Ola cabs device prime play destroyed phone by adding virus through Bluetooth connection..no warning or anything that tells you will be at risk if you use it
I am very sad with your service that...in all the cabs...you won't know it that there is prime play system in all the cabs and built in facility for all the users to connect with the speakers of car using a bluetooth connection by searching for car name or device name in our own bluetooth settings...and connect our device with it using the start otp which we give for starting the ride...this feature is only available in the rides of prime play users...sometimes the people who had booked mini or micro or prime sedan automatically gets converted into prime play with my same cost of the mini or micro I book...

I have many times connected to it and hence forth got a bluetooth named virus virus in my phone...which is causing the phone bluetooth name which is my device name to get changed into some random name...

There is another feature that there is some radio system in car with builtin blue tooth...the people want to listen to songs...so they connect with car blue tooth...

I request you to remove this type of feature from all the cabs...or else I will tell most of the people about this...i will tell them to circulate this info with others which will help loose their trust on ola...

And now I am facing this as a very big issue...my device has got damaged with this...i do not want others to face this issue.

    I took an ola cab for outstation ride from Jaipur Airport to Koriawas Haryana. The distance for ride shown in the map was 168 km and estimated fare shown be ola app was 4137 Rs. As it was a long ride so we took a break of 30 minutes in mid way for dinner. We didn't change our route or destination in between. I started my ride from Jaipur Airport at 06:54 pm and I reached my destination at 10:23 pm. So in total 3 hr and 29 minutes time taken including 30 minutes dinner break i.e. only 3hrs riding time to reach my destination (168km). When i reached my destination the final bill was 8159 Rs that is double of the estimated fare (4137 Rs). Apart from that bill driver charged me 600 rs extra for Tolls and state tax. Also the distance covered in my ride was showing 371 km. Can any ola drive cover 371 km in 3 hrs i.e. 124 km/hr avg speed.? They are charging me (371 km) more than the double of the distance that I travelled (168km). I tried to reach their support team multiple times but they didn't provide any proper resolution. They are cheating their customers and not listening to them properly.

      Prepaid the cab ride through UPI and even after successful transaction the cab driver asked for payment in cash. Paid twice for the same ride.
      I am attaching the transaction details of the payment via Google pay and the ola invoice that says the payment was done in cash.

          I booked a ride in the month of january 2022. Due to the mistake of driver in cab meter reading, i was charged more amount. After complaining for the same, ola agreed to refund the extra charged amount and they did so by offering me a voucher of Rs 348/- (ticket no[protected] dated 27 Jan 22). As per them, i could use that voucher for my next rides till the voucher balance gets exhausted. I requested them through mail that I have no travel plans in near future so my amount should be refunded in my bank account (ticket no[protected] dated 05 Mar 22). On 08 Mar 22, i was told that ola coupone has been deactivated and they asked my bank details for processing the refund. Required details were sent on same day. I got their reply on 10 Mar 22 (Mr Satish SV) that refund has been initiated and it will be completed in 7-10 days. On 23 Mar 22, I reraised the issue and that time they asked me to send bank statement to confirm the amount received or not. I sent the bank statement also on 24 Mar 22. After that, a lot of mails were sent by me to inform them that i have not received the amount in my bank account and every time they replied that within 7-10 days, amount will be processed. Ticket no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] are few for reference Besides these, many more ticket no raised by Ola for my complaints are also there with me. Last complaint, i raised, was on 14 Jul 22 (ticket no[protected]. They have one standard reply which is as follows:-

          "Thank you for contacting Ola.

          We understand that you have not received a refund to your bank account for the ride CRN [protected].

          We regret the delay in the refund process and will take this issue on priority to process the amount by 7-10 days

          We look forward to serving you in future rides. "
          I did not expect such a fraud with customers under the rule of Honb'le PM Modi ji who assures us for a corruption free India. I hope the issue will be resolved at the earliest.

            We all have been facing an issue Ola cab service. Its driver deny online payment through app and demand for cash. When we try to reach out the customer care, it never a success. Robotic chats are available but of no use. At the end ola driver will cancel the trip and we ( customer ) will be charged cancellation fee. I have raised this issue with company on twitter and facebook ( as there is no way to reach them / they don't respond) but it keeps on repeating. Why do customer has to go through such inconvenience along with the false charges that company levy on customer and not on driver. Ola doesn't even bother to enquire or contact about the issue.

              My ride was completed and have paid rs.509(mentioned in driver's Ola App) to the driver through phone pe by taking his number, screenshot attached below.

              But still my Ola app hasn't updated my yesterday's ride and doesn't show my bill details. Still shows as scheduled.

                My ticker number is Ticket[protected]

                I raised the complaint on 23rd march 2022. I booked an ola out station and was charged 1239 INR extra. As per the conversation OLA representatives agreed to refund 1123 but failed to show how they arrived at this number.

                They billed me for extra KMS travelled.

                I have been following up many times, But no reply.

