The company Oasis Resource Management Pvt. Ltd confirmed me that their company will provide a job in canada and immigration facilities if I pay them a fee of Rs 60000/-. They executed a sevice level agreement with me on 22.06.2010 on payment of Rs 6000 . the receipt no is 1314 and it was a online transfer. In the agreement they confimed if they can not provide service and 5 interview cals they will refund 75% of the total fees. Garima Jain and deepa sehgal are the executives who was communicating over email with me. initially they communicated through mail for 2-3 times and told me to appear for lelts exam which I passed with 7 band and send them the result through courier as asked for. But after that whenever I tried to contact them or call over phone they do not respond. Neither they send any mails to me. I tried for long but I did not get any result. I feel cheated and wants my hard earned money back. Kindly help me out. I have all the agreement copy and supporting documents with me.

I was told to Rs.2010 as fee for technical evaluation... I paid it. Then they told for interviews, i need to pay Rs.60000 for getting a job in Canada, to which i clearly denied. They told me that they cannot refund Rs.2010 to me as i had positive evalution. Previously i was told that Rs.60000 will be charges from Company and not from me...Now here totally cheating by the company.

Received a call from priyanka sharma Oasis resource management pvt ltd are the biggest cheater they will have amount from you and will not return you back, just playing a game of refund on other-hand if you are going through their agreement as per that your no amount is refundable. they will not do anything for you and when you will ask to refund the amount as per their agreement amount is totally not refundable They are big cheater improving their firm by having amount from you Their crm will say at the initial that they will provide you job in just 2000/- after that when you will submit this amount then they will open the realty for rest amount that should be 68400/- or 85500/- and when you will deny from this they will not say anything to you because dear they are filling their account by your 2000/- also and in case you are giving this heavy amount then after that they will not pick your call will not revert you ion mails infact they will provide you one case manager and trust me she is again a fake grl by name sakshi Will not give you any revert on phone and on mail at last you will get tired and will loose the hope for refunding of that 68400/-. At the initial when you are paying 2000/- they will say that this amount is refundable in case you will have negative result but frankly friends you will clear their all eligibility and that report should be always positive means no negative result no refund. Oasis resource management is one of the biggest fraud companies... My husband asked me not to believe them still i invested my money for job in canada.. We already have pr for canada.. They will force you to complete documentation process.. If you cant complete then your money is gone.. If you submit all the documents required by them.. They will start the process.. They will conduct some fake interviews.. They will tell its consultancy round arranged from the other country (For us it was canada according to them) but if you trace the number from which you got call.. The location will be india only.. So please dont at all believe those frauds.. They can not help you for overseas job... I asked them to share the consultancies details with whom they have tie ups.. But they did not share.. May be because they dont have any contacts abroad...

Hi every one m deepshika, sorry for geting in with this complaints form but want to clear few things that i my self filled immigration to australia along with my family & get it all done by oasis. M happy that i have chose oasis few months bak to start it when i was confused abt the charges involved in entire process been thru with lot of consultancy every one disclosed there own charges but no one disclosed after filing charges for australia. Oasis told me abt every single charge from evaluation to visa & landing, medical every thing. I had submitted the application to (Oasis resource management) regarding the job in overseas, they sent me an email where they had mentioned they will take rs. 2000/.- for processing the application and it will take 48hrs. So i paid the amount whose reference number is:[protected] on their icici bank. Once they received the amount from my side they gave me new condition that i need to pay rs. 68400 for completing the process which they were not inform me otherwise i will not apply for the job, so i instatntly send the cancellation request against my application within 48hrs. Now i am asking for my refund they are denying and saying your application has been approved in first stage so we will not refund the amount and also no one ready to talk to me for my concern. I was following up with ms. Jaya nair. She promissed me to get back with result but she never called me for the status. There is clearly showing hidden information from their side, first just take 2000 after the presentaing rs. 68400 so any middle class person cannot afford this much of amount. Dear Sir, This was hereby inform you that, i received a mail along with phone call regarding job opening for Canada location on 15.05.15. I have paid for RS 1500/ to Oasis for technical evaluation purpose. There is not any discussion or in mail regarding second payment option, and now Miss. It is complaint against oasis resource management company, which took my money for providing good job in canada, but failed to arrange interview and finally told that we are able to provide job, as per agreement they deducted 15000/- from 67000/- paid for the services, whole process took 2 years, to start interview they asked notarized document on that i spent 10000/-, without complete document they deny to process further, when i submitted document they just time pass, return money deducting 15000/- without providing services, i have seen lot of complaints online oasis is fraud company takes hefty money from job seeker, without providing services deduct money doing onside fake agreement I need your help so that we can stop this fraud company, this incident happen in[protected] i have all documents related to this

