Yesterday I complaint about ola cab but not resolve, even i call to driver he is also cheater, Ola! Salman ([protected]) is arriving for 4 hrs 40 km in a brown AURA MP15CC1158.
This guy is a cheater.

      I took ola rental cab for 4hrs 40km for Indore city on 28 June 22. I completed my trip on time and not more then 40km. Also estimate cost shown Rs.820 but after finish my trip they charged Rs.1421 . Extra charges for 54km. Can you imagine that in city area total 94km run is possible. I visited 4 place near in city. I complained in ola support team they refund me only Rs.37... Which is totally foolish. Also after conversation with support team they also talked with driver. From today I called that driver he decline my call and no answer by ola driver. Everytime i am taking cab but this time cheated me. Till now no response received after many complaint even they want to listening his ila cab cheater driver but not customer. This guy is a cheater for Indore MP. Ola! Salman ([protected]) is arriving for 4 hrs 40 km in a brown AURA MP15CC1158.

        Sir,
        I am receiving call from ola about ola postpaid pending but i paid cash to the driver while droping there is no pending from my side but i am receiving regular calls and msg form ola. When attending calls that was system voice and no option to contact anyone. I tried customer care no one picked call and mailed to customer support then no response for that. Now I am receiving threatening message that I am not responding ola so we r file case for that and also affect cibil score. Kindly clarify me who had mistake and solve me this issue.. my mail id [protected]@gmail.com and my contact [protected]

          I had scheduled Ola Cab for Travel to Hyderabad Airport from my Location Aparna Cyberzon, Nallagandla. The travel was for June 22 '2022 at 9:15 AM as my flight from Rajiv Gandhi Airport, Hyderabad was at 1200 hrs . At the time of booking it showed the normal rate of around Rs 1500 and I boarded the cab and reached Airport as per plan . On checking my wallet I found that Rs 3222 has been charged which is more than double . On contacting Ola Cabs including their Head, standard vague response - You have changed destination and I told show me proof I have not, than due to high Demand, the prices have gone up and my query was that can it be Rs 85-90 per km as it was 39 Kms, 50 minutes drive

          No response, No refund and I am keen that such practice should be stopped .

          I am also a Sr Citizen and struggling with Ola Cabs

              I am Ashok Arora, your customer took a ride on 02nd April 2022 @ 2.24 pm with CRN No. [protected]. After taking a ride the driver asked to pay a bill amount Rs. 96 which showed the same amount while at the time of booking. The driver asked me to pay the cash and I have paid Rs. 100 to him.

              After paying the cash the next day I got the msg from OLA money to pay outstanding of Rs. 194.

              My ride was Rs. 96. Driver took the cash Rs. 94 and your ola money charged rs. 194. I have talked to the customer care team on 31st May regarding this matter the error happened. Customer care team appolized for the mistake he told me that your problem will be resolved shortly and assured that ola will not call for the same again.

              But now again I am getting msgs on daily basis to pay Rs. 92 as outstanding money and threatening will take legal action against me if i will not pay Rs. 92.

              Why should I pay the money which i am not responsible to pay the amount Rs. 92 which is wrongly charged to me.

              I am regularly mailing them that i am ready to clarify in this matter but their customer care team are not responding. Please help me.

                Ola cabs is more important tome than Ola partner app I just registered the app for temporary purpose and now I have changed the number in partner app then also ola cabs and ola partners not resolving my issue so please unblock my ola cab app

                  We Booked ola outstation round trip from Bangalore to hogennakal on 26th June 2022 from 5 am to 7pm. Total fare amount was showing rs 4600
                  We started our trip at around 5 am and came back to Bangalore by 2 pm. Then we saw fare amount has been rs 6815.
                  After analysing invoice, we got to know the driver updated total 375 km trip. In true, the round trip was total 250 km.
                  Then I tried contacting ola costumer care again and again. They resolved my issue saying after postvalidation with driver, trip taken was based on our suggestions, which was entirely wrong. He drove us according to his map.
                  Kindly look into the matter

                      I paid in cash for my parents ride on 10th may. Driver said the app will update it automatically. Today when I tried to use it again it says outstanding amount to be paid. Such a ridiculous service. Drivers are allowed to make scene in public and get the cash but not allowed to update in app from driver side about the same. I am now asked to pay again online just because I didn't notice the outstanding amount. It's Ola app and driver issue that needs to be sorted. You cannot ask a customer to call everytime for a cash mode payment.

