Ola ki har ride pe gst 7.50% or. Costmer sevao ke naam p 10 se 35% tak tax liya jata hai jo ki ola driver ke khate se kaat liya jata hai. 114 rs jab costmer diya tab 15 costmer sevao ke liye 7.88 gst 17.19 ola commission kitne tarah ka tax katega ab.? Ola is tarah se kitna tax le leta hai faltu ka hum sab se jab ki 20% or gst 5% hi lena chahiye ta use.

As subject I m taking lot follow up with the company customer care via email but i m not getting any proper response from them. Very much frustrated with the service they guys are providing and this is not the way to handle any customer.

    It was only recently that i started using ola services, and i found the service efficient and convenient, until this incident occurred on the evening of 11/09/2019 at approximately 17:50 hrs when i ordered for a cab via ola. According to the ola app in my phone, the booked cab was 7 minutes away from the pickup point (Medanta hospital, gurugram, haryana) when i received a call from the ola driver asking me for my location, to my surprise he was calling from the number which was not registered on ola. I replied by telling him that i was waiting at the hospital and when i asked him his location, he abruptly ended the call. I tried calling him back to verify his location (The number through which he called me[protected] but his phone appeared to be out of range. I did find it rather odd that he had to call me to confirm my location as generally ola drivers use the ola app to locate and drop of passengers.
    Whilst waiting for the booked cab to arrive, the waiting period for the ola ride increase to 12 minutes on the ola app in my phone and since i was also tending to my ill mother i had decided to wait within the hospitals inner premises as it was scorching hot outside and the booked cab was still fairly far but i was constantly keeping track of the cab on my phone.
    At 18:03 hrs, the same cab driver called me but also angrily shouted through the cell phone asking for my location, i replied back with the name of the same hospital and the ola app was still showing his vehicle at 10 minutes away from the pick up location. He ended the call and the cab ride whilst charging me 50 rupees on the next ride for cancellation. I was shocked by the rude behavior and action. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer and this rude driver has to be held accountable for his actions. My mother who had a major surgery had to go through all the trouble and mental trauma. For me it's just a matter of 50 rupees, but i took the initiative to write this complaint so that in the future no other patient has to go through the same ordeal that my mother unfortunately had to endure.

      Hi,

      I am raising this complaint with very frustrated mindset and bad customer service from OLA.

      My Ola account has got blocked from last 1 month and post chasing several times now I got email stating that this is permanently blocked and will never get unblocked. This is happened post adding money to OLA Acount.

      In this case arrange this to get refunded or activate my account at any cost. I am surprised how you people can easily say that this issue will never resolved or i think this has happend as you got some money in Ola account without any efforts.

      By doing this you might get some money but you have to keep in mind that simultaneously you are also loosing one customer.

      So do not play with my patience and arrange this to get it sorted. This is not the concern of money but now concern of lots of chasers and phone calls where I have wasted my time like anything. Otherwise I can knock door of consumer forum.

        While traveling to Dariyaganj New Delhi on Sep 09 01:00 PM, Driver had not accepted the OTP, tolled me OTP is not required and ask tentative amount (275) which is displaying in my phone. When i reach the destination he ask for money which was 275. I don't know how the booking he cancelled after sometime even he refuse to accept money by paytm, that time i was scared and pay the amount. I don't know how he cancelled the booking after complete the travel.

              Our samsung charger has been left in ola cab.. From delhi cantt railway stn to dwarka. We called the cab driver about the same.. Nd told him to return the charger on his next trip to dwarka. He said yes.. Ur charger is in the cab.. Nd now a week later he is not reponding to calls nd swittched off his phone.. Whenever we call him. Pls take necessary action regardong this. His name is vijendra. And mb. No. Is [protected].

                Yesterday i book ride no crn[protected], the driver in transit and unable to cancel ride and asked me to cancel cause its much time to reach.

