I had submitted the application to (Oasis resource management) regarding the job in overseas, they sent me an email where they had mentioned they will take rs. 2000/.- for processing the application and it will take 48hrs. So i paid the amount whose reference number is:[protected] on their icici bank. Once they received the amount from my side they gave me new condition that i need to pay rs. 68400 for completing the process which they were not inform me otherwise i will not apply for the job, so i instatntly send the cancellation request against my application within 48hrs. Now i am asking for my refund they are denying and saying your application has been approved in first stage so we will not refund the amount and also no one ready to talk to me for my concern. I was following up with ms. Jaya nair. She promissed me to get back with result but she never called me for the status. There is clearly showing hidden information from their side, first just take 2000 after the presentaing rs. 68400 so any middle class person cannot afford this much of amount. This mail was sent me on may that time i dont have my passport so i contacted them on first week july and they said after tax revised by govt. So they will charge rs. 2000. Please help. Dear Sir, This was hereby inform you that, i received a mail along with phone call regarding job opening for Canada location on 15.05.15. I have paid for RS 1500/ to Oasis for technical evaluation purpose. There is not any discussion or in mail regarding second payment option, and now Miss. It is complaint against oasis resource management company, which took my money for providing good job in canada, but failed to arrange interview and finally told that we are able to provide job, as per agreement they deducted 15000/- from 67000/- paid for the services, whole process took 2 years, to start interview they asked notarized document on that i spent 10000/-, without complete document they deny to process further, when i submitted document they just time pass, return money deducting 15000/- without providing services, i have seen lot of complaints online oasis is fraud company takes hefty money from job seeker, without providing services deduct money doing onside fake agreement I need your help so that we can stop this fraud company, this incident happen in[protected] i have all documents related to this

One person Mr.Punith from Oasis Resource Management had called me and told that he found my job profile from job website and asked me if I was interested in jobs in canada. Then he told me he ll send a mail regarding that. I have paid them 1500 INR and now they are asking me 60k but from some of my friend i got to know about the fraud business of this company and i denied to pay 60k. Now i will to get my money back anyway compensation for wastage of my time can't be refunded else we should penalise these people for such theft.

Hi, I got mail from oasis by employee name Vandana
asked to deposit 1250 rs as a processing fee for work permit for canada
after depoisiting 1250 in there bank account, now i got another mail saying to deposit
60000 Rs as a second step to get the job in canada.
As they hide this information earlier and now not responding to my mails and not
even giving my money.
They cheated me and i want to file a case in consumer court against them.
Please suggest what to do.

I was cheated for a huge amount of money by this company called Oasis Resource Management . I was attented by many different people. Initialy i got peoper follow ups from Ms Priyanka Sharma until i payed the amount. After the payment no one called me. Always i had to take initiative of calling them. Friends don't believe in oasis human resource consultancy. They are making fool. They have taken me 72000 rs for the work permit after the technical evaluation i. E.1250 rs.
Now after taking 72000 rs they are not responding me on phone even not replying on mail. I am trying to call them from 1 month but they are not picking my phone, on land line number they always give the same reply that "concern person is on another line...

I have paid 70000 rs for immigration and job placement for singapore to oasis at andheri, MUMBAI on 30 may and still I have not received a single call for interview and now they spoiled my carrier they have wasted my complete 1 year and now I am struggling for my money back.

The mentioned company promised me for overseas job (new zealand), for the process of pr (permanent residential visa) they asked me to pay rs. 80k. before collecting the money they have promised me in case i[censored] want to withdraw the service or in case we couldn't complete your process your amount will be refund (100%).

After collected my amount there is no response from their side. so that i plan to withdraw my service by that time they told me we'll not repay you. you do what ever you want

So kindly don't believe them...

Attention for all overseas job seekers, this is to inform you people that this consultancy is one of the biggest fraud company operating in india. Firstly all the genuine consultancies first give you the job offer letter by conducting your interviews then only they charge their fee. I received million mails from them as well as via naukri.Com and monster.Com that they have openings related to my profile abroad when i called them firstly they were not able to tell for which companies they are conducting interviews nor were they able to tell the designation and salary package instead they asked me for inr 1250 in the name of technical evaluation (Which is all bogus) after paying inr 1250 they said that now i need to pay inr 67000 more for getting my interviews conducted it has been six months i have received just one interview call that too from a consultancy not the company (Probably a fake interview) with no final results i kept on calling them and they keep transferring my call to different departments and at last they blamed my potential and caliber for not able to crack the interview. But the fact is i have received almost no calls for interview (Only one that too was not from the company) i am running after them for the refund of my money but they are delaying to process my request. I think this company has no tie ups abroad with any sort of recruiters. Do not become their prey as you will waste your time and money.
