All your drivers object to ola wallet. they prefer direct cash. i take an ola to work daily and your drivers tell me they don't find the ola cash beneficial. they tell me that ola credits the payment only after 2-3 days and we don't have money for diesel, so we prefer direct cash customers than the ola money customers. i think you guys should do something about this. it is totally impractical to be carrying around cash in my hand. i use ola up and down to work and cover a distance of more than 40 km per day and the total cost for a day comes upto around 700 bucks - am not expected to carry this amount for cab on a daily basis and hence i prefer recharging my wallet periodically. either you should train your drivers about this ola money concept/credit their money immediately. it is so atrocious of both your part and your drivers' part to expect the customer to carry a comprehensive amount of cash on a daily basis.

    Took ola share on 26 june 16, attached is reference. Unfortunately i left my laptop in the cab and got down. Immediately i tried reaching out to the driver, but he never answered my call. I raised complaint with ola within couple of hrs. But ola customer care has been giving some or other reason. Even after 8 days, i sent mail to ola, i get an automated mail, saying that complaint will be raised! I don't expect any favorable response from ola. Please open the attachment and please beware of this robber driver! Ola hires goons, robbers,. List goes on! Whhat the heck ola is doing in the name of back ground verification? Ola should be banned completely if they cant assure security of passengers!

      I have had a very bad experience with ola cabs in pune particularly. mostly, whenever, i have booked them for drop at pune railway station or airport, the drivers do not respond and in the beginning itself they want that they should be paid rs.85 or rs.100, more, as the airport authorities do not allow them to keep the car inside the airport for more than 2 minutes. similarly, when i have booked the car with ola for pick up from the airport, the drivers made me come out of the airport and only then picked me up. further more, the drivers first ask you as to where you want to go and it is their sweet will, whether they want to take you or not.in some cases they refuse and ask you to cancel the booking or they themselves cancel the booking after just giving one ring call to your mobile. if you call back, their reply is that they have cancelled the booking. this is very bad behaviour on the part of the drivers and several times ola were contacted and they have not responded. the railway authorities, the airport authority of india are also equally responsible. the city administration is also responsible. no one takes any responsibility and the poor citizen of this country is left to bear the brunt. i am very sorry to bring this, but this is the truth and unless action is not taken, indiscipline will grow and ruin this country. my

          I have been using ola since it was lunched in pune. But now a days the drivers either dont turn up or the delay a long. For the sharing cab option they say we do n accept sharing. Why the hell they show me on app. There in no customer care. Also when you put a complaint they just say sorry. I wont ever prefer ola and would ensure that i spread the same to others.

            I received this msg tonight.
            The fact is when i booked the ride i mentioned that i want pick up from ajmeri gate ndls rly station but the driver tipd me ge us at the opposite side that is pahar ganj. i spoke to the driver in his mobile and told him that stay there i will board the taxi from paharganj itself. i was occupied with my laugage and was not able to ans his call and he cancelled the ride.
            My question is when had told him to stay there at paharganj why he have cancelled the ride.
            This has happened with me twice.
            Trainings to drivers are highly recommend.
            Need an assistance.

              Good evening sir,
              Myself Santanu had booked a ola cab from Bandra railway station to come to IIT Bombay campus. But the driver Ayub khan, owner of red coloured Maruti sedane, , misbehaved with me, threw .y bags and didn't give lift t to me. He threatened me not to lodge a complaint and mentioned till today o action will be taken and no action will be taken against him as well. Further, he mentioned that he has great contacts with police and Bhai s and will put me in trouble. He was drunk and still driving in ola cabs, , misbehaved and threw my bag out.

              Please lodge a complaint against him and take necessary actions.

                I booked the cab on 11th july from secunderabad station to my home. cab driver is too much harsh, he uses abuse language.
                As i told him that i'm having luggage and mom with me so i cant walk with luggage, i request him to come at secunderabad staion exit point, but he refuse to come there and abuses me on phone.
                Cab driver name is krishna-[protected] with silver verito ts09ua5933. i request ola to take necessary action against him.
                Kindly respect the customer.

                  We took a ola prime on 9th july 2016 in bangalore.

                  I always pay by ola money and had 730 rupees in it. At the end of the ride, the driver informed us that he is not getting a confirmation of money being deducted and also showed us his tab and it was still frozen for a while. So we paid him by cash (782 was the total bill). After a few minutes, i received a message from ola that 730 has been deducted from my account. This has happened before and i have been refunded the money in most cases. So naturally i called ola customer care and informed them of this issue.

                  They obliged and made an enquiry from the driver where the driver told them that he did not receive any cash from us.

                  I have got a mail saying they will not refund the money to us. We have paid 782 plus 730 (Ola money)

                  As a regular customer i am very disturbed that instead of creating more awareness amongst the drivers, they decided to believe him and not refund the money.

                  Please register this complaint.

                  I booked the cab to pick me up and set my location as it was urgent to me to go somewhere .When I called the cab driver he refused to take me to my destination and dropped my phone .I was so late to my destination and I was so angry about it .

                    I have booked ola micra cab on 08/07 at 13:10 pm through mobile number [protected] and got a message at 13:12 pm - "mr. Rajiv ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white swift hr61c4243" but the person came at my place around 2:10 pm. My dropping was anand vihar terminal but he has chosen the wrong route and around 3:25 pm he was near okhla. My train time was 4:55 pm then i said to drop at near by metro station - so that we can reach the station.