                        Have booked OLA on 13th Apr for 2 hrs . during booking it was showing Rs. 350 & travelled 17 KM but they are charging 42 KM . they charge me Rs. 1042 Driver accepted he travlled only 17 Km in front of OLA reperesentative. As per me It should be max Rs 600. have send 100 mails but team is not providing resolution after multiple reminder they are just closing ticket without any investigation. they never called me regarding this ticket. Actually they are faked company. Please take a legal action on the same.
                        OLS is very poor company neglecting to customer always..

                          I was book an Ola cab from Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, KIAL Rd, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560300 and I wanted to go to VAMA Retreats, Survey Number 27-1, Canterbury Castles Layout, Oodanahalli, near Nandi Hills, Karnataka 561205. On 8 Jun 2022, I booked an Ola cab by using the Ola app. When I added the destination point at that time the fare charges showed 1040/- Rupee to me on their app. The destination was 32 km from the pickup point. When I reached the destination point the fare charges were suddenly changed and it has shown 2984/- to me. I had availed of the cash option. I had paid that amount of 2984/- rupees to the Ola driver. Then the next day I contacted Ola customer care and told all story. After verification, they apologized and agreed to refund my money within 10 days. The amount of 1921/- rupees, After 25 days, they did not return my money. I have continually mailed to the Ola support team but they did not responding to me yet. Please help me with this. I have watched screenshots along with this complaint.

                                I have booked ride on 18 april 2022 i have paid it through paytm wallet but after that i see that it is showing pending i have called customer care but they said to wait 72 hours but then after one month it is at same condition now when i again called they said that it is one month old ride you have to pay that money again we could not do anything for you

                                  Customer care of said company is not responding for the folowing query.

                                  I took an ola cab from Agra Fort Railway Stn to Tata Gate Asf, Fatehpur Sikri Road on 25 Jun 2022. Iwas asked for Rs 120 by driver, I could not verify it from my app as it got hanged, so i paid Rs 120 to the driver. However, when I checked in the evening, the app showed a total travel bill of Rs 142 of which Rs 113 had been deducted from my Paytm wallet and Rs 29 only was to be paid in cash. It means ars 91 extra cash was demanded by driver and paid by me. I request that the same be refunded to me.

                                    I have used Ola Rental cab service in Pune on 1st June, 2022. Driver stopped the ride claiming the vehicle as an issue and asked us to close the ride in middle. Immediately raised the complaint to Ola support team and Ola team confirmed that they would refund the paid amount of Rs. 3809/- to my savings account within 7 to 10 working days but even after multiple calls and escalations within Ola customer support. No one denies the issue but kept saying we added a note for back end team to work and as usual no one works on my issue of no credit of agree Rs. 3809/-

                                      I already paid ola money due before due date at that time my account due shows nil. later i do one ride any paid to that one also. but after month in my account shows postpaid due that i already paid by ola money app.

                                      today one girl call me and told me that i do ride on 23rd march and 500 Rs is due, so i asked her to share me ride details at that time she get quite and she is not able to provide ride details.

                                      i have transaction proof, kindly help me.

                                        I am continuously being followed up for payment of Ola postpaid bill Rs.1075/-

                                        Post paid bill breakup available on app

                                        11 May Rs.39
                                        05 May Rs.327

                                        4th May Rs.2
                                        4th May Rs.327
                                        Total Rs. 1000 + late charge 75= 1075/-

                                        You may see I have been charged Rs.305/- and Rs.327/- for 4th May
                                        Details on the app show both bookings @ 9.24am. It is not possible to book 2 rides for the same day and same time.

                                        Plus, in the Ola app -ride section - there is only one ride for 4th May 2022, it is however in the night and already paid by corporate.
                                        I have been trying to get clarity on this wrong and double charge from Ola custome service for last one month but I am being misdirected to various email IDs and harrassed by continuous calls, sms and watsapp messages by ola.

                                        I will clear the dues once Ola clarifies regarding wrong/double charges for 4th May 2022 and waives off the penalty.
