Good morning.

Ola cabs team they charged me around rs. 472 for 8.2 km (23 min timing). When i booked the ola android application showed me only rs. 182 only. But, at the drop point they charged us rs. 472. I was shocked and called ola team they told me to send email from "[protected]@gmail.com" my registered email id. But, they refused to do refund on this.

Please find attached the invoice for the transaction that we had earlier. (The pick up and drop location is same).

We have used earlier same pick up and drop point, whereas they charged from us rs. 124-165 only.

Regarding this matter we have sent email to ola team. Their answer is not proper.
I have cleared the dues from my sbi account and the amount was debuted from my SBI account but it was not reflected in Ola account. Neither the amount has been credited back to my account. There is no support system when I can complain this.
Cancelled the ride in front of my face and we reached the destination in a very heavy rainfall my mother is old and is facing issues in leg this unprofessional attitude is wrong. I want strict action against this. CRN NO: [protected]. Ranjeet jha driver.

    I booked olacabs crn [protected] on sep 07 payment through ola money. Driver asked for cash as he received money from ola very late. I request him to convert journey into cash. Thereafter i received a call from ola that your ride has been converted into cash. I paid to driver in cash amount reflected in the ola app on completion of journey. However, i notice in the evening that an amount of rs. 436 has also been deducted from my ola postpaid. On sep 08 i made complaint to [protected] an on your web sight but no response received till date. Please looked into and refund amount of rs. 436.

    It takes just 25 rupess minimum charge when i take auto from my home why the hell you people charge 38 and 39 rupess for what reason ???
    While booking auto for cloth market it was showing additional charges RS 50/- as pending. But we have not booked or travelled anywhere in the city. I am your frequent traveller. So I request you to look in to the matter and remove those pending charges

    I am travelling through cab, and i forget my jacket in the same, after that i called him and asked for the same, he is not respond me well and arguing with me, till date he is not returned my jacket and every time he abusing with me

      I left a belonging in ola cab dated 04 sept 2019. Despite repeated calls to the driver concerned, now he is not picking the call also and ola customer care (Given 72 hours to resolve as on 08 sept 2019 now it is already 10 days since complaint) it is not recoverable.

        I activated ola postpaid and started getting charged double the amount of fares for rides that i'd take regularly. Now when i've gone back to paying the amount via googlepay, the app doesn't show the amount at all.
        In multiple cases, the drivers would cancel the ride last moment, and i was forced to cancel and pay the cancellation fees.. 30days
        There's no complaint section on the app. No number where petty issues can be resolved.

          amateur ola drivers

          I book a ola cab and he didn't know the location.. He kept me wait for 45 minutes... He was so amateur and naive to know the directions.. I had to go to hospital... I was waiting for him... He was 2 min far... But there he took 15 minutes.. I don't understand what he was doing there? That's very unfair to me... And don't apply cancellation charges....

          I booked a cab on August 7, 2019, from burari to sahibabad around 22kms for which CRN is [protected]. While booking cab the fare shows around 380 or 390 something for mini, while in prime it is around 500 and in uber it around 400 something. I booked ola mini and opt for gpay. The cab booked is having registration number as HR55AA2353.

          Problem 1. Rs.2 has been requested by OLA to pay for the ride by gpay.
          Problem 2. The final fare goes to Rs. 726 which is around 85% higher.

          After checking bill i found the rebate of Rs. 390 and fare increase of Rs. 624.

          My last to last ride is having the same issue for which they refund rs. 71.

          I already registered the complaint about this on August 08, 2019 which has been marked as resolved without my consent and no reply had been given by OLA.

          No action yet even after 4 months. Neither by OLA nor by Consumer Forum.
          Is the forum is just an eyewash.
          Till time, neither any communication had been initiated by Ola Nor any action taken by this forum. I think the forum is of no use and is kept to misguide peoples so that after some time we will forgot the things.

