I have booked (scheduled) ola cab ride from my home @ pune to pune international airport @ 11.00 pm on 8th july 2016. i got the message that drivers details will be sent 15 min before the scheduled time. i received the details of driver exactly @ 10.45 pm on my registered mobile [protected]. i contacted the driver from the number i received in sms. he picked up and told me that he did not receive the trip from ola and that's why he could not come for pick up. he told me that give him 5 mins he will wait for the trip and call me back. as promised he called me back and told that he did not receive any trip from ola. i asked him any contact number to speak to or email for enquiry, he suggested that check on app the available cars and book again. as per his suggestion i did the same thing and booked again the new trip. the driver came and he took me to the airport. then this morning i saw your email for cancellation charges.
I don't mind paying rs. 50 as cancellation charges as pre your request. but sincerely i request you to look into the matter and if you still think that i am a defaulter i am ready to pay. i tried to call the mumbai telephone number but no one picked up the call.
