Complaint: Okinawa dealers vadakuthu branch, Neyveli.
Reason: Battery complaint.
I purchased the Okinawa electric scooter on April/29/2022. I am facing a battery complaint issue so I returned my vehicle to november/2022
They took my vehicle on Feb 9, 2022 and kept it in the store room. They don't given in my vehicle until from Feb 9 to Feb 19.
My whole family shouted at me, I was feeling depressed. I wasn't able to concentrate on my work either. I am facing a lot of issues.
Again they forced me and collected in my asked spare battery on Feb 24. They said, we will give you to spare battery.
I am not get in my original battery. I have given the complaint. They would be said, battery returned only Feb 19. I want to know, November to Feb who is used in my vehicle. Where is gone my battery.
They didn't respond to my original battery.
