On 21 nov 2020 I had received the product . When I opened the package the on button was not working and there was no suction. Immediately we tried calling the woman who had called before to ask if we were at home to deliver the product, but Whn we called to called to report a problem she didn’t pick up this was the no:[protected] . I mailed so many times and there was no reply . They had mentioned within 7 days we had to exchange or refund our product but on the first day itself we mailed them, but no reply . So I had texted them in Instagram telling I had some queries on purchase then they replied . They asked me to send the unboxing video or photo of the product and I did tht too after sending the video and photo there was no reply from them . The Colour I choose was black and I received a white and a brand which was not from the advertisement . It was XIMEIJIE.Today is the last day for me to get a refund .
Please help me get my money back from this fraudulent company .

Dear All,
The product received by us is similar to the product shown on the website so I want to return the product. I have ordered smart and company an design is also not matching. The received product is not looks sturdy and not happy with the product. It looks china product. The comments on the website is for the product shown on the website but I have received the different product so want to return it.
Please find the difference between ordered OR shown and received.

We are completely disappointed with the product received and want to return it back.
After waiting, i have send the cleaner to Oh my deal office in Gurugram but three days they have not accepted courier and finally Blue drat send it back to me today.
Now i am personally going there to deliver the same in next week. I think company is not existing there.
