as immigration consultant to canada. Even if your crs score is low they will assure you that you will successfully migrate jut to collect...

I am prabagaran a call came sonam from oasis resources. She told me that we will arrange interview in aboard without any charge only sign up charges 2100 only. First step of cheating with with rs of 2200/- registration fees, later on they tell you after your document submission & cross verification for depositing amount of rs. 68, 800/-, deposited through online banking.

After heavy follow up with pallavi sharma & sakshi rawat, they planed an first canadian consultant interview with priya in march month.
Over telephonic round, but while first round of interview discussion i frequently observed its an fake interview, held in the month of march-2017, ok confirmation of this interview after 7 days, that"s there style of fake planning & fake interview,

Now later on i have been touch with pallavi sharma over phone lots of time & request emails, only getting fake confirmation dates that also each & every month with gap of 30 days, since from 28th april 2017,
Till date no interview planned for me, almost its an 70 days or 2 months 10 days, only fake talks & dates.

I've approached the oasis consultancy for processing canada pr. As per our discussion i've also paid the 50% processing fee which includes their consultation charges too.

For processing the canada pr the candidate should be eligible by completing the ielts exam and not be 45 years in age. Taking this in consideration i've taken the exam but for my bad luck i could not get succeeded in the same for 3 times....

I want to say to the people of India to stay away from this agency. These are big liars and big cheats.These people will say that we will provide u complete assistance and ur documentation work will go on side by side with your Skype job interviews and if not we will return 75% of the money back to you. Around Diwali They told me that deposit the money at the earliest for registration as job interviews for Australia are starting from 11th or 15th November 2016. Firstly She said 50, 000 then slowly slowly she came to 35, 000. I deposited the money. After that I was assigned a manager who was ignorant regarding immigration. No interviews conducted yet. I would like to request you please dont trust on oasis all their enoloyee are mc bc.i also trapped by them i paid 69k and aftet this they they ignoring me.

Per the email and verbal communication I was asked to pay Rs 2070 for international job search and position help. But after making the payment they are asking me to pay additional rs 69000 to use their service. I notifed to cancel immediately but the executive Divya not accepted and ask me to wait for some report before refund. Payment gone through Payu money to cancel the payment but they conveyed amount gone to OASIS. I have asked few questions to Divya about the service and refund of my amount no response from their side. Please help me to get the amount asap. Attached is the conversation for your reference.

I got a call from a lady named samr from oasis human resources they told me that they hae got job vacancies in singapore . they asked me to pay for technical evaluation fee of Rs 2080 for singapore visa .I paid the amount after two days thay send me form named technical evaluation for canada and then a form of singapore and told me to pay 69000 for further processes .I refused that and requested for refund of Rs 2080 but there is no contact after that.
