[Resolved] Okaya Battery — Regarding replacement of Battery

I had brought a battery from okaya on Dated 25.02.2012 but after two month of purchase it started to trouble me .i have complained many time but no solution has been provided till date.Now they are telling about my battery has been out of warranty as warranty is 36 month.In this regard i have waste 6 of my casual leave and also my battery is in the has of service center since 13.03.2014, Bill no.80.Okaya service center Patna, PH No[protected]. Sir, I with My family facing Sever hot now a days with inverter Battery.So please help me to solve my issue as soon as possible. Thank you Raj kumar Sinha