                Hence i cancel the ride, but i charged rs 50 as cancellation charge, i gone through ola only through other ride but due to driver unable to come in time have to cancel.

                  I was travelling like usual from my place to airport for which i usually pay 260-500 even for the peakest hours.infact the Uber was showing 260 rs only but the cab was taking time so I preferred ola . Wen i initially booked there was some issue with their system and it din show me the fare estimate and as I was getting late I booked it that way. When I reached my destination it showed 886 which is far far as expected and now these guys are not helping me either wen i spoke to them on customer care. This is completely unethical and not justified to ask for any amount of money at the end of the journey where a person can't deny to pay. Please look into this matter and help me..

                    I book ola cab 10 sep 2019, driver called me for where to go i said particular location. Ok he told. Then after 5 min back he once again called and told me that another 50 rs extra charge will be imposed for the particular location. Here the driver played the trick that after entering into my premises he demanded for 50 rs. I need my refund amount 50 rs.

                      Good Evening,

                      I took a Ola Cab (was forced to take prime play cab) as purposefully no ola cab drivers were accepting inquiry for prime sedan cabs. The rental package was for 8 hrs and 80 kms. I took the cab from Delhi Terminal 2 airport. The cab driver name is Mr. Akthar Hussain. The cab booking number is CRN[protected]. The booking was made on 5th Sep 2019. The complaints are the following -
                      1. OLA driver took Rs. 300 from me for CNG and promised to return before the bookings ends and did not do it. When i called him he used ugly language and when i complained to ola they refused to do anything and asked for 72 hrs which time is also over.
                      2. I had to pay Rs 250 plus GST for prime play sedan which in first place i never asked for.
                      3. Ola charged me Rs. 100 plus GST as MCD toll for inter state transfers which i never used as i traveled only in Delhi.
                      4. Lastly, OLA driver used the cab for his personal use and atleast 15-17 kms are extra in my billing and i need that to be reimbursed.
                      5. I have made several calls to ola and everytime they ask for another 24 hrs and they sound not to take any action against my complaint.
                      6. Apart from my monetary loss i would like to sue ola for the mental agony they have given because of their teams rude behavior.

                        Hi,

                        I had booked an old cab for 2 hrs 20kms, as I had more work and would exceed the given time, I searched their app but couldn’t find the rate chart that I would be charged for additional time/kms.
                        So I called their support but they also had no idea (which is weird, why are they even sitting there) - my entire point of the conversation was, should I book another 2 hr 20 km cab, or take the same cab, which one will be cheaper and she found out and said “this will be more convenient”. So obviously I assumed this is the cheaper way to go about it and so I did.
                        At the end of the trip I was charged almost 3 times the amount and after filing a complaint with the department they are playing with the work “convenient” used by their “support” staff. Like obviously I know if I’m sitting in this cab it is more “convenient” to carry on in this and not book and shift to a another cab. But they wouldn’t agree and fraudulently charged me a huge sum of money which I lost even after calling their so called “support” staff to understand the cost structure and what would be cost effective for me.

                        Never using OLA again. Fraudulent company with pathetic customer service and satisfaction.

                          Hi this is Kshitij Dhawan. This Saturday I booked cab for my parents.And saw fare of 194 rs and driver told me to do paytm on my number which I agreed on. After he dropped my parents he told my parents as well to give 244 rs and my father paid.And then after he called me to paytm him 194rs which i did.
                          I have his number I called him multiple times but he is not responding and disconnecting it. Kindly do the needfull. I want someone to call me at [protected]

                            My wife Traveled from Mumbai T2 to Amity University, Mumbai on 12.07.2019 the fare was fixed as INR 1, 400/- But after arrival at the destination the driver asked for RS. 500/- extra, since she was alone could not argue much, and paid extra amount as well. I traveled the same route on 01.09.2019 by Meri Taxi, and paid only Rs. 1, 400/- .
                            Request you to look into this matter and I return the amount RS. 500/-

