Demanding double payments:rs 133.00 dated 25.02.2019 and rs 118.00 dated 13.03.2019 (Total rs 271.00)

1) i regret to say that these tickets regarding my complaints sent through my both emails are neither resolved nor i got reply from your side. Despite i am getting repeated calls and sms (It is one of harassment from you) to pay dues with penalty which i had already paid to the driver in cash and also deducted from ola post paid for which i had never given my consent.

2) in this regards, i again furnishings the facts for your perusal and quick action to resolve the issues promptly.

A) i never given my consent for your ola post paid service so i was totally unaware.
B) on 25.02.2019, i hired cab and made payment of rs 133.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
C) on 13.03.2019, i again hired cab and made payment of rs 118.00 to the driver in cash as usual.
D) after few days, i got the call and sms from you for payment of above dues which was already paid in cash and then i got in notice from you that you have given me this facility and i selected this option while booking cabs and it was also deducted from ola post paid service for which i was unaware.
E) during my conversation with your customer care personnel, they told me that dues of rs 118.00 will be reversed as it brings to notice by me to you during your timeframe but for rs 133.00, they will put note to appropriate authority for reversal. (Can check from voice record)
F) as the issue was pending and i was getting your calls and sms continuously for payment of dues with penalty, then i again contacted to your customer service. During conversation, they said to do kyc for refund and change email id as old email id of mine was closed due to my retirement from sbi. As per their instructions, i have done my kyc and changed email id. (Here you can check voice record).
G) here i regret to say again that despite my repeated emails you are given only ticket numbers with the message for updation without resolving my issues and keep to make calls and sms for payment of dues with penalty which is increasing by rs 1 daily.
H) in this connection, i have to inform that you can check the payment made by me in cash to the driver from your record and can reverse the dues of ola post paid. But you are not doing it purposely but harassing me by making daily calls and sms.

I again request you to do the investigation and resolve my issue.

    I am getting threatening calls from ola that legal action will be taken against me and i am not sure why. I have not used your app in over a year and i have already sorted this payment out last year (My account is disabled). Please let me know what is pending and why. I want to get this cleared out once and for all. I have raised multiple requests with ola in the last few days and i am not getting an answer

      I always pay cash when i use ola cab services. But from last 2 weeks daily 3 to 4 call come telling i have not paid money and i will be prosecuted by legal for non payment of money. They do not verify whether it is correct no. Or really any amount due. If you see my trip rides, there is no money due. I was using this service from past 4 years and till now no problem was there.

        How could u say that. I[censored] want to pay u r drivers pay from u r company profit . The biggest MNC ola. Why should i pay. How can u charge 55 rs /km. We r not owner of Big Apps and millionaires. We r just common people. U can't give u r drivers salary by us. And ur app show me 269rs estimation price. So tell me how much is peak charge at that time like 2x, 1.5, etc. U stop giving good service and started looting common people. No cab will charge 900rs gr 16 km. U just justify my question. And how can u say that u will encourage u r drivers by showing ower money. Ok if peak is 2x then bill should be 269×2=538. But u want me to give ur driver more double price. As per the correct ola charge 1st 5 km rs80 and rs 10 /km do total 16 km so i shouls just pay 190 +tax it should be 230. But u r estimation is 269 rs. Its ok but after drop u can't collect 3x from me without any notifications. Ant when i was booking there was no fare alert . U should think about it. Because of this incident my father stopped believing u and just uninstalled ur app with angry. I[censored] can't give any hop. We can't believe u for future use of app. "If there is fare higher u can't offer 900 rs for 16 km." Sorry if i mistaken. Prove me ola is for people not to loot people money.🤬

          Cab driver took vehicle to highway for shorter route without asking us and then ask us to pay toll amount. Nit only this when we asked him to take back, he stopped vehicle in highway and threaten to drop us on bridge and this bridge was 10km long.
          It was not about only money it was trust of ola, that we are safe whole driving. But it is not case now. You should take strict action against him. And provide me action taken, if this bot happen. I will lodge an fir against ola and quit using ola from now itslef.
          Your driver, Bablu Mohato, cab no MH 48 F 4741 had himself cancelled the pickup in fact of we were calling him again and again and he was answering the phone rudely and pls cancel the charges which you have put on me in fact of your driver 's mistake