                  As per the subject mentioned above I had took the delivery of the vehicle on 17/06/2022, at the time of delivery I thought it was 2017 model vehicle and same has been mentioned in RC card also, till today I have driven 2500kms, vehicle was facing a front noise, after taking it to the showroom for checkup, they told that there is front suspension noise and lower arm is weak, at that time I came to know that the vehicle is sold on 2015 and serviced from there, I got the service history also, how come it’s mentioned as 2017 manufactured and registered when it’s sold on 2015, I think there is some fraud has been done by previous owner in the RTO, I’m requesting you people to take back the vehicle and plz refund my money back, I trusted Ola cars inspection report and I have bought the vehicle, now I think I have got cheated, I’m attaching all the proofs and documents regarding this, plz verify and refund my money back,

                      Hi,

                      I used an OLA cab on Friday, July 1st 2022 from Bangalore airport to my home in Rayasandra, Bangalore (CRN [protected]). I paid the final bill amount of Rs 1732 to the driver in cash. But now my OLA app shows an outstanding amount of the same as charges of that particular trip to be paid via OLA Money Postpaid. I raised complaint through OLA app but it showed request not accepted. I want the outstanding amount to be Rs 0 in the OLA money postpaid as I do not have any pending due amount. Please help resolve the issue.

                          I had booked a OLA Cab Chhatrapati International Airport somewhere in Dec'21, and the fare was for around 656, Since we had my Senior Citizen Mother we requested the Cab Driver if we can take the same cab back home after dropping brother at the airport as we would have to walk with MOM to board another CAB, The Driver told to cancel the ride and we can pay him by cash and he assured that the amount wont be debited, we paid him Rs 1200/- in total in cash.

                          I dint realize that the Rs 656 was showing as pending until i tried to book another cab and there was no contact details in the app to report the same and while booking the cab the OLA Money was selected in error, i reported the same as advised in the app to an email address.

                          Since then i have been harassed mentally by OLA Money to pay the amount, i have told them the entire scenario, however they don't seem to record or note this in their records and have threatened me to harass me with calls until i pay the money.

                          I have been receiving multiple calls on a daily basis which is creating a mental torture and i would hold OLA responsible as this is impacting me mentally and physically.

                          Need a resolution on priority.

                            I had paid my existing OLA POSTPAID bill of ₹1891 (at that time) on 23 May 2022 at 5:28 PM and the receipts have been shared with the support team via attachments. The payment was targeted to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd.

                            The amount hasn't been credited to my Ola Postpaid account, along with that additional late fee of ₹200 has been charged. Adding on to it, the charges of two additional rides after that has been added, topping the whole amount to be Rs. 2527.

                            I shared the details regarding the payment or added details as asked, and the Partner Support Staff (Lisa Paul) ensured me that a refund of Rs. 1891 has been initiated from their end on 23 June, and it will take 10 business days for it to be reflected in my account. After this, I ensured once I get the refund message, I will pay the bill.

                            But I am being bombarded with calls, messages, WhatsApp messages etc. asking me to pay the bill and not addressing my query. There have been times when I have mentioned the refund and the operator has disconnected the call. This is leading to a case of harassment, since I am disturbed with calls and messages all the time.

                            I have been an avid user of Ola, and always paid my bills before the due date as well. This is not the way to treat their regular customers, and it is just creating a negative impression on me. Kindly see.

                              It was a totally shocking experience for me on 9th July 2022 when I completed my trip yesterday with OLA in Delhi.

                              I had booked an Ola from Sargodha apartment to Churchill's, sector 21, Metro station, Dwarka. Even though I alighted at the designated stopage still the driver didn't stop the trip. When I realised this, I called him and the call went unanswered. After approximately 20 mins of me alighting the cab and after my calls he stopped the trip. The estimated fare was INR 112 but I was charged INR 316. While alighting the cab he asked us if it's online payment. The driver has done this intentionally. From 9th July 2022, i am requesting OLA to take severe action against the unethical behaviour of the driver and also refund me the extra amount charged but haven't received any response. I am highlighting it here as I feel If not taken any strict action against the driver now he may indulge in more serious frauds or crimes. So everyone who is reading this please immediately stop using OLA services wherever possible as I feel they are not atall interested in the safety and security of the passengers.

                                Please note I booked a car from Ola on rental basis for 3 hours & my trip get abundant midway & ola charged me the full money without being availed the services. When I raised a complain with their support system they are refusing to refund back the amount without any proper justification.

                                  I booked a ola self drive on July 1st for 3 days from 4th 11:00 pm to 8th 3:00 am with booking id:[protected] by paying Rs 12004/- as a booking amount and 2000 as a security deposit total Rs 14004/- before 1 day on 3rd early morning 5:30 am they called me and they cancelled my booking and they told the reason as we are cancelling all drive bookings because internal problem and he disconnected and later I got a mail that booking cancelled but I didn't get any details about refund I complaint through mail and in ola app regarding refund no response from there later I called to customer executive he told for cancelled bookings you didn't get any confirmation we already intaiated refund you will get in 5-7 days he told it's already completed 7 days till now didn't get any confirmation and I maild almost 9 times still no response and I tried to contact by customer care but now they removed customer care services and they removed drive booking option in ola app and we can't access old drive bookings also I want my refund
