This company has been unstable in dealing with its employees. The whole thing is a huge scam. Many people are losing money to them. My friend was planning to invest as well but one of their former clients cautioned us on time. BEWARE, IMMIGRATION IS JUST KABOOTARBAZI

It was happend before one week, They charge Rs. 25 per cash deposited. And i would like to know it is happend all sbi banglore branches.

I received mail from OASIS ENGG FROM COIMBATORE.they asked to pay Rs.2000 for getting job without interview.How is possible? I made an enquiry through my uncle in coimbatore,but they are cheating and money sneshers and dont pay to them.Be careful.Dont pay and waste your time and money

These are some of the anti social elements who are degrading the profile of the company, as the Oasis Resource Management is renowned and one of the biggest resettlement company in overseas.

Being an employee, if one person can state such a comment, so i can deny the same.

Personal issues should be solved one-o-one, not like this, an advise.

This complaint is absolutely correct. My friend who was planning to invest to immigrate to Canada was cautioned by one of their former clients. An employee also told us about the SCAM. These guys are just cashing on the client requirement and making profits.

And GUYS don't just discuss their service, their employees are also tired of them. As soon as my friend and i left the office, we found their workers TALKING JUNK about their IMMIGRATION and STUDY ABROAD services----SAGAR MEHRA, Totally disappointed.

I have applied for the immigration service and job serach assistance service from this company.
I have paied 30, 000/- and 1, 000/- for the assesment, after the assesment Oasis resource management told that i am eligible for immigration to Canada.Miss Deepa Sehgal was handling this case. But for more then 9 months they just keep on saying either Deepa is on leave or sick.

Now i came to know that i was not able to Canada immigartion and these guys lied to me.


Please companies like this should be blacklisted, so any others should not go through the pain which i have gone through..

If you want to do business with Oassis do it with your own risk.. .. because once you payed money.. their tone will change and you will be in trap.. i will show you how they will respond to the mails.. once in blue moon if they reply..

I use to sent 5 mails and then call 2 times in that time also person will pickup the call and they will say person is on leave busy or went to lunch etc etc and after 3 days they will call and just tell some thing crap...

i have also received such mail regarding work permit bt before crosschecking 1 shud neva make a mistake of investng such a huge amt in sch a fraud companies. i[censored] really intrested in immigrations. i would refer MARA consultancy and WINNY as well. based in ahmedabad, they r well knw.. and they will guide u properly... My most of the cousins applied for immigration and they were satisfied with the services they offer. i wud suggest u to consult them 1s, i[censored]r eligible they wud try hard to immigrantte .. n i[censored]r nt eligible they wud find other ways to immigrant to ur preferable countries.

Oasis Resource Management — Fraud of Oasis management

Purely and absolute fraudulent company, their email communication and conversations different from the contract they push to sign.

I do not know how come they are able to escape legally. They have licence to cheat. I hope they are able to cheat innocent very easily. Oh God please help the innocent.

OASIS (bad spirit if its to be said in rituals)

I used to be one of their clients who was desperate to find a job in overseas. They took my interest towards traveling abroad as a bad advantage and started motivating me as if they have quite a few offers in hand and looking towards the suitability of the candidate who registers with them. To my surprise nothing is true behind the scene. Infact they run their office as a part time BPO and pretend as if they are primarily looking into processing of VISAs for Australia, Canada, Denmark etc. Even after handing over the fee they demanded there has not been seen any progress since. Whenever you call they say they are busy in the meeting, this is how they make fun of people but if you see their actual office infrastructure no one will ever believe whether a meeting can be conducted in such a small pigeon hole like office. While sign up, they make the bond for their protection of holding back our money with clauses of (i) if oasis was not in a position to find a suitable position for you, then 15% of your deposit will be deducted ...this and that...For their inability to suit a profile should the candidate be the blame. After all they take their percentage (like flesh brokers) and drag the process of refunding for a year or money and make interest out of it. By the time, you would lost the total interest of traveling abroad due to the mess and glitch they have created in your mind.

Most funny thing is, they call themselves with designation as HR, Consultants, Branch Manager etc but they are all with no proper qualification and doesnt even know the menace and ethics of handling clients, rude . Aparna, Kushboo, Malwika are few rude witches, my curse will never leave them leave happily. The way they respond to their mails, oh no awful. The quality of mails they present itself can judge their stand. They are all money rippers and daylight legal robbers. Stay away with these beats and try on your own and let your dream come the way you desire.

They are white skin dirty crew who possess no skill set and claiming themselves as having expertise in assisting aspiring candidature and make clients dream end in vain. Whoever works for OASIS are all liars and money swindlers (just like MLM companies whose asses were glued a decade ago). They fiddle peoples money by driving them crazy saying they will make their dream come into reality but the bad side of it is they will be the real cause to end your dream in vain. Initially you will have all sort of enthusiasm on hearing the way they talk but they are hollow in terms of job network. They often say, your resume has been forwarded to our international consultant who is looking after your case and who is interacting with the employer regarding the openings, the repeat the same for atleast 6 months for sure and later on you will fed up calling them asking for update in your case, infact nothing might have been moved in real and its just a verbal promises. They threaten you that you have signed a bond and it clearly states the policies and procedures. No need to be afraid you can take it up legally through court and sue them for operational inefficiency and take back your whole money (the way i did).

if one would have gone on his own applying for VISA in whatever sorts, he would have been a success rather relying on OASIS's crap service. Never lookback or take a foot forward signing up with them. I warn you as a good friend, the way i was depressed nobody should ever experience and hence writing all these here to beware of this f...g c...ts

Do they refund money that we paid for immigration? Please let me know the procedure to get my money back. I signed up with ORM last year and paid 55, 000. No progress in moving the process further so far. I asked to refund at least half of the money. But these [censored]s ( Shreya Sengupta, malavika verma, Monika, kushboo) telling me that, no refund will be done after paying the money.