            All documents have been submitted and physical verification also is done.. Inspite of hundreds of email, ola team has not been helping me to get my kyc done. And on top of that ola team has been closing issues without fixing them!! No one in ola cares about customers issues and helping in getting them fixed even though i am an ola select member paying 699 for membership. Can you please help!               Today, i. E. On 30.05.2018, at around 2.00pm, i booked a cab from rbi layout, puttenahalli, jpnagar, bangalore to reach my destination at kumaraswamy layout, bangalore. The vehicle no and otp got generated. Otp was 7370. But when i contacted the driver, he said, he is at airport and he has not received any such booking. When i cancelled the ride a fee of rs.51 is being shown for no fault of mine. Please see that the unjust levy of fee is removed or else i will stop using ola henceforth.

                I booked an ola cab from my place to a destination which is just 9.2 km away from my place on 30th may 2019 at 10:24 am. I was charged for 26.1 km plus the fare increase.
                Initially when i booked the cab it was 292 rs including a stop in between. But when the money was deducted, 674 was deducted from my account.

                I want a refund of 382 rs in my ola account.

                  Driver intentionally take long route & take also 2 extra passenger for 10 rs each
                  & taken long route for more fare
                  & charge 130 rs
                  Then he said i'll take only 100 rs but do not post anything.
                  This is absolutely ridiculous
                  Shame on you ola drivers of aurangabad.
                  Please do not ride with this type of driver.
                  It's too dangerous, it also safety issue.

                    I booked the micro ola around 8. Pm with mobile no [protected] and the driver name was showing in ola app mohiti the payment was showing that time 209, i also talk with him he said he live someware in dwaraka from new delhi railway station to shahdara...
                    When he reached to me he ask the opt and when i open the app agian the opt was not coming.
                    He said don't worry i will drop you to your location... He also said try to find my again cab to the your mobile. And i tried but it get connecting to other cab.

                    When he drop me to my location shahdara bhola nath nagar shalimar park i forget my mobile in his cab.

                    I don't have his no the get beck to him and he don't have my no to get back to me.
                    I also try to find ola coustomer care no but i did not get the any contact no to call ola.

                    It's request to ola please mention any emergency mobile no to your website to connect with you and please contact to him to get back my mobile.

                    sorry typing mistake ... the driver name was display Mohit
                    As in Feb 2019 I made three transaction for payment of outstanding amount rs 1005 witch are failed out of one is adjusted against due, second one is added in wallet third is till date pending.

                    Kindly do the needful.

                    Sir in my last ride from army research and referral to Cosmo hospital the initial charge shown was 300how ever on completion of ride drive change abill if444 without assigning any reasion

                      I have booked ola taxi on 25 may 19 for bangalore international airport which was refused by ola driver and cancelled due to driver denied and same at allahabad airport again i booked ola taxi for my destination then driver refused to go due to hot temperature and thrown my luggage from car tata zest as saying i will not go then again i booked ola car ie wagon r and i reached to my destination. Due to the cancellation by driver both side the cancellation amount charged from me
                      Rs 100/- extra more at allahabad whereas it should be deducted from the driver.

                      Thank you for kind consideration and please refund me rs 100 in my next trip while booking ola.

                        Your driver masihuddin mohammad did not report to the pickup location (Hotel mumbai house, chakala, mumbai) on the morning of 23 may. And without any warning he cancelled the ride. And today, 29 may, you forced me to pay a cancellation charge (Crn[protected]) - for what??? I pay a cancellation charge because your driver did not report and cancelled a trip??

                        You should be compensating me for the inconvenience you caused me 23 may. How unreasonable and unfair!

                        Now you are responsible for having created an ill-will and you have lost my trust and loyalty.

                          My mom and my friend's whole family (Father, mother & sister) were on their way to Ahmadabad Railway station in Ola cab. They met with a car accident on the way which happens due to the complete carelessness of OLA driver. It was early morning and he was very sleepy that at an instant he actually slept and the car was out of control and underwent a multiple hits on the either sides of the roadblocks and car was almost upside down. Driver managed himself to escape out from the car and ran. My mom and others were left with multiple fractures, scratch injuries, etc. It was almost costing their lives. What if they lost they their life, would an apology over phone work for a life lost? My anguish is, myself and the victims were been physically and mentally harassed and also financially burdened just because of that Ola driver. Tried contacting OLA support. Poor response we had.
                          What can I do to get some justice?
                          We demand a compensation for our medical expenses and legal punishments for the driver and OLA cabs for taking our lives into risk.

