Ogeneral — One Tom AC

Dear sir,

Yesterday, I have lodged the complaint of O'Geberal one-ton AC at Deen Dayal Nagar Gwalior with your call center.
The call center representative told that our executive will contact with you soon. After some time a call has done from mobile number [protected] Mr.Sharma, I asked about setvice charges, Mr sharma told Rs.300/-but will take 200/-from you, yesterday, I have told him It is higher side, fuse had been gone, today Mr.Sharma again call and told me that He is coming because some other work are being due at dd nagar gwalior, he asked my address and about the problem of AC, after an hour he attended complaint and said that capiciter is not working, I have told them about fully check the Ac, he again told capiciter not working and the cost of the same will be 1050/-, I have told them you are service provider but you have no parts, he said if you order than I will take it from service centre/market and installed it and again said that Minimum cost will be 900/-for you, if you are interested than order me and demanded service charges from me in advance without providing complete service, I told them after fiting of parts I will pay your service charges.I have searched the same Parts on google which was Rs 350/-after that I have said him that my son is at the site of service centre Gwalior and I will bring the said part or order you on telephone and than paid him partial service chsrges Rs.100/- and told that rest amount will be paid after fitting of part, he assure that he will provide service without any question.I again call- call centre and told them you have send the representative without any parts while it is very reputate company, your call centre replies that they not know the cost of part and service provider was private.on this I have objected, he cut the phone, after 3 minutes I have again received a call from mobile number[protected]-Mr.Manpreet from setvice centre of O general, I confirm it that he is talking from Gwalior, Mr manpreet confirm that he is talking from city centre Gwalior, I have discussed all thing as above and asked him about the cost of above capiciter, Mr.Manpreet told it will be Rs.300/-, I again confirm about cost and advise him to handed over that part after the payment of Rs300/- with bill to my son, who is nearby your centre, I will call your machanic who is still in near by my location as your machanic told me, Mr.manpreet told that he will supply after confirming his machanic, after some time Mr.Manpreet called me on mobile and adamand that he will supply the part after condition that his machanic will installed that part, I again confirm him that my AC is still open and will installed by your machanic, but he complaint that you have paid only Rs.100/-So He will not give the part to your son and will give the part to their machanic only and cut the phone, I again call Mr.Manpreet than he replied that he is speeking from Jaipur not Gwalior and tried to contact to Gwalior but failed.I agsin said them first you confirm from Gwalior snd now you are speeking from Jaipur.
1-It was the surprised that your reputated company are having such type of machanic who has Unable to provide services at same time, first they check, than demand more than 3 times rate from actual rate of the part.
2-your service centre give fals information first told calling from Gwalior, next time calling from Jaipur, you better know from where they were calling.First he told the cost of part is 300/-but will not deliver and if you will pay Rs.800/-including service charges than it will be provide.even after the product of your company is using, but part can not be supply.
3-On this ground your company is totally failer to provide the services when it has required.
4-who will pay Rs.1050/-+service charges without providing services in advance to unknown person.
During this appisode your service centre as well as your machanic gives more mental tension and also mischief to your customer by both machanic and by service centre.
5-your machamic after assurance to provide compelete services left AC in Open condition which is still open and after a hour your machanic has denied to provide services and misbehaved even after taking 100/-in advance without provided services.
6-Thus it is your complete responsibility to provide services without delay or within 12 hours as on today otherwise your company will be responsible to any damage /loss/mental tension occured due to failer of services.
