I booked an auto for my daughter on 02.11.2019 from our home in bhubaneswar to her college
The app showed that the driver was arriving and at a distance of 3 minutes but even after 10 minutes he didn't arrive
When i called him he was very arrogant and talked rudely and said you don't need to go anywhere, cancel the ride.

This has happened 2nd time
The ola auto drivers in our city are very rude

    Hi,
    We had booked a ola outstation cab on 23/10/2019, from indirapuram to binsar. We received a message saying we will get a confirmation of the car details 1 hour before the travel time. At 10.30pm we received a call saying that we have cancelled the car booking which was not done by us. So we booked the cab again for 4.00 am in the morning and again received a message saying will get a confirmation by 3.00am. At 3.00 am we again received a call and message saying we canceled the cab. We kept on booking but it kept in cancelling. Finally one guy confirmed his details are below:
    Riding in an ola outstation driven by shahib ([protected]). Otp: 9474 is needed to start the ride after boarding the cab. Share otp: 1313 at the end of your ride to get your final bill amount. Track the ride here: http://olacabs.com/track/23f1bjrd9o

    So the amount to be paid is rs. 14500/-

    We kept paying him petrol chargers inbetween and also food. (Rs. 4000/-) when we finally came back we had to reduce this 4000/- which we forgot too, in a fraction of a minute we realised and he was not reachable not picking calls etc.. When we complained ola we have not got a favorable response. We tried reaching him again he said he will come and pay cash. But he dint come. He said that ola has debuted from his salary. Could you pls confirm on this??? I had asked him to send a snap shot of the same which he is not sent still!!! There is no assurance from either of them? What are we suppose to do???

      At 5.41a. M booked 1st cab to faridabad at fare of 386/- which was cancelled by driver thus have to book 2nd one which i choose to book from my wife’s number and it was cause 2ce the fare of previous ride. Unfortunately with no other option have to book 2nd ride at 618/-. Ola is clearly fooling all customers by increasing rates as per their convenience.
      The driver of this car is different he does it know how to drive this is against law somebody else driving in someone’s name

        overcharging the customer by fraud

        Booked pune to mumbai ola cab on the 29th oct 19 to leave pune at 16:00 hrs.
        Confirmation received at 11:46 promising that the driver details will be sent one hour prior to departure time.
        Driver and vehicle details were shared at 14:54 hrs.
        Call received from ola (+[protected] at 14:58 hrs informing that the driver has cancelled the booking and would you like to make a fresh booking. Immediately rs 150 was debited...

        Yesterday 30- sept - 2019 i booked ola for rental from revati nagar to itwari railway station nagpur well in advance at 4:00 pm and trip at 10:30 pm.
        As per your protocol drivers details are sent 10 min prior to trip. I didn't receive any driver details at all and on 11 th hour i had to make alternative arrangements.
        This is the 2nd time i had problem with rental services. Either you improve it or stop this type of service. It creates lot of anxiety on 11 th hour

          Kindly change my incentive scheme. Because none peak hours iam getting around only 11 rupees per kilometers.

          In bangalore auto rickshaw meter rate 13 rupees per kilometers.

          Ola give me for sedan car only 11 rupees.
          Now tell me how can i maintain sedan car 11 rupees per kilometers rate.

          Government approved sedan car in city 24 rupees per kilometers.

          Ola cheating for all drivers...

            I reached to Delhi Cannt by train from Bikaner in early morning. I booked a Ola for Delhi Airport to catch my flight to Kolkata. I booked the OLA on 20/10/19 at 6:42 AM. I missed my flight due to the unhuman behavior of the driver. I told him my urgency. He replied that I have to cancel it and I need to give him cash. I denied because I have Ola money in my account. Then he started driving so slowly that I missed my flight for just 5 minutes. When I reached check in was closed before 5 minutes . So sad experience to me. I waited for full day and took another flight with high fare. Please do the needful.

              Hi team,

              Myself joshnaa yarassi booked ola ride on oct 21 and gave cash to driver, bill amount was rs 92. But yesterday i got message to clear dues of 92 rs. Already i have paid bill through cash then why should i clear now. This is the second time its happening for me.
              I have given 92 rs in cash form. But how come it is asking to clear dues. This discrepancy is very irritating to us.
              Request you get it resolved. If not please let us know the next escalation level.