                            On 11/may/2019, i traveled from pune to thane (146 kms) & was charged rs. 1903. Just after reaching thane after an hour or more i booked ola cab for heading to airport (Distance not more than 27 kms). However to my shock i was charged rs. 2931 & subsequently refunded rs 853. Still i have paid rs. 2078.

                            When i spoke with them they said it was prime time & we show the fare before you confirm. I don't think i ever seen the rs. 2000+ figure being shown to me but i think they showed base fare that was applicable.

                            Under normal circumstances for this travel i pay rs 750-800. Being an suv (Ertiga) instead of sedan, an addition of rs. 250-500 can be even accepted.

                            This is clear case of cheating customers as we are so used to that i never expected this

                              It has been more than 3 years now and i do not understand why my number has been blocked by ola. I am not even able to login using my own phone number. I have been blacklisted for no reason. You people do not even reply to the emails that you receive. Why don’t you unblock me? Atleast let me know the reason for blocking me from using the ola cab services.

                                Today 29 may 2019 i book a ola for my family for rs 526 but after the complete my trip it show fare of 1140 i was shoked how it can posible so much fraud by the campany the driver said that ur last balance was wrongly aded but ola custermer care said fare incread due to hight demand in the end custmer was facing so much problm by this. Bad experience by ola.

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  I had taken an ola ride on 13th april 2019. I was charged rs.147/- twice for a ride. Even after paying via google pay the driver asked me to pay in cash. I need refund of rs.147/- from ola.

                                  I have proof of paid in cash and also via google pay. Screenshots attached.
                                  I tried calling ola support, raised a support ticket #[protected] but did not get any refund. The transaction was successful. I also provided bank statement to them on request. But they say they didn't get the money.

                                  It's been more than a month and still didn't get any refund. It's very frustrating to ask my own money back.

                                    I booked ola Mini - white Xcent cab on 26 /05/2019 from Mansarover Park to IGI airport terminal 2 at near to 4'o clock . Although there is no traffic jam at all during the journey and cab is not even parked in parking, the bill I received is for Rupees 514 however when I booked the cab it is showing 328 rupees. As driver said that he got message that it is booked on cash basis and I need to pay the same amount. But when no one given the parking charge then why parking charges are added to the bill.As I was short fall of time I make payment to drive to complete 514 rupees which was extra (184 rupees). As cab driver and company both didn't pay the charge of parking because we didn't use it, I need my money back, even you can also ask to driver that cab is not parked in parking at all.This is the second time by booking ola at a showing price I had to a greater extra money. Please refund money back to my account. Detail is described below.

                                      CNR no. [protected] booked as prime but passenger's are more than the quantity they are six members I asked him for the fair but they don't tell me even they don't tell the driver about the cab category they said that we book big cab a six passenger cab and they use prime as SUV and they don't pay the fair as SUV even ola care don't support the operator ie. The owner of cab and partner in the middle of booking passenger's the coustomer forced me to buy and fix a carrier on the top of bag they have excessive luggage. Now they threatened the driver and says they will post a mail to ola dear sir the cab no. Is HR 55 AC 6330 . Please pay attention towards it.

                                        I nikhil working with ola partner. Have a complaint of your staff. They are not working properly not giving response. Not there on there place for work. Job less people are working. There 6 to 7 customer waiting from 1 hour in office. We are getting lost because of your staff not on work. Name of the person is raviraj. Never on time for work.. I have got lost of 63000 thousand. I'm coming to office form 2 days.. I'm a business man not having time to wait for bullshet work. Please pay attention on your working staff of pune. Very very very bad behaviour. And security behaviour is too bad.
                                        I have booked a cab, its no is KA 51 AC 1056(white xcent), driver no-[protected].After boarding the cab, he have cancelled the booking and took my dad to Kempegowda international airport.He have not given money in the toll gate as my dad works in defence.And he dropped my dad in airport by charging Rs.1074+1.
