Please don"t be interact with oasis resources management pvt ltd delhi based govt approved fake consultant services for getting jobs in canada, australia, china like country, having branches in bangalore, mumbai, pune for doing fake business
First step of cheating with with rs of 2200/- registration fees, later on they tell you after your document submission & cross verification for depositing amount of rs. 68, 800/-, deposited through online banking.

After heavy follow up with pallavi sharma & sakshi rawat, they planed an first canadian consultant interview with priya in march month.
Over telephonic round, but while first round of interview discussion i frequently observed its an fake interview, held in the month of march-2017, ok confirmation of this interview after 7 days, that"s there style of fake planning & fake interview,

Now later on i have been touch with pallavi sharma over phone lots of time & request emails, only getting fake confirmation dates that also each & every month with gap of 30 days, since from 28th april 2017,
Till date no interview planned for me, almost its an 70 days or 2 months 10 days, only fake talks & dates.
Especially, they only cheating the customers, getting money through by making customer fool,

They can"t plan or having chance of allotting jobs in canad even thought after crossing 70 days or 2 months 10 days waiting, only getting fake confirmation dates since from march-2017, for 2nd round company interview

They are govt approved fake consultantency service provider of international jobs
Please once again with humble request i am alerting you all, don"t be waste of our hard core earned money

I've approached the oasis consultancy for processing canada pr. As per our discussion i've also paid the 50% processing fee which includes their consultation charges too.

For processing the canada pr the candidate should be eligible by completing the ielts exam and not be 45 years in age. Taking this in consideration i've taken the exam but for my bad luck i could not get succeeded in the same for 3 times. Now, since my age has become factor for eligibility i've approached the consultancy and explained them the same through mail and phone.

After 3 mails asking for the update few days back got a mail stating you're not eligible for refund since you're backing out from writing the exam. Immediately, i called and explained the executive that i am not backing out in writing the exam but looking for my age factor (As this primary in eligibility criteria). I've not got any response than after.

So, could you please help in getting my amount refunded and stop these people by making profits fooling candidates like us.

I want to say to the people of India to stay away from this agency. These are big liars and big cheats.These people will say that we will provide u complete assistance and ur documentation work will go on side by side with your Skype job interviews and if not we will return 75% of the money back to you. Around Diwali They told me that deposit the money at the earliest for registration as job interviews for Australia are starting from 11th or 15th November 2016. Firstly She said 50, 000 then slowly slowly she came to 35, 000. I deposited the money. After that I was assigned a manager who was ignorant regarding immigration. No interviews conducted yet. They are saying about IELTS and other documentation but I took their services because they said from 11 or 15th we will conduct your interviews with Australian Companies. Nothing happened like this. After that they are saying just follow your manager. About IELTS and Filling forms everyone knows and their assistance is not required. Now when I said that refund me atleast 50% if not 75% then they are not responding.I have the recordings which I sent them. But they dont want to refund even 50%.These are big liars. My advice to all is that dont believe them or i[censored] want to loose your hard earned money then its upto you... Use your mind ... I did not...

I would like to request you please dont trust on oasis all their enoloyee are mc bc.i also trapped by them i paid 69k and aftet this they they ignoring me.
And when i request them to refund my money they are saying it will take 2 month but before they didnt told me..@neha singh she called me first but now where is she i dnt know, she is bloody cheator.

Per the email and verbal communication I was asked to pay Rs 2070 for international job search and position help. But after making the payment they are asking me to pay additional rs 69000 to use their service. I notifed to cancel immediately but the executive Divya not accepted and ask me to wait for some report before refund. Payment gone through Payu money to cancel the payment but they conveyed amount gone to OASIS. I have asked few questions to Divya about the service and refund of my amount no response from their side. Please help me to get the amount asap. Attached is the conversation for your reference.

I got a call from a lady named samr from oasis human resources they told me that they hae got job vacancies in singapore . they asked me to pay for technical evaluation fee of Rs 2080 for singapore visa .I paid the amount after two days thay send me form named technical evaluation for canada and then a form of singapore and told me to pay 69000 for further processes .I refused that and requested for refund of Rs 2080 but there is no contact after that.
dont be a looser, keep away from this fraudesters

I have paid eligibility check fees 2050 rs his pass first steps after next step sign up process is paid 69000rs fess this time start my document process all required document submit within give time limit but lots off pressure to my case manager pallavi sharma and withdraw my file. Joining time crm team told me any case my rejection than 70% refund in your account this commitment give to avani & vaibhavi both are big cheater.

All india in my brother & sister take care to immigration consultant it's a cheater oasis resource management is big fraud m case is before 15 days not a old case.

