I booked a cab from Ola from the phone no +91 [protected]. I had my cell phone in charging mode and got down at Cox town Bangalore. While i got down to bring change, the driver eloped with it, I immediately called on my no several times and also called his number collected from OLA. He isn't answering on neither of the mobile. I raised complaint with OLA customer care and there are no actions from them. The driver and device both are untraceable is the answer I receive from OLA. They don't care for customers.

    I think so i have now given up and decided to complain about ola. They are no longer a better service company. I had made booking for myself on july 11 2016 at 6 pm for cab required at 8pm. I was suppose to catch train to go out of station. Unfortunately i am on verge of missing my train thanks to this disgusting service of ola. Not sure who is responsible. I received ride confirmation as 6:35 pm for crn[protected]. I was expecting driver to pick me up but as usual ola cab driver cancelled the booking at 8 pm and made me scrambled to run on last moment. This is now started to happen as a trend and see no point in booking ola. Another instance my wife had booked ola few days back and after waiting for half an hour for driver she cancelled the booking result of that she was fined for cancelling the booking. My question when driver cancels the booking who is responsible for payments and mental trauma that we get into. I decided to stay from such service which is not reliable and trust worthy

      I just ride 13 km for that the total supposed to be rs.128 but they mentioned something as hidden charge as peak hours. This is highly disappointment and disgraceful for the regular customer like me. My questions are 1) 3 o clock is peak hours? 2) did you inform me while booking cab that there would be peak hours charge? 3) why should i pay ride time fare (This is highly rediculous) 4) peak hours charge total 1.8x which is kind of malpractise against customers, who gave you authority to decide charge like this as you have demand so you can decide as per your wish???

        A Ola cab driver, driving Maruti car no is attached on 11.07.2016 around 10.45 am
        Hit my standing car (at traffic) from back side with high speed uncontrolled manner.
        After this incident I scold him for the same and then he abused with me that not too much damage leave it and tried to escape himself by this act.
        I am noticing that many cab drivers are not drive well with obeying traffic rules.
        Also receiving same reposes from others regarding cab drivers complaints.
        It is very dangerous that such drivers are intentionally trying to get into line and dashing to other cars.

          I have booked a ride from near sarita vihar metro station to noida sec 19 pocket a.
          The driver picked me at 18:10 hrs and he accepted another ride after 15-20 min from okhla to sarita vihar. I had to come sarita vihar again, wasting my 20 min. Also the driver is continuously watching videos on his phone. He is eating tobacco/guthka even after i told him not to. Now he is threatening me that his gas will be over in mid way. Totally frustrated by his behaviour.

            I booked a ola cab from the domestic airport to vasai. i confirmed the booking and the driver details vijay bachute [protected] was sent. i called him stating that i was at the b1 domestic airport arrival pickup point. first he said that he was behind a ambulance for which i said there was no ambulance in the vicinity then he asked where i was again for which i gave him the details again. 10 min of no show i called him again he said he came to the arrival point and he did not find me which was just blunt lie. i my son and my wife standing at a almost empty arrival pickup point and missing his car was just not possible. i repeatedly tried calling him but he was out of range. he called once after that i kept saying hello and there was no response. 20 min now of this lying i cancelled my booking. then called him for which he immediately picked up the phone and said you have cancelled the booking and i have moved on as if he just wanted that to happen. i tried to book another cab but was not allowed as if the mistake was mine. totally disappointed with the ola service. i was recommending to everyone before now will tell everyone not to take the service anymore.

              Your driver (gavirangappa) drivng car ka 44 6388 which is a silver indica charged me 100 rs more than the bill amount which was 852 inr and this driver charged me 952 inr. i booked my ride from bani shankar in bangalore to airport so i was in rush so dint check d bill n paid when he asked for money... the trust has been misused nd this is highly shameful for ola as a company n people working in there... dis was my second and now definitely last ola drive.. if a company reaches peaks den it sees downfalls as well due to its lethargy of workers or irresponsible behaviour... i hope that the issue resolves soon... the booking number was crn[protected]

                  I am using OLA cabs from past 5 months to commute b/w office and home. Earlier, I used to have to no problems while booking and travelling but now facing problems while booking ola share and apps seems to be crashed suddenly, every time I try to book. I un-installed app and reinstalled again but then also problem there. I installed lates t updates from Google play-store but then also problem exists. I checked all the possible options to resolve this issue.This problem with only ola-share but not for other travel options.

                    I had booked a cab around 2:30am on 10th july'16 from shivaji nagar bus stop to marathahalli... after the ride the bill amount was 140rs and i gave 540rs to driver... and im not aware to ask my change back. after reaching the home i think about the balance amount. and i was calling the driver to ask the balance 400rs. first he told me i am giving only 140rs. after that he called me again and accept i gave 540rs only and he will give the balance amount in sometime. at the moment i called ola customer care and i told the whole story but the person was speaking with driver side. its not about the matter of 400rs but you guys are loosing the standards in society what people are thinking about ola...