            Iam from hyderabad, i booked a ola bike yesterday night around 10 " o " clock[protected], some ola biker accepted my ride and i called him for knowing exact pick up location, he said no i cant come to that route, i said ok then cancel the ride i will book another, its still 20 minutes over he is not cancelling my ride and apart from that roaming near by surroundings, again i called him not picking up the phone, he tried to make me to cancel the ride, but if i cancel the ride it will cause a come extra charges to me i called him 7-8 times but not picking up the phone, at last he is saying that iam in driving brother, cancelling in two minutes, what the #, he picked my call in driving in the begining, then how cant he cancel by clickimg once to cancel my ride and also he can cancel my ride when he said sorry i cant come to that route, is this the way ur employees behaves.

            Iam attaching the proof also.
            Me booked cab Delhi to Mani majra Chandigarh, showing fare 2122 for 250 KM.
            than charge 9/- per km.
            My location to destination is 275 km, but Ola charged for 400 km. 3496 Why.. . CRN[protected]. Nishantt cab driver. HR69C5262. How cab calculte 275 km distance in 400 km. Pl refund my money on google pay

              I booked a ride for rithala from near dwarka more metro station on 10 june 2019. When i booked the ride, the ola app displayed a fare of rs 310. I made a call to the driver. Ola driver asked me how would you pay, i replied him cash. After that, the service driver picked up us and left us at our destination point. I paid him in cash. My phone was stolen while returning home. Its fir attached in this mail.
              Now i received a mail from ola that i have to pay rs 299 for the same ride, i tried to contact the customer service of ola, but i couldn’t. Because i had a basic phone at that time. Then i came to know through the customer service officer, i would have to install the ola app on my smartphone, but it is not possible for me because my mobile is stolen.
              After that, i also mailed in ola customer support but from both places, i got the same reply that i have to pay again because you did not tell us within 72 hours.
              Now my question is that when i received mail from them after 72 hours. How do i know that they charged twice for one ride? I had already paid. So why do i pay again?
              A few days ago, i received a call from ola customer care, where i again told him about the same things and he replied that he solved my problem. But still, i am receiving mail and messages from ola, where they are threatening me that if i do not pay again, they will take legal action.
              This fraudulent business of ola is disgusting.
              I was booked a online ola with all payments .but driver says to me that you weren't pay the online bill .so he taken extra charge .so please refund my amount by driver.all details are available in screenshot.

                And in actual were different. He was bossing on me saying otp should match not the car no. And earlier just before this fellow whom i called was waiting on different side and blaming mein a bossy tone he cancelled the ride also. We hire opa to maintain our dignity and to get comfort. Today neither i felt dignity nor comfort. I want your attention on it.
                I book ola auto MP04RB 0296 on 11th September 2019 from Sagar Premium Tower Phase 2 to Kamla nagar Bhopal at 5.10 pm After booking driver is not bringing cab.

                  Driver calls to check my location for drop and later cancelled the booking without informing. I was kept waiting 20mins for the cab and yet i was cancelled last minute since they didn't want to go to the location i chose. Twice same thing happened. They called and asked my drop location, then cancelled.in the middle of night this is the service i get from you people.

                    I had advance booked a ola premier cab on 12 sept 2019 in the evening for my travel on 13 september 2019 at 5 pm through the ola app on my mobile. The app showed the booking was confirmed at a charge of rs 875 and that i would be informed about the driver/ cab details 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure. However no message was received prior to departure, while at 5 pm the scheduled ride disappeared from my "rides" list and i got a message that the ride could not be scheduled. I had to re-book a cab at the last moment which led to a lot of stress.

                      I ended the trip early and paid through google pay but it didnt reflect in my driver's account and my money is also deducted
                      While paying the amount appeared was 491 and afterwards it changed to 436
                      I completed my payment but the driver didn't received it and i had to pay him in cash
                      I selected my payment option properly but its still showing as "cash"
                      Please help

                        My wife was terribly ill this morning and she couldn't travel by train due to hugh rush at peak times. I decided to book an ola ride for her from nallasopara east to vasai west sai nagar. I didn't enter my location manually, the gps detected it, and i only selected my destination point. I was standing beside my wife while i was bookig this ride. Once the ride was confirmed, i left my wife on her own to travel. 10 minutes later the driver tells us that he was waiting for us in west. I booked this ride from east, so how the hell can you incorrectly detect my location. The driver eventually cancelled the trip, and i'm sure that your company has also charged me a penalty. I want a senior manager to reply to my complaint or else i will escalate this matter further.

