Have been following up for my refund which was promised to be credited on September 04 2023...after a lot of follow up.
I had paid the fees around June 2022 and there were no interview calls scheduled till June 2023 so I have been after your staff for getting refund since then. Very incompetent staff who is least bothered about client problems.