Please don't go ORM and don't get suffered.

If i would have donated at least half of this money for the poor, God would have blessed me with someting good. Really I'm suffering a lot to get my money.

Divya and Jyotirmoyee Paul are the two who called me regarding this overseas job visa opportunity. They also sent me a mail regarding the details, it also contained their company's registration certificate in MCA - Ministry of Corporate affairs.

When I saw the registration of the company date it was 2010 but on http://www.oasis-india.com/ website it says it has been operating from the past 12 yrs. I asked how is it possible. They told me they have another certificate and then that they will forward it too.

type ' ministry of corporate affairs ' in google. the first MCA website below that there will be an option to "Check Company or LLP Name" link, click on that . then it will open mca website type in oasis and enter it will only show 1 company.

This proves that Oasis has only 1 registered company and that too in 2010 so the company cannot be running from 12yrs - simply not possible. If you want you can type in infosys or any other company and see from how many yrs they are running.

I asked the same question to OASIS people - she first put me on hold, then her manager talked to me and cut the call. then again she called back and tried to convince me when i told i didn't want the service, she abused me and hung up on me.

Note: When I told them that there were many fraud complaints in internet regarding OASIS, they told that it is just competition and other parties don't want this company to come up.

CONCLUSION: IF OASIS WAS EVEN A REAL CONSULTANCY, THEY WOULD HIRE PROPER PEOPLE TO CALL WHO MAD THE MANNERS TO NOT HANG UP AND AT ANY COST NOT ABUSE CUSTOMERS. SIMPLY PROVES OASIS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IS A FAKE FRAUD COMPANY .

i completely agree with the complaints her for Oasis Resource Management! Its a complete fraud company...the MD Ruchin Rastogi and Rupinder(HR) are such bloody ...i swear! they dont have any tie ups overseas for jobs, i dont think they have ever got anyone a job abroad and i can say that coz i was an employee with the company. they ask there sales team to fool clients and the sales team has to do so for sake of their salaries...but these dont pay them salaries too. No body in their office is as old as 3 months coz they promise huge salaries and incentives and finally pay nothing to thier employees for 2-3 motnhs and finally employees leave. The same happened with me too.
Its a polite request to all not to go to them as cliets or even employees...we ware of such .

1. Kepp quiet, continue working, be disheartened and get curzed by a lolt of clients...
2. Revolt, get thretened by company for termination and finally move out without salaries for the shameful selling done by them.

I have attached their technical evaluation test file. My opinion is "Don't believe Oasis".. They never help to us.

It looks like new statergy from oasis resource managemnt..

Since people are very careful before they money. The target of oasis resource is to get 1000 rupees atleast from each candidate in the name of verifying qualification.

From the info recevied atleast 3 to 4 candidates per day get cheated
So you can calculate the money they make 3x1000x5x4x12

3 people per day and that is 3000 rupees per day
5 days a week, he money they earn is 15000.but the truth is oasis works on week day too
4 weeks atleast in a month, that will be 60000
There are 12 months in a year
And oasis resource management is 12 years old... Just think about the money these people making and fooling people...

will somebody guide for applying for permanent residency in canada under skilled worker..please send me the trusted official link which should be followed ..so that i can complete all work without any agent like oasis.

i am also one of the client but i hve nt come across such thing And guys i guess they hve the policy to REFUND ur money in case of not fulfilling their commotments then whats the COmpany is FRAUD for or SO alled CHEATERS

Ya they take 1250 for feed back but In result they sent me .pdf of work permit in.new Zealand. They have well reviewed my cv. and other documentations. They evaluate me...

Every time i call to orm and told about my interview then after he remember . i m very unhappy and i suggest to other people dont wast u r money to ORM . ORM told about refund but its not fast process to refund . And cunsaltancy deduct charges and service taxes. I have paid Rs. 60000+ service tax to these buggers in Jan'12, on the promise note that I will be serviced with the Interviews & work permit in Canada, but during the last one year neither any interview was scheduled, nor a sigle call from Oasis people on the status of my candidature. I tried to reach them many times but all in vain. When I wrote the mail to Neetu regarding the Refund of my entire money, just as a formality an interview was scheduled in the month of Feb'13, & I was promised through mail by Neetu that the entire amount would be refunded by 15-Mar-13. But till date no update about the refund. Now she is saying that the 25% will be deducted against the service charge. I have ever seen such a fraud & a cheater company. All the employees Neetu, Neha, Meenakshi are big time liars & frauds. don't even trust them. They lure the people & then show their true colours once the payment is made to Oasis Resource Management. "Ä big fraud company"
