Sub: Complaint against Sh. Vipin Gupta Manager, SBI Naggal -Ambala
Sir,
Respectfully submitted that our family has long standing relationship with the State bank of India and never faced such a critical situation as created by Sh. Vipin Gupta Manager.
That the complainant -widow of Sh. Surjit Singh, Retired Head Master. Pension account No.[protected] with Bank SBI Naggal(Ambala).
That the husband of the complainant died on 25.08.13. There is nomination in account. The earlier manger was very good and assured that there will be no problem in payment of balance in the account as there is nomination in the account.

Usual difference in name of the complainant. The name in family pension papers Joginder Kaur whereas ration Card and voter Id name as Jogindro Devi and Jogindro respectively. Nomination in name of Jogionder Kaur(Wife). Affidavit as advised for difference in name was got executed and attested from the Executive magistrate Ist class, and submitted to the earlier Bank Manager, then Account opened in the name of complaint and assured transfer of balance to the credit of her husband account into her account.
Earlier Bank Manager Transferred and Sh. Vipin Gupta, Manager took over.
The new manager wrongly insisting on succession certificate in spite of nomination in name of complainant, as the account has balance of more than ten lac. He is wrongly and malafidly harassing the complaint for the last two month.
