I purchased a SMART Robotic Clenaer from Ohmydeals.in on 1st December, received the product on 6th December. Upon recieveing the item, I made full payment of Rs 4, 500.00 to the delivery executive. However, once I opened the product, it was completely different to what I ordered. It looked used, it was not a new product. When I started the machine, fumes started coming out from one end of the product. I immediately raised a return/refund request on their portals Contact Us Page (https://ohmydeals.in/pages/contact-us). Received no response, emailed them on them stated email ID ([protected]@ohmydeals.in). I have not received any response yet and even their executive seemed to have blocked my number as they aren't reachable on the contact number they had initially called me from. ( +[protected].
