I left my belong at the cab and i call the diver immediately and the cab driver told me the he have move out even e is near by, and i call him back repeatedly so he answered my call and told me that he will come back at my location by 12:00od night. I have waited till 1:00 am i haven't sleep yet and i call him at 5:36 am again and he ask me to for my location i have sent him 2 time and he told me that he will delivery by morning but he that he does not show up and he told me back that he will delivery by evening. I call him back in the evening but his answer was that he was too tired to deliver my package (My belonging) since he was traveling. (I can understand that but i don't like his attitude the way he lie). I call back in the evening around 7:30 pm and he ask for my address and location i've sent the details and ask me to meet at a given location so that i can get back my location but he did not sent any. I tried call him but he doesn't show up and doesn't not provide any details, but instead he asked me to go to noida office (Why should i go since he have my belonging).
I have call him today more than 15 times but he doesn't pick up my call or show up.

    Ola is the worst customer service i have experienced in my life... Ola support #[protected]... Ticket is open since 30th sept n des people keep talking nonsense about unable to contact n pls share alternate number!!! Pathetic!! My ride of june month is showing ongoing & unable to extract invoice bill for cash paid post ride. I hav been requesting for invoice bill against this ride needed for my claims submission in my company. Ola had unilaterally closed the ticket by sending invoice to some fake email id which is no way related to me. I requested them to share same invoice to my mail id but their response was they do not have the invoice.

      I had hired ola cab driver on 25th oct from kondapur (Hyd, telangana) to rajiv gandhi international airport (Hyd). I had a flight at 12:10 departure and i boarded the ola cab around 10 am. It takes 45mins to max 60mins from my residence through outer ring road around this time. Midway, the driver stopped to fill the petrol and waited for almost 5 to 10mins. Then he was driving slower at the speed of 50kms per hr even when roads were relatively free. On the highway, one can speed up to 100kms per hr but he kept the speed of 80kms per hour. I constantly requested him to speed up, not stop at the petrol station even when he had adequate petrol but he didnot listen and did as per his whims and fancies.

      When requested him he started mocking me. He didnot even think it was important to reach on time. Through the entire journey, even when roads were empty he didnot increase the speed.

      Further ola doesnot have a call center access during the ride. When i called the call center no listed on the internet,[protected] with all the possible std codes, it didnot connect. The call would just drop. So there was no way to reachout to the call center and driver partner call center no is not listed anywhere. This is complete inconvenience to the customer.

      Because of this, i missed my flight by just 3mins! The counter to drop bag closed 45mins before the scheduled departure time. I was late by 3mins only! The indigo staff was very strict and didnot accomodate and asked me to take another flight hence i had to pay additional rs.1133.00

      When complained to ola, the completely shun the responsibility of ensuring the customer reaches ontime at the airport. We are at the whims and fancies of the driver. If the driver is unprofessional during the journey then as a customer we donot have any way to reachout to the ola call center too. This puts the customer in complete jeopardy the way i was. Before boarding the cab we donot realise which driver is professional or not.

      I want refund of my flight fare and trip fare. We pay as customers for the driver service only to know that we are going to miss our flight and be penalised too. The driver should also learn from such experience hence he should also bear the penalty and customer should get refund of their money. Only putting it on traffic is not the answer. Why did he wait at the petrol station for 10mins? Even if traffic is reason, i would still have been 10mins early before the scheduled time. I would have not missed my flight at the least!

        I already complaint about ola money.
        I didn't use ola money payment but they are asking me to pay money continuously. Kindly do the needful. Your call and message disturbing me lot. I can't pay money without using that. So, kindly solve my problem. Please please. Usually i always pay money to driver only. Because ola car used by my father only. He always pay money to driver only. So kindly check with driver's. Ola money disturbing me lot. Also coming call will take legal actions. With using ola money why i need to pay. So, kindly do the needful. Check with driver's please.

