Ola Cab — Driver misbehave

I booked a cab today at the mean time driver didnt answer my call. I was quite shocked at this irresponsible duty. When you dont knkw the way to serve your customer why you peiole are running this kind of service. Shame on you. I wilk file a comolain in consumer forum. I have booked a Cab today number KA13B6644, I have booked to Cab for my brother who came from Tripura. My brother travelled from HSR Layout to Railway Station Mejistic. Total bill invoiced to me is 329.

But the driver took 850 Rs from my brother, who had no idea about the rate here. Please take note of this as a serious complain against the unethical driver.
