We have purchased Smart IROBOT Vaccum Cleaner on your website.
The Product shown in the Website is completely different from what we have received.
In the site it is mentioned that the product would be dispatched on the next day but it was not. We received the product after almost 5-6 days. Product did not perform the way it was supposed to. We would like to return the product and request for a refund.
We received the product on 16th December 2020. Today, 19th December 2020, we are requesting for the return of the product. Kindly acknowledge the same. Was this information helpful? |
