I AM PURCHAGING A BATTERY FROM OKAYA BATTERY .AT PATNA (BIHAR) IN JANUARY 15th .2009 .NOW A DAYS IT CAN'T GIVE BACKUP MORE THAN TWO OR THREE HOUR. AND THE DEALER AT PATNA SHOULD NOT WANT TO TAKE ACTION ON IT.I WANT TO REPLACE MY BATTERY WHICH IS ON GARRENTY PERIOD.

hi iam neeraj sharma resident of mohan garden uttam nagar delhi for last 22/5/11 iam purchase a 500t okaya battery with 860 va microtech inverter from gahrana shop in mohan garden for last 15 days the okaya battry is not working ihave three complaints against it on last saturday ia okaya ingineer is came to my home & told me that the battreey which iam using had manufactring fault & they change it right now but they dont till now so ithought & suggest dot buy any okaya product .
Three batteries installed in series by microtek engineer (45Ah/12V) but backup of battery is very poor Why? when load has given 40 Watt only ( backup 3 Hours)
