I have made a deposit of Rs.5000 today. Deposit was successful, but money not credited to my octa fx trading account. They told me to wait for 3 hours and now it's 7 hours now and they still give me lame excuses.
I need my money refunded or deposited in oct fx account. As soon as possible.
This is the second time deposit problem happening to me. Already I have submitted a complaint for Rs.7000 deposit today. It's four months before still I struggle so I thought of raising a complaint.
Now again I lost Rs. 5000 while depositing. Request you to take strict action and towards octa fx and need my money refunded ASAP.
Im attaching the payment proof for Rs.5000 deposit which is made today.