          Dear sir,

          Ola is harassing me by calling and sending regular sms about unpaid money when i have paid the same in cash to the driver. Initially they had automatically updated the setting with postpaid money wallet.in a call with csr i informed i don’t want that facility and will pay in cash in case i don’t have wallet money. Later while travelling within kolkata i paid 1200 in cash knowing i don’t have money in wallet. Then i suddenly got notification that money due in postpaid wallet. I told them i have given it to the driver, they can talk to him and confirm. But since then they have been calling me and sending sms everyday threatening to take legal action. I even told them to conference me with the driver. They did not do it.
          Ola is updating with this kind of settings without confirmation from the consumer or even without properly informing them about the facility. Then their driver demand the money in cash and of course i paid. I have stopped using ola after knowing the scams they pulling like this. Charging the consumers twice.
          Please let me know how to sort this out

            I have booked an ola cab yesterday. Chengalpett byepass to chengalpett tollgate. The distance comes around 3.1km. You have charged rs.318. Do you think this is fare to you? I may go in auto itself for below 100rs. Your customer care people who is attended my call is very lethargy. The way she answered is not that much professional and also not satisfied to me. I really put this bill in social media too. By showing your corporate loot to every one... Don't suck public (Customers) the way of worst software app you are having. Think logically before implementing your worst app. One thing i have to tell. I will never book cab in ola cab upcoming future. I may book some wonderful cabs like uber, red taxi etc. I also spread this to every one to my friends and relations. Please government take severe action to this type of frauds. Note: crn[protected]

              On 17 sep 2019 i had used ola outstation service from hyderabad to bidar & back (Crn[protected]).

              At the time of booking, round trip rental shown was approximately rs 3100/- but the final bill was rs 4669/-. The distance from hyderabad to bidar is about 145kms and round trip with local travelling (At bidar) would not be more than 320 km. But, the invoice was reflecting total travel distance as 419km which is clearly 100km more than the actual distance.

              My mistake is that i didn’t see the closing kilometer reading as i was extremely exhausted after attending a funeral of my close friend at bidar.

              When i brought this incident to ola customer care’s notice (Complaint #[protected], they are repeatedly saying that the driver has followed the fastest route but failed to give me an info about the route that driver has followed which is 100km extra. I was unable to get any fastest route in google map which exceeds 320km round trip but ola has charged me for 419km.

              Ola customer care is so worst that they repeatedly send the same standard mail without even reading our mail.

                I have travelled few days back in ola and found a driver was totally sick and even when is bleeding from the nose he is driving the car and i asked him that why are you struggling the person said that they will not give the proper leaves if there are any minus leaves in that case they will never leave it seems when a driver is struggling for the organisation how come this people will be like this stupid organisation and i am not happy after seeing his struggle

                  Sir,
                  This is getting actually troublesome for me as from last three times, I am charged by ola in the name of postpaid amount even after paying it through cash or so.
                  On 20 October I got the message that I am charged with 358 rupees and I should pay it online.
                  This is really worse experience with ola as after paying the money these messages are flooded with fines and compulsions to pay the already paid amount.
                  Kindly see, what can be done.

                    This is Kiran, yesterday night I had booked the old ride but the driver had denied the duty, I had mentioned it properly in the application as well, but I was charged RS 50 again.
                    Is booking of cab through ola is mistake or is charging even though it was from driver side is a mistake.

                    I had tried to raise a complain through application it self but not working properly.

                    Kindly need a necessary action regarding this as soon as possible.

                      I tried to book an ola vehicle on 20.10.2019 & after my various attempts i managed to get booked one. I surprised to see the fare charged inclusive of a cancelled ride (I never cancelled any booking). Every time i tried to book a vehicle i received a reply "no vehicle is available" then why charged 50 rs. As a cancellation. I request kindly look into the matter & resolved the issue.

                        The car with number, wbo4d8372 picked up us from pierless abasan, side our on 22nd october 2019 at 10.25 pm. Me, my aged mother, my wife and my child was forced to went of from the car at dunlop, b. T. Road in the middle of our destination. The driver was not intended to complete the journey and went of from the car and asked us to arrange other vehicle. This is the height of irresponsible, and unprofessional approach i have ever get from any cab driver.
                        Somehow we arrange to get back to our home after a long delay with another cab.
                        I want a proper justification of this incident.
                        Please cancel the contract of this cab and make sure that this driver should not be able to drive any other ola cab for sure in the future. Otherwise every customer will be in great danger and insecurity.

