I have deposited Rs.5000 today and money is credited from my bank account and not reflecting in my octa fx trading account.
This is the second time it's happening to me. Already I have lost Rs.7000 whole depositing, struggled around 4-5 months and no use. So I have raised a complaint.
And this happened today and lost Rs. 5000 while depositing.
Need my money to be refunded or added in my octa fx account ASAP.
Need to take a strict action towards octa fx company and need my money to be refunded.
Why should customers suffer for octa fx having a faulty payment gateway.