                I booked a ola cab for my day who is 65 years old, initially driver refused to come at pickup point so i have to drop him at place where driver forced us to. Later on he left my dad stranded on road by lying that your son is calling you on the other side. When my dad got out he ran away.
                Later on when i registered a complaint at ola customer care, they said they will take internal action against the driver, when i asked them will get any follow up on this action, they straight away refused it. When i asked them to book a can for my dad who is still standing on the middle of the road, they refused that also by stating we don’t have any compensation policies for harassment done to senior citizens in their ola # cabs.
                When i told them i will file a complaint against your company and inhuman behaviour done with my dad the blatantly replied “ you can do whatever you want to”
                Please help in taking action against this unsafe cab providers otherwise they will keep harassing customers like this

                  Hi ola, i have joined as partner on aug 19, 2019 and surrender the ola leasing car on[protected] at chennai ola bd office ekkatuthangal. I have paid rs.13, 000/- for joining rs.2000/- for address verification and balance rs.11000/- as deposit amount. As per process i could not do this job for 60days and more due to already i got spinal problem for 6months then now suffering from leg nerve sprain so unable to continue this job with tata indica car. But the deposit amount is not refunded for 33days and i explained my position also not coming forward to refund the amount which is very sad and difficult to loose my money which is also helped by my friends. Hope you all understand and refund the balance deposit amount and do the needful at earliest.

Customer care is busy not answering . even after re installing otp is not coming . there is no information why it has been blocked, Can anyone resolve. Iam losing hope on ola

                    When i was booked ola micro cab from new delhi to abul fazal it shown 188₹ to complete the trip. After completion it is charged amount ₹441 with 200 tole tax and fare.
                    I was used ola postpaid money for the auto payment and got this amount ₹441 which is totally cheated from ola side, request you to check and provide me the actual bill for the payment.
                    I will not pay any toll charges and extra amount which is not shown at the time of booking. Also attached the receipt of the payment.

                      Today on 27 october 2019 i have booked a car from my residence which is near to kalkaji head post office, delhi from my ola app around 13:15 timing. The driver was not the one who was displayed on the ola app screen. I was in a hurry to reach the hazrat nizamuddin railway station so i had not asked any question. I was travelling with my mother, my wife and my 11 months child with some luggage. The driver was looks like a drunker in the first instance. I told him the way towards my destination but when i was near about my destination then the driver turned into other way. I asked him many times that why he had changed the way but he had not given any reply. Then i warned to call the police then he stopped the car. Afterwards he was arguing with me and dropped me and my family very far from the railway station.
                      Kindly take the serious action in this case for misbehaving with the ola cab customer and defaced the ola cab services. It is also requested that kindly inform me about the actions which you will take in this case.

                        I left my belong at the cab and i call the diver immediately and the cab driver told me the he have move out even e is near by, and i call him back repeatedly so he answered my call and told me that he will come back at my location by 12:00od night. I have waited till 1:00 am i haven't sleep yet and i call him at 5:36 am again and he ask me to for my location i have sent him 2 time and he told me that he will delivery by morning but he that he does not show up and he told me back that he will delivery by evening. I call him back in the evening but his answer was that he was too tired to deliver my package (My belonging) since he was traveling. (I can understand that but i don't like his attitude the way he lie). I call back in the evening around 7:30 pm and he ask for my address and location i've sent the details and ask me to meet at a given location so that i can get back my location but he did not sent any. I tried call him but he doesn't show up and doesn't not provide any details, but instead he asked me to go to noida office (Why should i go since he have my belonging).
                        I have call him today more than 15 times but he doesn't pick up my call or show up.

                          Ola is the worst customer service i have experienced in my life... Ola support #[protected]... Ticket is open since 30th sept n des people keep talking nonsense about unable to contact n pls share alternate number!!! Pathetic!! My ride of june month is showing ongoing & unable to extract invoice bill for cash paid post ride. I hav been requesting for invoice bill against this ride needed for my claims submission in my company. Ola had unilaterally closed the ticket by sending invoice to some fake email id which is no way related to me. I requested them to share same invoice to my mail id but their response was they do not have the invoice.

                            I had hired ola cab driver on 25th oct from kondapur (Hyd, telangana) to rajiv gandhi international airport (Hyd). I had a flight at 12:10 departure and i boarded the ola cab around 10 am. It takes 45mins to max 60mins from my residence through outer ring road around this time. Midway, the driver stopped to fill the petrol and waited for almost 5 to 10mins. Then he was driving slower at the speed of 50kms per hr even when roads were relatively free. On the highway, one can speed up to 100kms per hr but he kept the speed of 80kms per hour. I constantly requested him to speed up, not stop at the petrol station even when he had adequate petrol but he didnot listen and did as per his whims and fancies.

