I am in trouble with Visa consultancy name OASIS resource management, Delhi ( many branch offices in across india) paid Rs. 85520/- as processing amount as per below invoice detail and submitted documents for Canada PR processing .They have done promises for Canada PR through many their representative sitting in Mumbai & Delhi office .Them as per their communication i have paid money and smartly they have taken a signed agreement copy in which firm has protected himself. But after taking money they stopped given response still didn’t do anything for Visa processing.After some time they circulate their representative to other location or sack him.
After long follow of two years they said that they have closed my case file. And it has without information. I start searing about company in internet find that many fraud cases in name of abroad Visa & PR.Then send many worning mail and after many fire fighting they refunded only Rs.30000/ 0n 24/08/2016 against Rs.Rs.85520/- and also taken a signed note for their protection.
They have wasted my valuable three years and huge money .In this matter please help me to get my remining money refund with applicable fine amount and also want to take legal action against them want to cancel their registration from Ministry of Corporate affairs and government body for their fruide.
They are professional cheater create hype for Visa and abroad job but they have no proper source and liaising only doing cheating with customer and accordingly prepare agreement and document in planned way.

Above mentioned company had called me by collecting my resume through timesjob.com by saying that they will be providing the job with the pr visa in canada. Initially they have explained how it works and asked me to pay the 40k inr and after paying they changed their words and asking me that i am not eligible for the pr visa.

They confirmed my evaluation was positive and i can pay for registration charges to process the file.
I insisted about any more documents required from my side but mega khari (orm employee confirmed that nothing more is required.

Once i paid them the money i received an agreement copy on email and thy asked me to courier it to delhi office.

After sending the agreement they shared a list of documents to gathered from all my previous employers knowing the fact that i was not in india.

I asked them to give me some time to do the same as i will be going to india in july 2016.

They refused to accept it and said that the file is closed and they cannot process it.

Also they will refund only the 40% amount and not the complete money.

Its about two to three months back when i got a call from a consultancy or may be an immigration office naming Oasis Resource Management. They told me that they had received my resume in their mail and there are lots of chances of getting a job overseas. After about one week later they called me up and requested me to pay a sum of Rs.2050 as a registration fee. They told me within three months they would give me job in abroad or else give my money back. But after receiving the amount, they further told me to deposit Rs.69000 as for freight charges, as i am confused now and i dont know what to do as i have already lost Rs.2050 and dont want to lose further. My complaint is not resolved, please help me as i want my money (Rs.2050) registration money back. please help me get my money back.

Please do not consider oasis resource management call/mails. They are running fraud company. They are making calls from india to their clients on the name of interview and shows that this call is from outside india for interview. Only duping money from innocent unemployed persons or who want good salary job from outside india. They also cheated me rs 45000/-. So request to all of the people who want a job in abroad. Please don't go to oasis resource management. They have offices in all big cities like delhi, bombay, calcutta, chennai, bangalore and operating from all offices. They are making a agreement also with the client bur all things are fraud. They are making fake promising for abroad job within 5 months. Their all peoples are making fraud calls to trap a client. I have been applied to the work permit... And they have been charged 70400/- including job, accommodation, visa and food.

I have submitted all the documents which they have asked... They tortured me with many kind of documents.. Finally, i have submitted all the documents and they said my documentation has been successful..

This process has taken 4 months..

After that they said that they will schedule the interview.. From the consultant where i have been selected. And then company should shortlist my profile... Which never happens.

For the documentation, they have tortured me...

Finally, they have wasted my time for 6 months... I was waited with lot of hopes... But no use...

Before enrolling they have told many things but things are different after paying the money...

Finally, they refunded my money after some deductions...

This guys are wasted my time and hope...

First of all they took Rs.2050 as registration fees and told me that they will provide job free of cost in Canada or somewhere else in Australia or New Zealand.But now they are asking me to pay some hefty amount which is quite difficult for me. There are so many complaints against them which i have already gone through. I want to know whether this consultancy is a genuine or a fraud one. I want my money back.Please help me regarding this matter.

M/s Oasis Resource Management Pvt Ltd committed that if i get more than 80 Points out 100 in technical evaluation, they will provide me free sponsorship for Canadian immigration and charged INR 2060, but later when see the result it found that i get 76 points out 80 and adaptability and arranged job score is Zero. It was well explained to Oasis that I do not have any relative and arranged job in Canada, knowing the same they had added these points and show my result in negative and now they are asking about INR 75000 more to process my application. M/s Oasis is cheating the peoples like this

I paid some (40, 000) money to get work visa to canada at their mumbai office
They told me they conduct 25 interview and give me life time service for job related
After paid money only they make gmail account and nothing after 10 month
When i try to contact they are not giving proper response, after 3 month even they told me you try your self for your job

I raised complain

I got a call from ORM and one lady named Nupur encourage me about work permit visa in British Countries. They demanded CV evaluation fees of Rs. 2010 to there account and later again they demanded around Rs. 60k for agreement and other stuff on reimbursement base stating once I start working, I will get it reimbursed in my first salary. This is completely fraud and I lost my Rs. 2K and still chasing with them to get it back....

