Ohmydeal are selling their fake product and public are getting looted, some strict action need to be taken, I kept calling the number and sent multiple emails but no response, they shipped sweeping robot, which I did not ordered and paid 4999. Can you please help to refund the money and take the product back.. no idea where to send back the product

Where to complain about such fraud... I had ordered the vacuum robot and got the fake product which is just not near anywhere to the product shown n described while selling so the very next day I sent email to them to refund but useless.. Nobody responded. And for next two days I have been sending mails.. Don't have any hope after reading so many complains here. Now where to make complain so that no other person suffers the same loss n pain of been cheated like us.

The product delivered has no water container - the product purchased has 290 ml water container.
The product delivered has a 1200 mAH battery - the product purchased has a 5200 mAh battery
The size and type of mop are completely different. The one provided is a joke.
As confirmed by you on phone, we would like to get a refund for the product as we are within the 7 day period.
