Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — App frozen | |||||
App frozen for past 8 days, no resolution inspite of sending numerous emails to Ola Support alongwith App screenshot. Also provided proof of Payment made: i)Bank Transaction reference number ii) SMS received from Bank iii) Ola website screenshot confirming Payment made. Contacted via Facebook and Twitter, still no resolution. My money is stuck in 'Ola Money' which I'm to use. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
