I have booked ride on 18 april 2022 i have paid it through paytm wallet but after that i see that it is showing pending i have called customer care but they said to wait 72 hours but then after one month it is at same condition now when i again called they said that it is one month old ride you have to pay that money again we could not do anything for you...

I took an ola cab from Agra Fort Railway Stn to Tata Gate Asf, Fatehpur Sikri Road on 25 Jun 2022. I had taken a ride on 19th at 6:32 am whose CRN no is [protected] and after reaching out to my destination point I paid 327 rs but at that time it was visible in process but my money was deducted from my account and I paid a another 327 rs which was successful.