The oasis is the consultancy, which is run by the frauds and very rude and mannerless.. Please don't be fooled by this company. They are good for nothing. Once you sign up with them they will promise you that they will conduct 10 to 15 interviews for you. This is not the case. They hardly conduct one or two interviews which also sound very shady and then they say the employers there are not interested in hiring you or there is no vacancy as such. This way they will waste times and post that after numerous calls, mails and messages they will not pick or answer anything.

The biggest shame like fraud starting from

This company claims it has been in business sincee 2000: "established in 2000, oasis resource management has offices around the world."

However, the website : http://www. oasis-india.com/ was created in 2010 which is only 5 years ago! The internet came into being in the late 1990's. It appears they are not being truthful about how long they have beein in business for the legitiamte reason to believe that they would not have a website in 2000 when the claim to been established. If they are not being truthful do you want to trust them with your money?

Guys pls request you all do not trust them for any reason!!!

The company Oasis Resource Management Pvt. Ltd confirmed me that their company will provide a job in canada and immigration facilities if I pay them a fee of Rs 60000/-. They executed a sevice level agreement with me on 22.06.2010 on payment of Rs 6000 . the receipt no is 1314 and it was a online transfer. In the agreement they confimed if they can not provide service and 5 interview cals they will refund 75% of the total fees. Garima Jain and deepa sehgal are the executives who was communicating over email with me. initially they communicated through mail for 2-3 times and told me to appear for lelts exam which I passed with 7 band and send them the result through courier as asked for. But after that whenever I tried to contact them or call over phone they do not respond. Neither they send any mails to me. I tried for long but I did not get any result. I feel cheated and wants my hard earned money back. Kindly help me out. I have all the agreement copy and supporting documents with me.

I was told to Rs.2010 as fee for technical evaluation... I paid it. Then they told for interviews, i need to pay Rs.60000 for getting a job in Canada, to which i clearly denied. They told me that they cannot refund Rs.2010 to me as i had positive evalution. Previously i was told that Rs.60000 will be charges from Company and not from me...Now here totally cheating by the company.

Received a call from priyanka sharma Oasis resource management pvt ltd are the biggest cheater they will have amount from you and will not return you back, just playing a game of refund on other-hand if you are going through their agreement as per that your no amount is refundable. they will not do anything for you and when you will ask to refund the amount as per their agreement amount is totally not refundable They are big cheater improving their firm by having amount from you Their crm will say at the initial that they will provide you job in just 2000/- after that when you will submit this amount then they will open the realty for rest amount that should be 68400/- or 85500/- and when you will deny from this they will not say anything to you because dear they are filling their account by your 2000/- also and in case you are giving this heavy amount then after that they will not pick your call will not revert you ion mails infact they will provide you one case manager and trust me she is again a fake grl by name sakshi Will not give you any revert on phone and on mail at last you will get tired and will loose the hope for refunding of that 68400/-. At the initial when you are paying 2000/- they will say that this amount is refundable in case you will have negative result but frankly friends you will clear their all eligibility and that report should be always positive means no negative result no refund. Full cheating from 2000 to 68400 Beware from these dogs

Oasis resource management is one of the biggest fraud companies... My husband asked me not to believe them still i invested my money for job in canada.. We already have pr for canada.. They will force you to complete documentation process.. If you cant complete then your money is gone.. If you submit all the documents required by them.. They will start the process.. They will conduct some fake interviews.. They will tell its consultancy round arranged from the other country (For us it was canada according to them) but if you trace the number from which you got call.. The location will be india only.. So please dont at all believe those frauds.. They can not help you for overseas job... I asked them to share the consultancies details with whom they have tie ups.. But they did not share.. May be because they dont have any contacts abroad...

Hi every one m deepshika, sorry for geting in with this complaints form but want to clear few things that i my self filled immigration to australia along with my family & get it all done by oasis. M happy that i have chose oasis few months bak to start it when i was confused abt the charges involved in entire process been thru with lot of consultancy every one disclosed there own charges but no one disclosed after filing charges for australia. Oasis told me abt every single charge from evaluation to visa & landing, medical every thing. I had submitted the application to (Oasis resource management) regarding the job in overseas, they sent me an email where they had mentioned they will take rs. 2000/.- for processing the application and it will take 48hrs. So i paid the amount whose reference number is:[protected] on their icici bank. Once they received the amount from my side they gave me new condition that i need to pay rs. 68400 for completing the process which they were not inform me otherwise i will not apply for the job, so i instatntly send the cancellation request against my application within 48hrs. Now i am asking for my refund they are denying and saying your application has been approved in first stage so we will not refund the amount and also no one ready to talk to me for my concern. I was following up with ms. Jaya nair. She promissed me to get back with result but she never called me for the status. There is clearly showing hidden information from their side, first just take 2000 after the presentaing rs. 68400 so any middle class person cannot afford this much of amount. Dear Sir, This was hereby inform you that, i received a mail along with phone call regarding job opening for Canada location on 15.05.15. I have paid for RS 1500/ to Oasis for technical evaluation purpose. There is not any discussion or in mail regarding second payment option, and now Miss. Adiba Khan (Oasis Employee) demanding me for second payment of 67000 rupees. This is not possible to pay money for this as my family condition. So i have denied for processing the Canada immigration . But still they are refusing to refund my money.
