Hi,

This is to let you know that i am using ola serives for such a long time but still got such a disappointing service. i booked a cab from ghaziabad to noida that it around 24.8 km distance. they charged me 660 rs while for the same journey (noida to ghaziabad) they charged me 350 rs. this is highly disapponting and unethical. could you please look into it.

I booked an ola cab from bhakti vedanta hospital mira road on 9 july 2016 at 10pm. my complaint is as below :

1. driver came late

2. then asked me drop location

3. then asked me whether i will pay cash or ola money.

4. then drove me a little ahead and started acting as if the car is broken down.

5. then drove me to wrong route and got me stuck in traffic while i...

I had installed ola cab in my mobile and travel less than 10kms. the driver asked off rs. 560 because of peak hours (*2.6). and i call to customer care and the person says that a pop-up comes while booking.

I am first to use and not noticed that pop-up message, and we drive to destination. while dropping driver is asking of rs. 560 of total.

I got the fare details & driver/cab details in my mobile.

I booked an ola cab to travel to jayanagar from malleswaram, bangalore

The driver (roshan cell phone [protected]) turned up and was struggling to drive the car. he took my family around for a km and started to go in a different direction, he was immediately told to cancel the trip and return to starting point.

Please investigate as he poses danger to other unsuspecting passengers...

Even though i cancelled the ride within a minute after booking, i have been charged rs 89 without any pickup or drop and the driver is least bothered about informing about this and he has simply sent the bill details.
This is the second time this has happened to me. please take some serious action about this.
He has arrived near my location, paused there for few minutes and has stopped the ride.

On 8th july friday we had booked can ref crn[protected] which was showing 6 minutes to arrive
After confirmation cab diver called us and started abusing us as why we have booked ola at this time and we should select cab which is only 1 minute away from the place and on and on
Finally he started abusing filthy language and we cancelled the booking

May we request to warn this driver and we seek apology from him...

I left my phone in the cab by mistake and i distinctly remember it. The driver denies and now i'm left with no phone. I need an action against that man.

Ola cab drivers are not responding to booking details whereas they are available at the booking station. at night 9 pm i had booked cab having the below details: car no: wb04b8541, driver no: [protected], driver name: rajendra kr. das. he himself cut the ph when i called him and cancelled my booking. they are using ola name but doing their own business. this kind of strategy should be prohibited asap....

I booked a bike at 8:30pm today driver is like 9 min away from my location and he is saying that i am like 30 min away from your location and after that he start ed the duty and in few minutes the ride was over in just 11 rs but driver didnt came after that again i made booking duty goes to same driver now he denies the duty and he is talking very rude. I booked a ola and after waiting for 10 mins called the driver n he picked up the phone after calling twice and he was sleeping at home...how can ola book a cab whose driver is sleeping at home...the company needs to take serious action about this.

i use ola cab from dharmshila hospital delhi-110096 to new ashok nagar delhi- 110096, distance is max.3.6 km but driver claim 5.3 km and 100 rupees toll but toll is not applicable,

so please refund my toll amount rs 100.00

On saturday, i booked ola mini for our use. ola send a message, instead of mini my trip is upgraded with innova and driver details. based on this i called driver and he told he will reach my home with in 5 minutes.

I am writing this mail to bring into the notice of the concerned authorities of ola cabs a severe problem/ issue that i have been facing for past 30 hours now.