                      I use ola share cab everyday to and fro for work. I would like to complain about a fellow passenger during my Ola share cab journey this morning .The name of the passenger is George. The passenger was unnecessarily striking conversations with me even after I displayed my absolute disinterest all through the trip and his presence and content of conversation was very discomforting . This passenger refused to get down at his destination as shown by GPS and took us through many lanes and by lanes getting us (me and another passenger) very late for work. Once we reached his destination, he refused to pay and asked us to wait for an hour. I walked out after paying my share and took an auto to get to work. The driver is still waiting at that location to get his payment . Please note that all through this journey the driver was very sincere, sensible and was trying his best to make me feel safe and help me.
                      May I request OLA to please take cognizance of the situation and have star ratings for passengers given by the co-passengers to at least rate whether certain clients are apt to travel with others.
                      As for this situation, I request that this person is not allowed to pool cabs with women in future.
                      Its been 2 days i've been booking ola autos... i booked 20 autos in just 2 days... though being free none of the auto persons are either coming or picking up the call... some of them say they dont know where to come so they are not coming.. and some even after confirming the call are not showing up

                        I booked a cab with ola for a ride to the airport, the can driver first of all was very late and didnt reach the destination on time. While on his way of reaching my destination, he took another person for his drop and when i called him to ask where he has reached he told me i took someone else and asked me to cancel the ride from my phone. This is very unprofessional and i am highly disappointed with ola

                          I have pre booked an ola ride on 10th july 2016, 2 days prior to the journey.[crn ~[protected]]. i had a very important examination to attend & thats why the ride was very crucial to me.
                          The driver dipak ([protected]) [car no. ~ wb04f2859] though arrived 10 minutes before the shedule time, but as he got to know my destination was minto park, he directly denied/refused to take me & cancelling the ride by himself he went off.! at that crucial time neither the ola authority contacted me nor did they provide any other alternative! what utter blasphamy is this?! is this your sense of customer care?!
                          I used to to have a good trust in your company & occasionally used to take ola rides. but yeasterday's experience made me to think afresh...!

                            This company is drinking customers blood. Don't know how the concern departments are leaving it just like that. Someone should initiate a constructive control action on ola.

                              Hi I want to bring this concern that one of the ola driver in bangalore with white color Ritz car Number: KA 05 AF 3471, is looting people mobile and money. He used to knowingly hit others vehicles and in return he used to ask money saying that his vehicle got damaged and takes vehicle key and their costly Mobile.
                              He has a gang of 2-3 people who come in between and ask other guys to pay money. Specially they do to a person who is driving alone. I really want to bring this issue in front of media because these type of people taking advantage of innocent people.

                                I have booked (scheduled) ola cab ride from my home @ pune to pune international airport @ 11.00 pm on 8th july 2016. i got the message that drivers details will be sent 15 min before the scheduled time. i received the details of driver exactly @ 10.45 pm on my registered mobile [protected]. i contacted the driver from the number i received in sms. he picked up and told me that he did not receive the trip from ola and that's why he could not come for pick up. he told me that give him 5 mins he will wait for the trip and call me back. as promised he called me back and told that he did not receive any trip from ola. i asked him any contact number to speak to or email for enquiry, he suggested that check on app the available cars and book again. as per his suggestion i did the same thing and booked again the new trip. the driver came and he took me to the airport. then this morning i saw your email for cancellation charges.
                                I don't mind paying rs. 50 as cancellation charges as pre your request. but sincerely i request you to look into the matter and if you still think that i am a defaulter i am ready to pay. i tried to call the mumbai telephone number but no one picked up the call.

                                  I booked cab on 10th july 2016 from your app from hazarat nizamuddin stn to anand vihar stn. i got the details if cab and driver which is as below "girgesh kr ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire up17t9173." i called the driver to confirm my location but he replied that he is at the other side of the station and denied to come at my side. i again requested him to come and told him that i have no issue if you take 15 to 30 mins to reach as i was not in hurry. but he simply denied. to make situation worse when i told him that i will report complaint against him. he replied rudely that you may do complaint anywhere and hung up the phone. i do not have problem with not coming to pick me up but it should be done in proper way politely. the way he treated me was simply unprofessional and rude. i recommend ola cab officials to take strict action against the driver as per your policy.

                                    This is to let you know that i am using ola serives for such a long time but still got such a disappointing service. i booked a cab from ghaziabad to noida that it around 24.8 km distance. they charged me 660 rs while for the same journey (noida to ghaziabad) they charged me 350 rs. this is highly disapponting and unethical. could you please look into it.

                                      I booked an ola cab from bhakti vedanta hospital mira road on 9 july 2016 at 10pm. my complaint is as below :

                                      1. driver came late

                                      2. then asked me drop location

                                      3. then asked me whether i will pay cash or ola money.

                                      4. then drove me a little ahead and started acting as if the car is broken down.

                                      5. then drove me to wrong route and got me stuck in traffic while i was supposed to go other way. despite repeatedly telling him to take me right way, he continued driving me on wrong route and finally started telling me to book other cab.

                                        I had installed ola cab in my mobile and travel less than 10kms. the driver asked off rs. 560 because of peak hours (*2.6). and i call to customer care and the person says that a pop-up comes while booking.

                                        I am first to use and not noticed that pop-up message, and we drive to destination. while dropping driver is asking of rs. 560 of total.

                                        I got the fare details & driver/cab details in my mobile.

                                        It is better that we would knew the estimate rate/fare while booking rather than giving just a pop-up message for peak hours.

                                        I suffered a lot to arrange the money on that time, makes me frustrated to my mind & body.

                                        The company fooling common/uneducated people just saying that we gave the pop-up message. it need to elaborate as amount details or by driver rather.
