Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Amount added for cancellation charge | |||||
Hi, I made a ola booking on 24th septmeber to go to pune railway station but the driver refused saying he wont go to station as auto drivers are not allowing ola cab nearby. Then he cancelled the ride. In that case why am i being charged rs 25 inr for cancellation charge. Because the cancellation was made by driver and not me. Please help me on this. I recharge my ola account with 1000 Rs with my SBBJ net banking on 26 sept 2016 twice one us done but other is failed and amount is cut from my account and not received in ola account.
Still not received the refund from ola . How I can get back my money as refund.
