I was doing trading on octafx mobile app and regularly withdra and deposit my funds as per my needs. On 10th May I had made 3 withdrawl requests of $100 each but I don't know how all the transactions were cancelled by the company. I later contacted the octafx through there live chat option and out of three withdrawls requests two were processed and the funds were transferred to my account but the third one of $100 is still pending from 10th May. I am frequently asking the company to provide me the reason behind delay but they are not providing me any updated information. All they say is that they are looking into this matter and asking me to wait. I want to file a case against the company with a compensation of atleast 25 times the said amount for mental harrasment which I am going through these days Was this information helpful? |
