Okinawa Electric Scooter — Battery issue within 1 year and no action from Okinawa

We have purchased Dual 55AH (Fire Red) on Nov 2021 as a trial vehicle for our marketing use.

On Oct-2022, the vehicle was reported as not working due to battery issue and handed over to Okinawa authorized service center and heard from that it takes upto 45 days.

Its now more than 2 months and no proper response from the service center. They are complaining the company and giving us the format to register legal notice against company.