I am a ex employee of oasis resource management pvt ltd nehru place new delhi and i am here to aware everyone about the authenticity of this company as they say that they are in this field from past 2000 but if you check its mca registration then they are registered from 2010 and if you ask them about it then they will say that they are working under the proprietorship and then they opened there office in india here as its totally fake. They conduct your fake interview through internet telephony by their internal team (Ms. Neha) by just changing the names. They ask for money for documentation or sign up and tell you that your technical round will be after documentation which is just for salary discussion and they will sign a legal agreement with you in which everything is in their favor nothing for the client and they take 1500 for technical evaluation and for signup 75k and as you make the payment then you will get a hand written invoice from their accounts department (Mr. Ankit, ms. Malavika, mr. Balwant) and as you sign the legal agreement documentation manager (Ms. Deepali, ms. Richa, ms. Sherya) take over and they will send you a checklist and you mail them again and again but they don't revert and never pickup your calls just mail you. They say that all the expenses will be borne by the employer and all the expenses borne by you will be reimbursed in your first salary when you land in that country but that is also fake as they just do your filing for pr and you have to bear all the expenses as they have no contacts in abroad. They are just making fool of you as their md sachin rastogi and ruchin rastogi they are the owner of this company who are running this fake business to just fill their pockets with others hard earned money for their personal expenses. They have a hdfc, icici, sbi account in which they tell you to transfer the money. They have two branches in delhi one at nehru place one at cannaught place and other they have office in mumbai, banglore, pune. Ms. Rupinder she is working as a hr partner. One person Mr.Punith from Oasis Resource Management had called me and told that he found my job profile from job website and asked me if I was interested in jobs in canada. Then he told me he ll send a mail regarding that. In the mail he mentioned that Rs.1500 should be paid to them to start the process and sent a fom format and asked me to submit copies of my certificates. Respected Sir/Madam, This organisation took 62k For immigration service and after payment they asked me to sign a agreement but after seeing that agreement I asked them for my refund but they denied so I tried to take the services from them. I have paid them 1500 INR and now they are asking me 60k but from some of my friend i got to know about the fraud business of this company and i denied to pay 60k. Now i will to get my money back anyway compensation for wastage of my time can't be refunded else we should penalise these people for such theft.

Hi, I got mail from oasis by employee name Vandana
asked to deposit 1250 rs as a processing fee for work permit for canada
after depoisiting 1250 in there bank account, now i got another mail saying to deposit
60000 Rs as a second step to get the job in canada.
As they hide this information earlier and now not responding to my mails and not
even giving my money.
They cheated me and i want to file a case in consumer court against them.
Please suggest what to do.

I was cheated for a huge amount of money by this company called Oasis Resource Management . I was attented by many different people. Initialy i got peoper follow ups from Ms Priyanka Sharma until i payed the amount. After the payment no one called me. Always i had to take initiative of calling them. And evven if i called i will nevr be able tp reach them. Either my calls are rejected pr never picked up. I felt really diappointed and i informed this . They respomded and convinced me as if they are responsible to their clients. One Ms. Kanika Saini was the one who handled my case after Priyanka Sharma. These people are never connected via phone. They mostly respond via emails.I hardly got any responses for my queries. Kanika directed me to Minakshi for my interasviews from abroad. i waited for two months. They never did any follow ups. Whn evr i call they give some crap replies. Finally only when i called they informed me of my interview. It was scheduled between 11pm-2am in the night indian time. I was prpmised a call from their international recruitment department singapore. When you check the singapore time it is an odd timing. No one called me. Next day no one attented my call when i wanted to complain. It was after this incident i checked the online reviews about them. Then i got the shock of my life when i came to know they are frauds and many were cheated like me. Im a common lady. i dont know how to go about this. i want to bring this seriously in to the notice of the law. i dont want another victim like me. Please help me

Friends don't believe in oasis human resource consultancy. They are making fool. They have taken me 72000 rs for the work permit after the technical evaluation i. E.1250 rs.
Now after taking 72000 rs they are not responding me on phone even not replying on mail. I am trying to call them from 1 month but they are not picking my phone, on land line number they always give the same reply that "concern person is on another line will tell her to call you".
Now after 4 months i have not received any call from the oasis not even from any interviews.

Arvinder, kanika saini, sauru oheo etc are the freud people..

Now i as per the agreement they will deduct 15% money after the six month and than will return rest of the money i. E.40000 to me after 8 months as per the contract. They just making money by cheating innocent people. My strong advice is do not go for any service from oasis consultancy from any branch all over the india because after taking money they people will not respond you.

I have paid 70000 rs for immigration and job placement for singapore to oasis at andheri, MUMBAI on 30 may and still I have not received a single call for interview and now they spoiled my carrier they have wasted my complete 1 year and now I am struggling for my money back.

The mentioned company promised me for overseas job (new zealand), for the process of pr (permanent residential visa) they asked me to pay rs. 80k. before collecting the money they have promised me in case i[censored] want to withdraw the service or in case we couldn't complete your process your amount will be refund (100%).

After collected my amount there is no response from their side. so that i plan to withdraw my service by that time they told me we'll not repay you. you do what ever you want

So kindly don't believe them...
