I have made 3 payments to OCTA FX for 50.000 and first one was made via Google pay and the payment was taken from the bank but on octa fx, it shows as rejected. Again, I made a direct transfer via bank to Octa fx twice for 50000 and it got deposited.
Now, I'm missing my 50.000. I was promised for a refund but till now, I haven't received any. Chat support people just give a random timeline which is of no use Was this information helpful? | 
After showing so many proofs they are rejecting it and customer service is just giving timeline which is of no use.
How to get my money back?
