Hi,

I used an OLA cab on Friday, July 1st 2022 from Bangalore airport to my home in Rayasandra, Bangalore (CRN [protected]). I paid the final bill amount of Rs 1732 to the driver in cash. But now my OLA app shows an outstanding amount of the same as charges of that particular trip to be paid via OLA Money Postpaid. I raised complaint through OLA app but it showed request not accepted. I want the outstanding amount to be Rs 0 in the OLA money postpaid as I do not have any pending due amount. Please help resolve the issue.

    I had booked an Ola auto from Viviana Mall to Anand Nagar, Thane on 8th July 2022. I had paid the fair Rs.132/- through G-Pay and also got money deducted from my Ola credits. Now, the amount is still showing as pending Rs.132/-.

      Hi,
      I had booked a OLA Cab Chhatrapati International Airport somewhere in Dec'21, and the fare was for around 656, Since we had my Senior Citizen Mother we requested the Cab Driver if we can take the same cab back home after dropping brother at the airport as we would have to walk with MOM to board another CAB, The Driver told to cancel the ride and we can pay him by cash and he assured that the amount wont be debited, we paid him Rs 1200/- in total in cash.

      I dint realize that the Rs 656 was showing as pending until i tried to book another cab and there was no contact details in the app to report the same and while booking the cab the OLA Money was selected in error, i reported the same as advised in the app to an email address.

      Since then i have been harassed mentally by OLA Money to pay the amount, i have told them the entire scenario, however they don't seem to record or note this in their records and have threatened me to harass me with calls until i pay the money.

      I have been receiving multiple calls on a daily basis which is creating a mental torture and i would hold OLA responsible as this is impacting me mentally and physically.

      Need a resolution on priority.

        I had paid my existing OLA POSTPAID bill of ₹1891 (at that time) on 23 May 2022 at 5:28 PM and the receipts have been shared with the support team via attachments. The payment was targeted to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd.

        The amount hasn't been credited to my Ola Postpaid account, along with that additional late fee of ₹200 has been charged. Adding on to it, the charges of two additional rides after that has been added, topping the whole amount to be Rs. 2527.

        I shared the details regarding the payment or added details as asked, and the Partner Support Staff (Lisa Paul) ensured me that a refund of Rs. 1891 has been initiated from their end on 23 June, and it will take 10 business days for it to be reflected in my account. After this, I ensured once I get the refund message, I will pay the bill.

        But I am being bombarded with calls, messages, WhatsApp messages etc. asking me to pay the bill and not addressing my query. There have been times when I have mentioned the refund and the operator has disconnected the call. This is leading to a case of harassment, since I am disturbed with calls and messages all the time.

        I have been an avid user of Ola, and always paid my bills before the due date as well. This is not the way to treat their regular customers, and it is just creating a negative impression on me. Kindly see.

          It was a totally shocking experience for me on 9th July 2022 when I completed my trip yesterday with OLA in Delhi.

          I had booked an Ola from Sargodha apartment to Churchill's, sector 21, Metro station, Dwarka. Even though I alighted at the designated stopage still the driver didn't stop the trip. When I realised this, I called him and the call went unanswered. After approximately 20 mins of me alighting the cab and after my calls he stopped the trip. The estimated fare was INR 112 but I was charged INR 316. While alighting the cab he asked us if it's online payment. The driver has done this intentionally. From 9th July 2022, i am requesting OLA to take severe action against the unethical behaviour of the driver and also refund me the extra amount charged but haven't received any response. I am highlighting it here as I feel If not taken any strict action against the driver now he may indulge in more serious frauds or crimes. So everyone who is reading this please immediately stop using OLA services wherever possible as I feel they are not atall interested in the safety and security of the passengers.

            Please note I booked a car from Ola on rental basis for 3 hours & my trip get abundant midway & ola charged me the full money without being availed the services. When I raised a complain with their support system they are refusing to refund back the amount without any proper justification.

