Ola — Account Blocked with Amount in Wallet | |
Ola has worst management. Ola doesn't penalize its drivers for misbehavior. I booked an Ola Mini on the night of New Year 2021 (I think). The driver came to pickup location and refused my destination. He told me to cancel. I had to cancel to book another one. After this cancellation, they blocked my account. I had added 300 Rs to my Ola Money wallet, which I can't access now. I want a refund in whichever way possible. I don't want my account back. I am happy with Uber. Just give my money back. I have mailed to Ola several times regarding this, but no resolution, not even an appropriate response. Was this information helpful? | |
