Ola Cabs — A/c Was Not working/ Highly charged

We are the regular customer for OLA Cabs. But now it very worst service provider. Whatever we complaint the were taking it very light and sending recorded message like and sending reply like very formal letters whether it is going to solve the matter. Following problems we had faced. For 14 Km they where charged Rs.454/-( 454/14= 32.43 Rs) If the charges are Rs.32.43/- Per Km Means whether that is cheapest rate in chennai? 1.) But after two days over no response from your side. This is way is right for customer service? I need immediate response from your side To the above refered CRN no. We had bad very very bad experience, First it was so late. Another is A/C is not working at all. Only fan was blowing. In this condition why are allowing this type vechile to run. We didnt expect from Ola. Whatever we complaint also u will say sorry in formal way. That will not solve the problem. Think time without ac how can travel with my 3 yrs KID. This is very very very bad customer service . Kindly give proper feed back. What is solution to for this type bitter experience. Before attaching vechile it should be properly checked, whether did u do that? What is the minimum policies you are maintaining for attaching vehicle? Already i made complaint regarding ac for different car but the same problem persist means what is meaning of complaint, what about given promise. And Quality of Car also is not worthy. Then what is use o[censored]sing ola cabs. It is very worst service provider. Pl do not take risk