              I booked a ola self drive on July 1st for 3 days from 4th 11:00 pm to 8th 3:00 am with booking id:[protected] by paying Rs 12004/- as a booking amount and 2000 as a security deposit total Rs 14004/- before 1 day on 3rd early morning 5:30 am they called me and they cancelled my booking and they told the reason as we are cancelling all drive bookings because internal problem and he disconnected and later I got a mail that booking cancelled but I didn't get any details about refund I complaint through mail and in ola app regarding refund no response from there later I called to customer executive he told for cancelled bookings you didn't get any confirmation we already intaiated refund you will get in 5-7 days he told it's already completed 7 days till now didn't get any confirmation and I maild almost 9 times still no response and I tried to contact by customer care but now they removed customer care services and they removed drive booking option in ola app and we can't access old drive bookings also I want my refund

                    I took a ride in March through OLA for which i paid the fare in Cash to the driver while he might has not marked my payment has paid.

                      On 6th July 2022 06: 26 PM, I have booked a ride from Hinjawadi Rd, Pimpari-Chinchwad, pune to Bhau Saheb Kadam Nagar, Shree Nagar Colony. I have Paid the Cab driver 382 Rs. using Phone Pay but Cab Driver refused that he didn't received money so We contacted Ols Customer Care and they said you will get refund for amount 382 Rs. but you will need to pay the cab driver by cash So I have paid him by cash. I didn't got any refund from Ola. I am looking forward to get my refund.

                        I was on the Highway, booked Ola Cab, it came at another side(I couldn't go at another side because its a national highway no zebra crossing to pass from) So I asked cab driver to come this side, he went to turn his cab and he cancelled my ride I was waiting for 1 hr for this cab in very unsafe area.

                            On 25th June 2022 i had booked Ola cab for journey to start from IC colony borivali west to reach The Leela Hotel, Andheri East. I got booking confirmation CRN [protected]. Ride was arrived at my locatoin for pickup however, within 2-3 minutes the driver himself cancelled the rider and INR 50 was charged as cancellation fees.                               I booked a self-drive vehicle from the ola app.
                              Details:
                              Car: Hyundai I20
                              Location: Forum mall Koramangala
                              Date and time: 06/05/22 10:18am
                              Payment reference No:[protected]
                              Amount: INR 4462.00

                              As I completed the booking, the amount was deducted from my paytm bank. I have attached a screenshot of the SUCCESSFUL payment details. But the ola app did not display any details of the booking.
                              CRN number/booking number etc has not been created. This seems like a weird behavior of the OLA app.
                              The amount has been deducted from my account. It's been two long months and no refund has been received. I am also not getting any valid response from the Ola team.
                              This seems to be a software issue from Ola which needs to be fixed soon by the respective authorities of the company

                                I have attached route Map which I travelled during my ride in fragmented 3 pcs.
                                If you see the all summation of these complete route which is not more than 180 Km. So if I consider Tolerance of 10 Km then still it should not exceed more than 190Km. So kindly check the route as per invoice, it is showing extra 80Km which is not valid and is wrong. Most of time we spent in traffic during this route and also had breakfast on the way. Also our speed was max 80 Km/hr so how we can travel this much distance in short period of time.

                                I have already gone through your invoice and I know all taxes and all those things which accept to me but extra km is showing wrong which is impacting on my budget and it is not as per your predicted fares. On the same date my other friends travelled by OLA at same destination, they travelled more than us actually but the final fare was Rs @3800. Anytime you can check this route which is not more than 160Km then how 240Km you are showing?

                                  I tried to book a ride on June 30 from OLA. I booked for a bike ride from home to office, the rider was closed to me & he accepted my ride & called me for my location. I confirmed my location on 1st call & disconnected the call. After few mins rider called me again & was kind of blackmailing me on religion stuff to take ride on personal basic as via app they get to much of tax deductions, i declined the offer so he said "thik he phir rickshaw kar lena" & cut the call. After that he send a text to me on OLA app saying - "Lawde ke baal" & canceled the ride.
                                  I made a complaint to OLA about the abusive behavior of rider but OLA closed the ticket without confirming me & when i tried to connect them to know why was my ticket being closed, they said it's internal process we can't inform you!! like WTF!
                                  I even asked them(*OLA Support) twice to share the email id to share the call recording of the rider, but the staff sent an In-App mail in OLA on which i can't attach audio files, both time they send me In-App mail & then closed the Ticket without confirmation!!!
                                  I'm attaching the call recording of the Rider we have, I wasn't rude to him but still the rider crossed he's limits by saying "LAWDE KE BAAL" & OLA support team is not making a proper action towards it.

                                  Please help me to punish the rider with sevier action for mis behaving & using religious blackmailing towards me