                          Today i took a sharing ola driver name suresh kumar osn [protected]from metropolis mall, mg road to aya nagar (Arjan garh) new delhi. When we reached to the toll the driver said us to pay the toll and charged 100/- i was totally shocked because according to ola toll was included. He refused to pay the amount asked by toll officer and left us in the middle of the trip and left me with my wife in the middle there was absolutely nothing to reach home and we came by walking to our home in the night. Not even said sorry.
                          Please take a strict action against him. Today it happened with me i don't want it to happen with other girl, lady or family.

                            I was on a travel from bangalore to delhi. I had booked for a ola rental cab for full day and was charged rs2762. The cab that i had got its driver did not know the route, did not have fuel and i was constantly calling the ola support for help. The driver was lying he knows the route and on the other hand when i confronted him agreed stating he doesn't know the route. For a destinantion that was at 47 minutes and not more than 55 kms travelled i went through so much harassment, and to add to this ola sent me an email that the charge is correct. The biggest issue being as i had this prepaid is why they could do this to me. Instead of providing customer service this was complete harrassemnt, i was travelling to delhi after 10 years and this mishandling by ola screwed my whole, trip. I request your kind attendtion here and request your help for resolution. Happy to share my complaints registered and the no resolution response from ola.

                              Please note that i am not able to communicate with ola cab services as their all customer care number is not functioning.

                              Hence, they inform me thru e-mail that they are sorry for the same but not refunded the amount of rs. 315.00 which is taken access from me.

                              You are requested to take legal action for this kind of fraud service from ola cabs/ ani technologies and instruct them to refund the amount of rs. 315.00 in my bank account.

                                I booked movie tickets with ola money on 21 sep 2019 and i have already paid the due on 24 september 2019 of rs.837 and the amount got deducted from my bank account as well. Still i am receiving call and messages on daily basis of payment with late fee. Also, i am not able to book any cab and got a daily call with increased late fee. This is extremely frustrating, it is not my fault if it is not updated in the ola system. I have the screenshot of the payment done, please check attached. Pathetic services ola and customer support.

                                  I booked an ola ride with on saturday, 19 oct (Crn [protected]). Driver had even asked for the otp when i started the ride. After completing the ride he refused to provide a receipt.

                                  I was forced to pay the bill amount while he coldly and very rudely said there is nothing he can do. I had to rush for a meeting so was forced to pay the amount.

                                  Later in the evening i realised that that the driver had cancelled the ride by online cancellation without informing me, while i remained in the cab. There was not intimation that came to me that he had cancelled (I was surprised at the cancellation because i had even provided him the otp)

                                  This is serious security breach since the driver went offline in between the ride and i as the customer was not even intimated. I was on call and there was no possible way for me to know that any of this had happened..

                                  This is also a financial fraud by ola as payment was made but receipt was not provided (I was on official duty and require receipts mandatorily to claim t back). I demand an immediate refund of the amount or an invoice of the ride

                                    I booked ola outstation trip for my mother from meerut to delhi airport on 18 oct.in total fare insurance fee of rs 99, was wrongly included. On top of that there was no customer support to resolve male practice done by driver. He took longer path and incurred 26 kms more that what ola estimate was (Same as in google maps). Also the driver took both way toll and startes arguing with my mother. Since she is senior citizen, i asked her to not argue further. So in short in starting estimated fare was rs 730 but total fare after the trip came out to be rs 1349. There is no way to contact ola customer care, provided number is always busy.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      Myself arnab kumar pahari is booked an outstation cab through ola on 20th oct, 2019. My booking reference detail is crn [protected]. However during booking the required amount was rs. 3400 approximately. However at the time of dropping, the amount shown is rs 4673.00 which is very disheartening. I was booked cab from kona bazar to ukhra a. G. Church school. However i am in hurry, so i forgot to check starting odometer reading.

                                      I would like to request you that please don't fool us like this. Please provide business in a honest way, because we all are doing hard work for earning money to support our families. I will think twice before booking ola cab in future.

                                        Dear Ola,

                                        I received the message stating that I had to pay 504 rupees for regarding the ola postpaid services ...
                                        But I didn't have in this regards and also I didn't booked any cab / auto under postpaid service...
                                        Hence please check thoroughly from your side and see to waiver this amount. ..

                                        Also earlier, driver cancelled the trip with incorrect information and I was charged rupees 50 in this regards...
