Hi,
I booked a sharing cab yesterday morning. I got a msg after booking confirmation.
I called up driver & asked where he is? Driver said he is near to my place and reaching soon. I called up after 15 min he said i am not able to identify the root.. I explained the root to him (He was behind my colony). And after 2 min he cancelled the ride by stating that he is not able to find out the root.
I again booked 2nd cab & 2nd driver also cancelled the ride with the same reason.
It has wasted my 1 hour & i got late in reaching office which resulted a cancellation of my important meeting.

This is not happening for the first time, few days ago i booked a cab & driver did not picked up my call (Called up 10 times). & the i got a msg from ola that driver is waiting outside.. But there was no one waiting outside.

Whats the point of providing the facility if your driver/ ola can not provide the service?

This is really really disappointing!!

        When i booked an ola cab today at 5:15pm, i got a message that cab no. ka01ab2861 (driver veerapan; cell no. [protected]) was on the way to pick me up. after having waited for 5 minutes, i called the driver. he did not take the call though the phone was ringing. when i gave a call again, i got a message that the phone has been switched off. i had to book another cab to reach by destination. however, i have received intimation that the trip was made and an amount of rs.83 was paid by me. this is false and i suspect mischief by the driver.

          This is to bring to your notice that on 5th july i. e. today at about 6.30 pm i was driving my car and at samta mulak crossing also know as 1090 crossing due to vip movement all traffic coming from golf club side was diverted towards balo adda. it being peak hour traffic was highly congested and was moving at snale speed. just behind me your co. cab was moving with no passenger in it. the driver continuously kept honking the horn without break knowing well that there were traffic movement in all three lanes with no room to give him pass.
          This fellow continued to do this mischief in spite of my giving him serious look as it because his conduct was uncalled for and against the traffic rules and so also against the guidelines issued by high court in recent judgements.
          Having exhausted my patients i had to stop my car and confront him. he behaved arrogantly with me and gave the excuse that since all others were honking, he too did the same.
          I am surprised that a commercial license holder driving a cab of reputed firm is so indifferent to traffic rules and also misbehaves with respected citizens of the city.
          Incidentally i may mention that i am 70 year old and prefer safe and peaceful driving in the city.
          Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
          In case you need the proof of my complaint i can provide you the photographs of the cab and driver.

              The driver was very arrogant, i have been a frequent user of ola but because of that particular driver i am so disappointed.
              He asked me where i was from and i told him i was from nagaland.. He then said aap log toh sab kuch khate ho.. And etc etc and he even asked for what i was eating, even then i didn't bother as i had a train to catch, i even told him i was running late but inspite of that he was driving slow and was on the phone with someone else.. He picked me up somewhere so from my usual pick up point. I am so disappointed about his behavior. Racist!!

                On 13th evening, i booked ola cab (prime) from mumbai domestic airport at 07.50 hrs. i travelled up to vashi bus depot. it costs me of rs. 996/-.

                I am in a situation that i have to pay as bill is generated from app.

                It never costs more than 500/- from ola. few months back i came from same source to same destination at the fare of 320/-.

                  Two weeks before i booked micro cab in ola the fare was normal rate (no peak price), after 10 sec it automatically got cancelled and tried to book again. for my surprise this time the rate was 1.4x and accepted it, the same happened again the booking was cancelled. i was in a hurry and i had no choice and tried booking third time but time the rate was 3.0x and i denied the cab. if i book i would have to pay 1000inr for 10kms.

                  This small incident proves that some fraudulent activity is going on in ola. i tried contacting ola customer care there was no response from them. total useless people. nowadays i am very much comfortable with uber.

                      My parents who are senior citizens booked an ola cab for pune railway station. They requested the driver to help keeping the luggage which was quite heavy inside the cab. This driver whose name is pawan ([protected]) did not even get down from his cab and told rudely "ye mera kaam nahi hai". And my parents did it themselves. I am sorry to state that i didnt expect this kind of behaviour from a driver of reputed cab services.
                      Very disappointed.

                        I booked an ola sedan. The driver arrived late for pick up. We were 6 people including a child of 12 years. The driver was drunk. It was around 9 pm. He told us that he won't be able to take 6 people. We asked him to go. He refused and told us that he could drop us to our destination but we have to pay double the normal ola fare. We denied the proposal. He started verbally abusing us. He caught me by the collar and snatched my phone and cancelled the ride and gave the reason that i changed my mind. He demanded us for the base fare and refused to let us go. Then the locals looked into the matter and saved us from more harassment. I request u to look into the matter so that a common man like me won't have to face such verbal abuse and harassment again.

