Octa Fx Complaints & Reviews

I have deposited Rs.5000 today and money is credited from my bank account and not reflecting in my octa fx trading account.

This is the second time it's happening to me. Already I have lost Rs.7000 whole depositing, struggled around 4-5 months and no use. So I have raised a complaint.

And this happened today and lost Rs. 5000 while depositing.

Need my money to be refunded or added in my octa...

I have made a deposit of Rs.5000 today. Deposit was successful, but money not credited to my octa fx trading account. They told me to wait for 3 hours and now it's 7 hours now and they still give me lame excuses.

I need my money refunded or deposited in oct fx account. As soon as possible.

This is the second time deposit problem happening to me. Already I have submitted a complaint for Rs.7000 deposit today....

I have made a deposit of 7 thousand on the whole, as three transactions 1) Rs.2000, 2) Rs.2000, 3) Rs.3000, i have been begging around with the octa fx for the past 4 months and nobody is bothered to give a resolution, every time we contact the chat support it gets timed out in 2 minutes, and a new person comes to chat again, octa fx is having a faulty payment gateway and making the innocent customers to suffer.

I have been contacting them for the past 4 months, i have given n number of payment proofs, but again im recieving the same email as like an automated reply.

Finally i spent one day going to bank in person and getting the payment proof hard copy and soft copy signed and sealed by the manager for the octa fx refund, even after sending this there is same reply for asking payment proof again. im literally tierd and exhausted with the octa fx support team.

i need to file a complaint for my money loss, time loss, and mental pressure they gave me when i was shouting for my money they cooly send automated reply keeping the fault on them.

I started Forex trade on Octa Fx few days back. I added funds on the portal. Initially i made 2 small withdrawals which happened timely. Now today i.e June 2, 2022, i tried to make a withdrawal of my funds as I am in desperate need of funds due to some family emergency but my funds have not reflected in my account till now. As the transaction is still in process, I request you to please take some action on priority....

I sold 70 lots of GBPJPY .i am making
Profit in trade, suddenly my trade viped out balence showing zero
The octa fx app shows my position viped out at 155.369 and
The day high is 155.13.how possible your position got cut on that price which never came.

I have made 3 payments to OCTA FX for 50.000 and first one was made via Google pay and the payment was taken from the bank but on octa fx, it shows as rejected. Again, I made a direct transfer via bank to Octa fx twice for 50000 and it got deposited.

Now, I'm missing my 50.000. I was promised for a refund but till now, I haven't received any. Chat support people just give a random timeline which is of no use...