                    Then he drop me at govind puri metro station but unfortunately we couldn't reach the station in time.

                    Can driver don't know any place nither in faridabad nor in delhi. He just joined the ola one month back.

                    When he don't know the route then why company hired him?

                    I have to cancle my tickets from both site and also pay to cab driver at that time rs. 330 (From faridabad to govindpuri metro station.) - which i do not want to pay but we were in hurry at that time.

                    Now i need my money back.

                    Please do what need to be done and let me know.

                      I were traveling from delhi to bangalore on 11 july 16, booked cab driver name was mudala giriyappa, silver indica at bangalore airport.. I was with my wife and 1 year old kid, with 3 baggage, 2 baggage i my self lifted and arranged in car.. Driver didn't help me to arrange my baggage and asking extra money to travel with my another bag. And while arranging baggage he was talking rubbish telling me stop doing this circus.. And laughing on me etc. It was literally a mental torture.. Finally i cancelled booking.

                        I booked a cab in mangalore as my car broke down and my sister and a baby was there with me booking time 6.54pm date july 11 booking number crn[protected], the app said the car will come in 3 minutes and the car was very nearby but even after wating for 10 minutes it didn't come the app showed the car was in the same position as before when i called the driver sunil rao, he was very lazy and started asking were u want to go and all details and with great difficulty said he is coming, but after waiting for 5 more minutes again called him he said he is coming but app showed he didn't move at all, but after few minutes i got a call from ola that the booking was canceled as driver informed ola that the client canceled the booking... Really worst service ever.. I was desperate to get a taxi and i didn't get a taxi and had to struggle and wait for a long time in rain with a baby and i am thinking of writing against ola in social media and spread awareness that never ever book a ola cab they are totally fraud and liers and support local cab service who are much more prompt.. Doesn't matter if they charge little more but are not frauds like ola.

                          I booked a cab from Ola from the phone no +91 [protected]. I had my cell phone in charging mode and got down at Cox town Bangalore. While i got down to bring change, the driver eloped with it, I immediately called on my no several times and also called his number collected from OLA. He isn't answering on neither of the mobile. I raised complaint with OLA customer care and there are no actions from them. The driver and device both are untraceable is the answer I receive from OLA. They don't care for customers.

                            I think so i have now given up and decided to complain about ola. They are no longer a better service company. I had made booking for myself on july 11 2016 at 6 pm for cab required at 8pm. I was suppose to catch train to go out of station. Unfortunately i am on verge of missing my train thanks to this disgusting service of ola. Not sure who is responsible. I received ride confirmation as 6:35 pm for crn[protected]. I was expecting driver to pick me up but as usual ola cab driver cancelled the booking at 8 pm and made me scrambled to run on last moment. This is now started to happen as a trend and see no point in booking ola. Another instance my wife had booked ola few days back and after waiting for half an hour for driver she cancelled the booking result of that she was fined for cancelling the booking. My question when driver cancels the booking who is responsible for payments and mental trauma that we get into. I decided to stay from such service which is not reliable and trust worthy

                              I just ride 13 km for that the total supposed to be rs.128 but they mentioned something as hidden charge as peak hours. This is highly disappointment and disgraceful for the regular customer like me. My questions are 1) 3 o clock is peak hours? 2) did you inform me while booking cab that there would be peak hours charge? 3) why should i pay ride time fare (This is highly rediculous) 4) peak hours charge total 1.8x which is kind of malpractise against customers, who gave you authority to decide charge like this as you have demand so you can decide as per your wish???

                                A Ola cab driver, driving Maruti car no is attached on 11.07.2016 around 10.45 am
                                Hit my standing car (at traffic) from back side with high speed uncontrolled manner.
                                After this incident I scold him for the same and then he abused with me that not too much damage leave it and tried to escape himself by this act.
                                I am noticing that many cab drivers are not drive well with obeying traffic rules.
                                Also receiving same reposes from others regarding cab drivers complaints.
                                It is very dangerous that such drivers are intentionally trying to get into line and dashing to other cars.

                                  I have booked a ride from near sarita vihar metro station to noida sec 19 pocket a.
                                  The driver picked me at 18:10 hrs and he accepted another ride after 15-20 min from okhla to sarita vihar. I had to come sarita vihar again, wasting my 20 min. Also the driver is continuously watching videos on his phone. He is eating tobacco/guthka even after i told him not to. Now he is threatening me that his gas will be over in mid way. Totally frustrated by his behaviour.

                                    I booked a ola cab from the domestic airport to vasai. i confirmed the booking and the driver details vijay bachute [protected] was sent. i called him stating that i was at the b1 domestic airport arrival pickup point. first he said that he was behind a ambulance for which i said there was no ambulance in the vicinity then he asked where i was again for which i gave him the details again. 10 min of no show i called him again he said he came to the arrival point and he did not find me which was just blunt lie. i my son and my wife standing at a almost empty arrival pickup point and missing his car was just not possible. i repeatedly tried calling him but he was out of range. he called once after that i kept saying hello and there was no response. 20 min now of this lying i cancelled my booking. then called him for which he immediately picked up the phone and said you have cancelled the booking and i have moved on as if he just wanted that to happen. i tried to book another cab but was not allowed as if the mistake was mine. totally disappointed with the ola service. i was recommending to everyone before now will tell everyone not to take the service anymore.