                          Kindly find attached called proof to driver

                          This is to bring to your notice that dated: 11-jul - 2016 i have booked a vehicle (crn[protected] for drop to my destination and i spoke with driver to come and pic me from my location after few minutes i received a call from ola saying that your booking got cancelled. by that time i was in hurry to go my destination so immediately i booked one more vehicle (crn[protected] it is purely driver's mistake that he don't want to come to my place. on his confirmation unnecessary ola charged me rs 75/-.

                          This is very horrible experience for me. ola cab driver denies so many times to come to said destination (within city)

                          With this inconvenience i have already bear half day salary. but i have not given any complaint

                          Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund my money. & take a very strict action against below given driver detail

                            My name is dhruv dubey and i am a regular user of ola cabs, recently on 11th july 2016 i booked a cab at 4.10 am as i need to catch a flight at 6 am.
                            it usually takes 40 mins to reach international airport from my home but i took a buffer time of 20 mins in order to avoid delay, but to my surprise when i got into the cab i was told by the driver that he is not able to start my trio and due to some issue he won't be able to drop me...

                              Yesterday (13th july 2016) late night i booked a ola cab to drive me from my home zirakpur (punjab) to railway station chandigarh, which is 8.7 km (already i have driven through ola many times). before starting the journey from home, the chauffeur already initiated the journey billing before actually reaching to me for pickup. the crn is[protected]. on convincing him he started arguing and said it is your good luck i have come to pick you up, and i have alredy cancelled the booking.
                              His mobile no is [protected]. kindly look into the matter. he has over charged and indiscipline.
                              After complaint I got a call from number [protected] he said his ID is 214592 and name is Ravi Sharma. He asked me my bank debit card number to refund the amount. Which I feel consumer court does not take such type of action and that to so immediately. Hence I find OLA cab is playing fraudulent at very Large point. Also I refused to share my debit card number. I said you take my bank account number and transfer the refund amount, he said we cannot do this way.

                                I am a army officer, i have used ur service dated 24.08.2016, but your driver charged from me extra. he have not paid anything towards toll tax. but he charged in the bill. i am a army officer, there is no toll tax on us, every thing is exempt and i have save the toll tax after showing my army card.
                                So pls refund the rs 150\=

                                I have so many time registered the mail by mobile and mail. but there is no response.

                                  All your drivers object to ola wallet. they prefer direct cash. i take an ola to work daily and your drivers tell me they don't find the ola cash beneficial. they tell me that ola credits the payment only after 2-3 days and we don't have money for diesel, so we prefer direct cash customers than the ola money customers. i think you guys should do something about this. it is totally impractical to be carrying around cash in my hand. i use ola up and down to work and cover a distance of more than 40 km per day and the total cost for a day comes upto around 700 bucks - am not expected to carry this amount for cab on a daily basis and hence i prefer recharging my wallet periodically. either you should train your drivers about this ola money concept/credit their money immediately. it is so atrocious of both your part and your drivers' part to expect the customer to carry a comprehensive amount of cash on a daily basis.

                                    Took ola share on 26 june 16, attached is reference. Unfortunately i left my laptop in the cab and got down. Immediately i tried reaching out to the driver, but he never answered my call. I raised complaint with ola within couple of hrs. But ola customer care has been giving some or other reason. Even after 8 days, i sent mail to ola, i get an automated mail, saying that complaint will be raised! I don't expect any favorable response from ola. Please open the attachment and please beware of this robber driver! Ola hires goons, robbers,. List goes on! Whhat the heck ola is doing in the name of back ground verification? Ola should be banned completely if they cant assure security of passengers!

                                      I have had a very bad experience with ola cabs in pune particularly. mostly, whenever, i have booked them for drop at pune railway station or airport, the drivers do not respond and in the beginning itself they want that they should be paid rs.85 or rs.100, more, as the airport authorities do not allow them to keep the car inside the airport for more than 2 minutes. similarly, when i have booked the car with ola for pick up from the airport, the drivers made me come out of the airport and only then picked me up. further more, the drivers first ask you as to where you want to go and it is their sweet will, whether they want to take you or not.in some cases they refuse and ask you to cancel the booking or they themselves cancel the booking after just giving one ring call to your mobile. if you call back, their reply is that they have cancelled the booking. this is very bad behaviour on the part of the drivers and several times ola were contacted and they have not responded. the railway authorities, the airport authority of india are also equally responsible. the city administration is also responsible. no one takes any responsibility and the poor citizen of this country is left to bear the brunt. i am very sorry to bring this, but this is the truth and unless action is not taken, indiscipline will grow and ruin this country. my