                            When requested him he started mocking me. He didnot even think it was important to reach on time. Through the entire journey, even when roads were empty he didnot increase the speed.

                            Further ola doesnot have a call center access during the ride. When i called the call center no listed on the internet,[protected] with all the possible std codes, it didnot connect. The call would just drop. So there was no way to reachout to the call center and driver partner call center no is not listed anywhere. This is complete inconvenience to the customer.

                            Because of this, i missed my flight by just 3mins! The counter to drop bag closed 45mins before the scheduled departure time. I was late by 3mins only! The indigo staff was very strict and didnot accomodate and asked me to take another flight hence i had to pay additional rs.1133.00

                            When complained to ola, the completely shun the responsibility of ensuring the customer reaches ontime at the airport. We are at the whims and fancies of the driver. If the driver is unprofessional during the journey then as a customer we donot have any way to reachout to the ola call center too. This puts the customer in complete jeopardy the way i was. Before boarding the cab we donot realise which driver is professional or not.

                            I want refund of my flight fare and trip fare. We pay as customers for the driver service only to know that we are going to miss our flight and be penalised too. The driver should also learn from such experience hence he should also bear the penalty and customer should get refund of their money. Only putting it on traffic is not the answer. Why did he wait at the petrol station for 10mins? Even if traffic is reason, i would still have been 10mins early before the scheduled time. I would have not missed my flight at the least!

                              I already complaint about ola money.
                              I didn't use ola money payment but they are asking me to pay money continuously. Kindly do the needful. Your call and message disturbing me lot. I can't pay money without using that. So, kindly solve my problem. Please please. Usually i always pay money to driver only. Because ola car used by my father only. He always pay money to driver only. So kindly check with driver's. Ola money disturbing me lot. Also coming call will take legal actions. With using ola money why i need to pay. So, kindly do the needful. Check with driver's please.

                                Dear sir,

                                Ola is harassing me by calling and sending regular sms about unpaid money when i have paid the same in cash to the driver. Initially they had automatically updated the setting with postpaid money wallet.in a call with csr i informed i don’t want that facility and will pay in cash in case i don’t have wallet money. Later while travelling within kolkata i paid 1200 in cash knowing i don’t have money in wallet. Then i suddenly got notification that money due in postpaid wallet. I told them i have given it to the driver, they can talk to him and confirm. But since then they have been calling me and sending sms everyday threatening to take legal action. I even told them to conference me with the driver. They did not do it.
                                Ola is updating with this kind of settings without confirmation from the consumer or even without properly informing them about the facility. Then their driver demand the money in cash and of course i paid. I have stopped using ola after knowing the scams they pulling like this. Charging the consumers twice.
                                Please let me know how to sort this out

                                  I have booked an ola cab yesterday. Chengalpett byepass to chengalpett tollgate. The distance comes around 3.1km. You have charged rs.318. Do you think this is fare to you? I may go in auto itself for below 100rs. Your customer care people who is attended my call is very lethargy. The way she answered is not that much professional and also not satisfied to me. I really put this bill in social media too. By showing your corporate loot to every one... Don't suck public (Customers) the way of worst software app you are having. Think logically before implementing your worst app. One thing i have to tell. I will never book cab in ola cab upcoming future. I may book some wonderful cabs like uber, red taxi etc. I also spread this to every one to my friends and relations.                                     On 17 sep 2019 i had used ola outstation service from hyderabad to bidar & back (Crn[protected]).

                                    At the time of booking, round trip rental shown was approximately rs 3100/- but the final bill was rs 4669/-. The distance from hyderabad to bidar is about 145kms and round trip with local travelling (At bidar) would not be more than 320 km. But, the invoice was reflecting total travel distance as 419km which is clearly 100km more than the actual distance.

                                    My mistake is that i didn’t see the closing kilometer reading as i was extremely exhausted after attending a funeral of my close friend at bidar.

                                    When i brought this incident to ola customer care’s notice (Complaint #[protected], they are repeatedly saying that the driver has followed the fastest route but failed to give me an info about the route that driver has followed which is 100km extra. I was unable to get any fastest route in google map which exceeds 320km round trip but ola has charged me for 419km.

                                    Ola customer care is so worst that they repeatedly send the same standard mail without even reading our mail.

                                      I have travelled few days back in ola and found a driver was totally sick and even when is bleeding from the nose he is driving the car and i asked him that why are you struggling the person said that they will not give the proper leaves if there are any minus leaves in that case they will never leave it seems when a driver is struggling for the organisation how come this people will be like this stupid organisation and i am not happy after seeing his struggle