                          This driver didnt come for pick up and never cancelled ride.. I had to take my mother to hospital having heel problem beacuse of his delay my mother and i had to wait for half an hour and walk all way to bus stop. Please take action against driver. Why should i pay 15 rs for cancellation when its the drivers fault for not picking customers?? Please provide more option to write as comment in ola apps for customer to lodge complaints againt negligence drivers.

                              I booked ola cab for my relative on 13th sep 2019 from ukkadam to sports land, rs puram, coimbatore at 11.59 am and my booking number is crn-[protected]. The driver mr. Soundar rajan did not ask otp to the senior citizen peoples and he started the ride and forced the old aged peoples to more money for the trip and finally he got the money and flew away. I request to take necessary action on the driver.

A car no ka 03 a 6303 was driving rashly and about to hit them. When they asked to go slowly that driver was using abusive language and spoke bad words and again went off very fastly. The action should be taken. And our details should not be reviewed any were. Inform the update i. E. What action taken?. Update as soon as possible. And i[censored] can provide the person details

                                Today I book ola. I paid Rs. 321 by google pay but the driver told that this goes to ola account so pay my Rs. 257/- by cash. I made double payment. I request you to please refund my Rs. 321 at the earliest.

                                  Ola ki har ride pe gst 7.50% or. Costmer sevao ke naam p 10 se 35% tak tax liya jata hai jo ki ola driver ke khate se kaat liya jata hai. 114 rs jab costmer diya tab 15 costmer sevao ke liye 7.88 gst 17.19 ola commission kitne tarah ka tax katega ab.? Ola is tarah se kitna tax le leta hai faltu ka hum sab se jab ki 20% or gst 5% hi lena chahiye ta use.
                                  As subject I m taking lot follow up with the company customer care via email but i m not getting any proper response from them. Very much frustrated with the service they guys are providing and this is not the way to handle any customer.

                                    It was only recently that i started using ola services, and i found the service efficient and convenient, until this incident occurred on the evening of 11/09/2019 at approximately 17:50 hrs when i ordered for a cab via ola. According to the ola app in my phone, the booked cab was 7 minutes away from the pickup point (Medanta hospital, gurugram, haryana) when i received a call from the ola driver asking me for my location, to my surprise he was calling from the number which was not registered on ola. I replied by telling him that i was waiting at the hospital and when i asked him his location, he abruptly ended the call. I tried calling him back to verify his location (The number through which he called me[protected] but his phone appeared to be out of range. I did find it rather odd that he had to call me to confirm my location as generally ola drivers use the ola app to locate and drop of passengers.
                                    Whilst waiting for the booked cab to arrive, the waiting period for the ola ride increase to 12 minutes on the ola app in my phone and since i was also tending to my ill mother i had decided to wait within the hospitals inner premises as it was scorching hot outside and the booked cab was still fairly far but i was constantly keeping track of the cab on my phone.
                                    At 18:03 hrs, the same cab driver called me but also angrily shouted through the cell phone asking for my location, i replied back with the name of the same hospital and the ola app was still showing his vehicle at 10 minutes away from the pick up location. He ended the call and the cab ride whilst charging me 50 rupees on the next ride for cancellation. I was shocked by the rude behavior and action. This is absolutely no way to treat a customer and this rude driver has to be held accountable for his actions. My mother who had a major surgery had to go through all the trouble and mental trauma. For me it's just a matter of 50 rupees, but i took the initiative to write this complaint so that in the future no other patient has to go through the same ordeal that my mother unfortunately had to endure.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am raising this complaint with very frustrated mindset and bad customer service from OLA.

                                      My Ola account has got blocked from last 1 month and post chasing several times now I got email stating that this is permanently blocked and will never get unblocked. This is happened post adding money to OLA Acount.

                                      In this case arrange this to get refunded or activate my account at any cost. I am surprised how you people can easily say that this issue will never resolved or i think this has happend as you got some money in Ola account without any efforts.

                                      By doing this you might get some money but you have to keep in mind that simultaneously you are also loosing one customer.

                                      So do not play with my patience and arrange this to get it sorted. This is not the concern of money but now concern of lots of chasers and phone calls where I have wasted my time like anything. Otherwise I can knock door of consumer forum.
