Odexpay.com — phishing and scam...have paid money for premium account membership. | |||
Today, i signed up for a website Odexpay.com who claims to be top paid survey provider website of india and had partnership with many big companiea like vodafone, disney, paytm and all... Registration process is free but then after completing surveys it ask you to upgrade your account for 499 rupees via paytm.. I have paid them 499 rupees but my account has not yet been upgraded it has stuck on that they will confirm the payment and after confirmation my account will be get upgraded...there are people on third party websites having same issues of account confirmation waiting since months... and thier account never get verified...there is no response for the emails i have sent to them.. the site pretends to be legit but its a fake and phishing site... There is only fax number mentioned on the website and they claims to be in karnataka... While searching for the databse on whois domain lookup ... It comes that the site registrant is from uttarpradesh... Now when i searched google for the site.. it comes that it is a new website and many people have paid money and didn't get the service they are promised for. I want my money back. If you need i can provide the paytm transaction report. You can find the transaction report screnshot attached to the post.Also i have attached the partners list and the message appearing on the website. If paytm or any other big companys as the site claims has partnered with this site then you must also involve them because kisi bhi chori me chori krne waley ka sath dene wala bhi chor hi hota hai... And odexpay is not responding to any of my emails... I have reported the same issue to paytm... And they are saying that they can not revert the transaction because the transaction has been already consumed by odexpay means it has been already transfered to odexpay's bank account... I have not received any email or any new notification from odexpay website... They didn't upgraded my account to premium and my account is still stucked on the confirmation page that your acoount is under verification process... Odexpay.com is a fake website...and the developer is fraud... And when i first posted my complaint they started warning me that either i took down my complaint or they will freeze my account and will not refund my money back... But since then they stopped replying to any email or anything... The contact no or paytm wallet no mentioned on their website is in a loop of switched off status... Hence please help me out in getting my money back... Odexpay.com is fraud and phishing website... I request all other consumers out there to not to pay a single penny for account upgrade... Odexpay will show you an iso certified company status... Which i am attaching below.. but that certificate also seems to fake...because it has not been renewed for year 2018... Which i don't own and they have not mentioned it in the documentation o[censored]ploading documents for kyc documents. Instead in documentation of their website it is clearly stated that i only have to upload my kyc documents if my monthly withdraw transaction reaches to 14000 or above... But i haven't yet withdrawn a single penny... And they are asking me to upload my documents... I don't have any problem to upload the kyc documenta which they have mentioned in the documentation... That's why i go up with the account upgradation process... But now they are asking to upload gstin too... I don't own a gstin number. And i don't want to own a gstin number. Odexpay is showing false information to customers before upgrading to premiym account and ask for more after upgrading and is not responding to emails sent to their mail adresss... Attached are the screenshot of the information they have provided on the documentation regarding kyc... And a screenshot of the uploading page whete they are asking to upload gstin number too... I just want my money refunded back by odexpay.as i have already wasted a lot of time. I hence request https://www.consumercomplaints.in to take immediate action against odexpay.com and make them refund my money back. Now am not at all intrested in working with odexpay. Same problem.it has been 7 days .I had paid fees 499 rs on 1 JUNE. But still my account is under verification process.screen shot attached.

It says that my documents size is big., i tried all way to upload the document but not possible.today is 16 th day .Still my account is under verification process.they does not give reply of the mail. i have send.they said I am in the team of mr RAHUL SINHA.i want my 499 rs back please help.

This is a complete bogus company and odexpay must be reported to the cyber crime authority. The website needs to be taken down. Please be very careful of not paying any money as there is no sign of any response post the money is paid as membership to them.

Tried to contact them but no reply, no reply from mail or msg also and paytm number is not reachable all the time .please do not stuck in their trap.it is all about fraud what they provide 6 paid survey to get people attraction on it before upgrading account.After paying amount they never response of mail and msg pleas do not pay and be careful.
