Dear sir/ Madam,
Complaint: Okinawa dealers vadakuthu branch, Neyveli.
Reason: Battery complaint.
I purchased the Okinawa electric scooter on April/29/2022. I am facing a battery complaint issue so I returned my vehicle to november/2022
They took my vehicle on Feb 9, 2022 and kept it in the store room. They don't given in my vehicle until from Feb 9 to Feb 19.
My whole family...

Ridge plus
After 5 months only problems started.
Every month there is some or the other issue in the scooter.
I have spent approx Rs 10, 000 in 3 months. They are not ready to give any solution or take back scooter in half price/any other deal.
Very pathetic product & would never suggest to buy Okinawa to anyone.

We have purchased Dual 55AH (Fire Red) on Nov 2021 as a trial vehicle for our marketing use.
On Oct-2022, the vehicle was reported as not working due to battery issue and handed over to Okinawa authorized service center and heard from that it takes upto 45 days.
Its now more than 2 months and no proper response from the service center. They are complaining the company and giving us the format to register legal...

Services is very worst
After 12 service my scooter is after service battery performance is very poor it is running approx 20-30 km on one charging

Maine bahadurgarh Okinawa showroom se electric scooter liya hai.
Aur jab bhi mai uski service ke liye jata hu tho showroom wala ka sara staff patrol wali bike ke kaam me lage rahte hai.aur electric scooter customer's ko jayada mahtav nhi dete . Agar aisa hi karn hai tho electric scooter ka showroom kyu khol rakha hai ? Patrol bike ka hi kar lo. aur na inke staff ko electric bike ka koi experience hai thik karne ka . Agar kuch pucho tho kah dete hai bahar market se Kara lo . Tho aap ye batao Jo ye service charge ke naam pe 580 rs kyu le rahe hai . Jab ye koi kaam nhi karte ?

No service from Okinawa company and treating customer as their slave

When we have given bike for service they changed the battery without our notice, its been a 6 months still they dint replace the battery. They are telling today tomorrow from last 6 months, we left bike at store its been 2 months. We are suffering to go for work. As a middle class people we dont have alternate bike and we depend on this. They are telling now we cant give bike do whatever you can. We take loan and pay interest, spending all our hard earned money they eat finally they treat like slaves. They should pay for this for scolding us and not giving service. Many people have same complaints from that branch

It's just 9 month the vehicle is been purchased the motor got burnt the sensors got spoiled the pc board was spoiled the service experience is very poor the spares quality is very poor . I will suggest people not to buy this vehicle .
I had suggested more than 20 people to buy this vehicle now i will recommend not to buy this vehicle from now on .

I Have purchased okinawa electric scooter from Faridabad, but afterward relocated to Mohali. After having multiple communication with customer care, sales team for servicing of my electric scooter. They are not even responding for service support. Initially they have lodge the complaint but afterwards there is no response. Still i am waiting response from their side....

15th April, 2022 Purchase a I praise + from Trisulia, Cuttack distributer and after running feel some problem in Speedometer & Kilometer and I Tasted with another petrol scooty which running speed 40 KM per hour that time I praise + speed 53 KM per hour other thing is petrol scooty running 1 Km same place I praise + is 2 KM how it possible.
so I hope solve this problem as soon as possible

I purchased Okinawa price pro on 14/7/2021 with my Hard Earned Money Full cash of 1 Lakh from Dealer Green Drive motors Hosur. My Vehical 0740 Gives me problem from the date of purchase to till dated. I found a Product Quality & Manufacturing issues in the Vehicle Okinawa. I visited Multiple times for the service which Not Satisfied & Rectified & Waste of My Time & Money. No Service Support In All over BANGLORE & Ruler For the Brand Called Okinawa. Kindly Take care While Purchasing Okinawa

My name is gunta rampandu. Okinawa company has not given the gps till now. Local Okinawa distributor behave very reckless to their customers. Please give me the gps right away. I paid 5000 ruppees for gps . The negligence of the company has may be rta act. Please solve this problem immediately. Give me gps

okinawa praise electric scooter

I bought this much advertised okinawa praise electric scooter in november 2018 for 91000 odd thousand rupees. The dealer suddenly realized that they have over charged me and refunded 6000 odd rupees.
I must say this scooter is manufactured in a haste to compete with competitors and have missed out on maintaining top quality and fiber parts keep falling off in a short span o[censored]sage and the electronics failed in just over a month o[censored]sage and when brought to the notice of the dealer and the company engineers they do not respond. M/s. Artemida enterprises pvt. Ltd.,

