This is regarding the complaint of water dripping from our o general ac. We decided to get the issue fixed by an authorized team for the product and called upcthe authorised service centre no. A complaint no. Del[protected] was given to us. A technician attended to mend the ac which was left dripping again and he said that this water is the accumulated water which will stop roughly after 48 hours. And in case it is still dripping a technician will attend to the complaint at no extra charges within a period of 1 month. Hence we called up again.. The service centre officials talk very politely and convey they will send the technician. This calling up has been there for 4 times with no technician attending to this complaint. This is a total fraud and making fool out of people. We have lost faith in this so called authorized centre services. Some senior and sincere authority should look into this as this is bringing a very bad name to the entire authority. Was this information helpful? |