                              I was booking ola cab on dated 07/09/2019 at 5PM MSEB Staff colony Airoli to CSMT Mumbai. CRN [protected], Prime Sedan, White Dzire.
                              Driver Mr. Sagar Gaikwad, Mobile[protected], ho has late 1/2 hrs. then at the time without any region refused drop to CSMT Mumbai, and ho has Canceled the Cap.
                              At the 11 hrs. I am pickup any other vehicle, different company, but my train Mumbai to Nagpur missing.
                              I request to you please suspend the above Driver,
                              Your ola service is very good but presently your driver are very bed.
                              I am lot of time use the your ola service.

                                There is a payment due of rs 73/- is showing in my app. But i haven't left any dues in any of my transactions. I have contacted ola support team and they mentioned one crn number which is not related to me. If i ask the same, they didn't respond further. I am very sure that due is not related to me and it's some manual allotment mistake.

                                Ola drivers are pathetic.. they cancel the ride once u tell them the destination.
                                The app shows cabs as available but none of the drivers will accept the ride.
                                U can’t rely on ola. Pathetic and disgusting service most of the time

                                  Trip booked on 30 august crn no [protected] from yasoda hospital.
                                  Driver refuse to come for ola money. Neither cancel trip nor come argues to cancel trip ourselves.
                                  Out come : patient suffered under rain with fever.

                                  At last with out information cancelled trip.

                                  But ola charge cancellation charge / wait charges for no fault of ours unethically.

                                  Today i booked ola (Mini. CRN [protected]) first that driver not come at my location he ask me to come his location and while driving he had talking on the phone continuously even he droped my parent to other location and he did misbehave with us along with he asked me to extra money which i given by phonepe .He abused us also.
                                  One of your ola driver Mr krishna chand was having Maruti Suzuki car with vehical no. As HR 69D 0558 hit our bike so badly while driving that its indicator and mudguard broked. We here by request u to complaint against your ola driver and we also wanted a refund against all the damage done by the driver.
                                  On 25.4.2019 i booked Ola bike around 4.30 pm for rs.35.00.My destination was fron hatigarh Chariyali to Six Miles.But it came around 5.12 pm, almost waited for 45 min and after reaching the location the actual charge shown as rs.71.00 (invoice attached). Please arrange to return immediately the extra money rs.36.00 charged(rs.71.00 - rs.35.00).

                                    I booked my ride till ghaziabad station from my home on 19th june 2019 and the fare for that was ₹180. Then driver took different routes mentioning that there will be police checking on the shorter route and took longer route with extra time and distance.

                                    Then i had to come back to my home so driver suggested me that i can enter the destination of my home again and it will charge the same amount again. So i booked it back to my home. While booking it didn't show any updated amount.

                                    Now if it was ₹180 one way then itcomes out to be ₹360 back home but they charged ₹730.

                                    Now they call me 10 times everyday and disturb me.

                                    I complaint about it several times but everytime they said it will be resolved. Today on 8th september when spoke to their manager he said now we can't do anything because it's more than 60 days.
                                    I book cab yesterday for today (08 sep 2019 07:00AM) and ur company send me text messages ( Your booking (CRN[protected]) is confirmed for 07:00AM, 08 Sep. We will share ride details with you 1 hour before your pickup. Have a safe journey!) But its not done. I am very harsh for this. Now i am file legally file case against you

                                    I follow all rule about booking cancelation like reach pickup location and waiting for costomer 5 mins and cancle the booking, i get canceltion but second day ola performe canclation return with panalty and offroad 24 hour why?

                                      Ola postpaid is not working in my account. Why? Let me know. Ola postpaid of rs. 5000 was available in my account but for some time say last two month or so iam unable to avail this for no reason known to me. Kindly look into the matter and activate my ola postpaid account at an early date so that i can avail this and utilise your service. An early solution is required in the matter.