Mr anthony lopes had purchased from you a brand new okinawa praise electric scooter and paid you in full an amount of rupees 90164/- (Ninety thousand one hundred and sixty four only) vide cheque from bank of india saligao branch for which you had provided the details being the total on road purchase price and there after you must have realized that the price quoted was much higher and you agreed to refund an amount of rupees 6604/- (Six thousand six hundred and four only) this is evident from the bank transfer that you effected in the same account that is bank of india saligao branch (Copy of pass book entries market and encircled are attached)
Although the cheque was received and creited into your account by you in the month of november, 2018 the delivery of the scooter was only given in december and registration was further delayed by another month due to reasons best know to you.
I am aware of the working of and electric scooter as i have had electric scoter bsa brand and have confidently used it for last several years until it reached its exhaustion of battery life of 4 years and the company closed down and no service was available.
After using this okinawa praise for a few days to be precise 11 days the front number plate fell of the bike when i was doing a distance of only 11 kilometres at an average speed of 40 kilometres per hour. I imediately informed the dealer and during my first service the dealer fixed it and i clearly remember he mentioned that the treading had become bigger than the bolt tread as the company engineers while assembling used mechanized screwdrivers and had used much higher torque and hence the treading had become big. Anyway as i was driving home after my first service the front number plate fell off the scooter once again and till date it cannot be fixed. I informed the dealer as evident from the whatsapp conversation attached herewith.
There after i had a rear tyre puncture and i was 5 kilometers away from the closest tyre puncture shop and i was 1 kilometer away from my house. It is this time that i realized that it is a professional job to dismantle the rear tyre and it is impossible for a layman to undertake the complicated job. I dragged the very heavy scooter to my residence and immediately called the dealer and they dealer assured me it is a easy job just call the puncture shop worker and he will fix it. I did drive with another scooter and brought in a puncture worker and he could not dismantle the rear tyre, and that is when i requested the dealer to give me the company engineers mobile number.
On line the company engineer gave me instruction to dismantle the rear tyre and believe me it is no ordinary job as you need to dismantle the tyre and open the entire seat and reach the underbelly of the scooter to reach the controller and you have to disconnect the controller to enable you to disconnect the main electric cable which leads to the motor dynamo on the rear wheel.
I related my comments to the engineer to do the necessary changes in their production of other okinawa scooters as it will benefit the others especially ladies who would be prospective users. I also brought to the notice of the company engineers that the front shock absorbers are very hard and that during riding this scoter on bumpy roads it hurts your wrists very badly and that they should rectify the fault at the earliest.
There after the side panel which is of fiber and is attached to the main chassis opened up and again when brought to the attention of dealer he admitted it is bad engineering. He fixed it only to open up again in a few days.
Then one day the dates are too frequent and and one after another so i cannot relate to one specific date i was driving to the furthest distance i have done on my praise that is from calangute to bambolim single seat and the scooter stalled in the middle of the road. I opened the seat and noticed the mcb had tripped and was warm so i rested for 30 odd minutes and started and finally completed y journey. I brought to the notice of the dealer who in turn related the incident to the company engineers.
Then on another day the scooter when starting refused to run in economy mode although the switch was showing the position as economy mode so again i informed the company who in turn related the matter to the company engineer and the engineer informed the dealer to change the mcb and the controller and the switch.
The dealer changed the mcb the controller but the switched they informed did not need to be changed. They wanted to bill me for this job which i refused and i informed that i have bought a new scooter so it is warranted for a year. (Copy of bill attached)
There after another underbelly fiber cover is falling off the scooter which was also brought to the notice of the dealer and during my second service i informed them but they refused to do the fixing of these fiber panels and since then i have stopped using the scooter as it is not road worthy. It is often the case that the rto officials connive with the manufacturers to certify the road worthiness of the vehicles for a remuneration and that is how the consumers end up with a sub standard product.
I am afraid of my life and am afraid that riding this sub standard not road worthy electric scooter i might endanger the life of other road users and destroy family earning members in case of any untoward accident.

battery problem, with in warranty service centre not providing standby battery till claim process

Dear sir/mam,
I purchased okinawa ridge electric scooter on 19mar2018, on 30jun2018 one connector pertains to 1 of the battery was burned out and battery terminal was burnt, i took the vehicle to service centre and asked to replace the battery, where in service centre people told battery is fine and they replaced connector and applied mseal on battery terminal, vehicle was running properly there after.
Where in on 16 jan 2019 my wife started from my home to collage, she droved vehicle for 3kms and total charging got down and vehicle was not running. So she been to santosh nagar harsha motors, they said due to festival no technicians were available so they asked to wait till 17/01/19, on 17 they said one of the battery out of 5 batteries has problem and getting over heated while charging and not getting discharged when discharged, so i asked to replace the battery as warranty still valid, i was informed that they do not have stand by batteries and i need to wait for approximately 10days for replacement. My concern is when show room itself is a battery vehicle show room why can't they arrange stand by battery till my battey gets claimed.

Dear team,
We have purchased the okinawa electric scooter 19/12/2017 form m/s sangam auto sales sherpur para bikapur faizabad-224204 and jan-18 to submit scooter in sangam auto showroom for service for battery is not working and motor is very sounding.
Hence sangam showroom is not given service and return to scooter me.
Also call okinawa electric scooter head office gurgaun for help and received response...
