Dear team,

We have purchased the okinawa electric scooter 19/12/2017 form m/s sangam auto sales sherpur para bikapur faizabad-224204 and jan-18 to submit scooter in sangam auto showroom for service for battery is not working and motor is very sounding.
Hence sangam showroom is not given service and return to scooter me.

Also call okinawa electric scooter head office gurgaun for help and received response kindly call to lucknow office.

I am also call to lucknow office 08/02/2018 and received response call to me after one week.

Today call to lucknow office and not response any one.
Then call to gurgaon head-office for help and received response "all help provide by lucknow office please call to lucknow.

Kindly help to scooter service or change.