I have been contacted by AVANI, DIVYA through phone for doing the technical assessment .
it has bee told that there is an Employer who can hire u immediately, only thing you need to do is just do the technical assessment which is costing around 4040.And once the result came positive the Employer will conduct the interview and according to the performance in the Interview you will get a sponsorship of 100% or less according to that you have to pay for processing. if it is 100 % sponsorship you don't need to pay a single rupee. I have asked her clearly that is there any charges i have to pay u for consultation the response was no they will be getting the payment form the Employer. i have paid the Assessment fee after that there was no response from them . I am in trouble with Visa consultancy name OASIS resource management, Delhi ( many branch offices in across india) paid Rs. 85520/- as processing amount as per below invoice detail and submitted documents for Canada PR processing .They have done promises for Canada PR through many their representative sitting in Mumbai & Delhi office .Them as per their communication i have paid money and smartly they have taken a signed agreement copy in which firm has protected himself. But after taking money they stopped given response still didn’t do anything for Visa processing.After some time they circulate their representative to other location or sack him.
After long follow of two years they said that they have closed my case file. And it has without information. I start searing about company in internet find that many fraud cases in name of abroad Visa & PR.Then send many worning mail and after many fire fighting they refunded only Rs.30000/ 0n 24/08/2016 against Rs.Rs.85520/- and also taken a signed note for their protection.
They have wasted my valuable three years and huge money .In this matter please help me to get my remining money refund with applicable fine amount and also want to take legal action against them want to cancel their registration from Ministry of Corporate affairs and government body for their fruide.
They are professional cheater create hype for Visa and abroad job but they have no proper source and liaising only doing cheating with customer and accordingly prepare agreement and document in planned way.

Initially they have explained how it works and asked me to pay the 40k inr and after paying they changed their words and asking me that i am not eligible for the pr visa.

After about one week later they called me up and requested me to pay a sum of Rs.2050 as a registration fee. They told me within three months they would give me job in abroad or else give my money back. But after receiving the amount, they further told me to deposit Rs.69000 as for freight charges, as i am confused now and i dont know what to do as i have already lost Rs.2050 and dont want to lose further. My complaint is not resolved, please help me as i want my money (Rs.2050) registration money back. please help me get my money back.

Please do not consider oasis resource management call/mails. They are running fraud company. They are making calls from india to their clients on the name of interview and shows that this call is from outside india for interview. Only duping money from innocent unemployed persons or who want good salary job from outside india. They also cheated me rs 45000/-. So request to all of the people who want a job in abroad. I have been applied to the work permit... And they have been charged 70400/- including job, accommodation, visa and food.

I have submitted all the documents which they have asked... They tortured me with many kind of documents.. Finally, i have submitted all the documents and they said my documentation has been successful..

This process has taken 4 months..

After that they said that they will schedule the interview.. From the consultant where i have been selected. And then company should shortlist my profile... Which never happens.

For the documentation, they have tortured me...

Finally, they have wasted my time for 6 months... I was waited with lot of hopes... But no use...

Before enrolling they have told many things but things are different after paying the money...

Finally, they refunded my money after some deductions...

First of all they took Rs.2050 as registration fees and told me that they will provide job free of cost in Canada or somewhere else in Australia or New Zealand.But now they are asking me to pay some hefty amount which is quite difficult for me. There are so many complaints against them which i have already gone through. I want to know whether this consultancy is a genuine or a fraud one. I want my money back.Please help me regarding this matter.

M/s Oasis Resource Management Pvt Ltd committed that if i get more than 80 Points out 100 in technical evaluation, they will provide me free sponsorship for Canadian immigration and charged INR 2060, but later when see the result it found that i get 76 points out 80 and adaptability and arranged job score is Zero. It was well explained to Oasis that I do not have any relative and arranged job in Canada, knowing the same they had added these points and show my result in negative and now they are asking about INR 75000 more to process my application. M/s Oasis is cheating the peoples like this

I paid some (40, 000) money to get work visa to canada at their mumbai office
They told me they conduct 25 interview and give me life time service for job related
After paid money only they make gmail account and nothing after 10 month
When i try to contact they are not giving proper response, after 3 month even they told me you try your self for your job

The oasis is the consultancy, which is run by the frauds and very rude and mannerless.. Please don't be fooled by this company. They are good for nothing. Once you sign up with them they will promise you that they will conduct 10 to 15 interviews for you. This is not the case. They hardly conduct one or two interviews which also sound very shady and then they say the employers there are not interested in hiring you or there is no vacancy as such. This way they will waste times and post that after numerous calls, mails and messages they will not pick or answer anything.

The biggest shame like fraud starting from

This company claims it has been in business sincee 2000: "established in 2000, oasis resource management has offices around the world."

However, the website : http://www. oasis-india.com/ was created in 2010 which is only 5 years ago! The internet came into being in the late 1990's. It appears they are not being truthful about how long they have beein in business for the legitiamte reason to believe that they would not have a website in 2000 when the claim to been established. If they are not being truthful do you want to trust them with your money?
