My ola account to my surprise was deducted rs.120 whereas i also paid in cash rs.120 for my ola auto ride. Earlier also i had taken an auto ride and the auto driver took cash and my account got deducted. Ola is doing nothing but cheating us off our money. I want a call immediately and i want all my money refunded. Previously rs.50 and today rs.120. Is it not unethical to double charge the customer. I immediately lodged a complaint on their support mail and without communicating with me they sent me a mail asking to rate their support service. What am i supposed to give a feedback for? No service? Every time v ride with ola auto ride becomes nuisance.

    ​we have booked a ola cab on 7th june from egmore to kumananchavidi chennai.it was heavily raining he came very late to pick us up.​
    We were new to the

    city the driver dint take the straight
    ​ as was told by the gprs ​
    instead took us through small streets and reached the place by 2hrs which has to be reached by 40 mins.and charged us 830 rupees.he stopped at many places and was talking over phone all through.car number[protected].and the driver name is rajeshkannan
    ​.below attached are the ride details.we have been using ola in vizag too and trusted it to use it in chennai also
    i request you to refund my money immediately or do something before we take a serious action on this issue.we have been cheated .

      On 2- june-2016 i booked ola cab from gurgaon to delhi (In delhi some where).

      Ola has charged rs.352 and ola driver charged 100 as state/toll tax, when i received invoice while actual charge amount is rs252 for ride + 100 for toll, total 352, but driver charged me rs 100 extra. Total i paid to ola rs 452 instead of rs 352.
      Now i am asking for refund, instead of taking action against driver and returning my money back to account, they are saying we will adjust this amount in your upcoming ride.
      This is a straight case of cheating and i request you look into this. I need my cash back.

        It's become a routine with driver refusing to take ride, if we are paying by ola money, they ask us to cancel the ride. Pls ind the details attached for sample reference. Also even they refuse if it's a long ride. Hope customers get justice.           I book your mini cab on 12.06.2016 in Noida 16A to go to Rajendra nagar, Gaziabad. You have allotted car No. DL1YE6299 with driver Sh. Shailendra. However, he terminated journey within a minute and charged Rs 63. I required to book another car from you and completed the journey . I paid the entire dues on spot.

            On 12- june-2016 evening, i booked ola cab from ahinsa khand 2, gaziabad to mayur vihar pahse-1 to return my home.

            Ola has charged rs. 200 as state/toll tax in the invoice while actual charge amount is rs. 100 which is also mentioned in your website. Total amount is paid by me is rs. 430.

            When in morning i went same place charges was rs. 299 by same ola service including the state/toll tax of rs. 100.

            I already traveled this route earlier and tax was only rs. 100.

              We booked ola cab n driver rahul parmar crn[protected] did not arrive on june 5, 16 at 10.15 pm. We tried to call him several times n his phone was switched off. We were surprised at this very unprofessional behavior.. We could have missed our train. Ola claims to be very professional n reliable but this is being cheated... After about 20 minutes i received a bill payment of rs. 74.00 i was shocked as i did not even see the driver n the bill of rs. 74.00 was to be paid. I immediately wrote back that the driver has not even arrived and the second thing i see that you for paying rs. 74.00 not sure where this rahul was and how he managed to manipulate the bill.
              Plz do not hire drivers like this... Hope to get a reply.

                I had booked an ola cab yesterday evening (14/06/2016) around 4 pm from bangalore airport and driver name was harish.
                He claimed that he did not receive the confirmation and was acting for a while and then an ola representative wearing ola t shirt says it is resolved and he will take care. Suddenly after 5 min driver stops the car and says my booking is cancelled and tells me to leave the car and book again in no mans land but booking was cancelled by driver himself.. While boaring i was told that there is server issue so he did not get message and it will be resolved. Out of no choice as i am late, i pay the same driver rs 1500/- for a drop at railway station. I call customer service number[protected] and an unprofessional executive speaks rudely and says do what you want and tells be to book the cab again else get lost.
                I don't understand what is the fun in displaying so many ola representatives who act as if they care customers and ultimately land us in soup. There is a big cheating racket going on and i hope this mail is taken seriously else ola will loose its credibility.
                I have been barking since yesterday but i think nobody is seriously interested to fix this issue.
                Only god can save ola as i lost the whole trust moreover with the response from ola has been so unprofessional until now.

                  The driver of the vehicle abused us and misbehaved at Agra station of cab having regd no.UP80BT9647. For that we have given a complain at nearest police station. The incident happened on 13th may 2016 at about 6.00pm. The language of that driver is very bad. We have gone with our parents to see Taj mahal and my wife has booked the cab.Kindly take Needful action at your end.

                    I booked Ola cab today morning i.e. 15/06/16 from Rahatani to chinchwad, pune cab no. MH-23N5795 driver name Kailas.

                    I travel regularly and travel cost comes between 120-130, the driver stopped the journey twice because of which it costed me 167/ (72 for first half and 95 for second half), when i argued on the same driver started abusing and shouting on me.

                    At the end i paid full amount to driver.

                    while travelling through ola we expect proper service from company and their drivers, they cannot be rude and abusive.

                    I want my money back and would never like to travel with the same driver in future.

                      Parking charge

                      My name is avik i was travelling today by ola from my house to howrah railway station. My complain is they charge 40rs for parking. But i can't take any parking i left ola on road there haven't any parking charges.. When i complain this ola support then told me yes it's chargeable... My question is if i take parking it's fine but if i did't take it then why i pay for it...

                      I have been taking ola cab services in pune.
                      In a matter of 15 days i faced two cheat issues
                      1. On 6th june, when the driver overcharged me above the actuals and was misbehaving
                      2. On 15th june, i took an ola auto by the no. 4961 and the driver's name was sampat kolte.
                      My phone was showing some problem so i relied on his word and he charged me above the actuals giving an excuse that rs. 20 are additional charges than actual

                      I hope that you guys take this matter seriously and look into it.
                      This is a case of cheating and there is no difference between normal auto guys and you in pune on which you bang on

Because of cab driver was demanding extra money in this ride he said you want to pay extra money for this ride due of night extra charge . but if your doing this type of service you loosing your guest and ill forward this message to my friends circle and I am really disappointed for your this of services

                          Stop torturing your customers. I book for an outstation cab at 2am on 12th june and after great promises from the driver and pretentious good service of ola i called the cab driver at 1.30 to 2. 30 for 56th time which he dint pick after which he got untraceable. Wait theres more to it. Seeking for help i called up ola they had nothing to help but yo deny ms2that i ever a booked a cab, after i hot horrified finally that freak accepted i made a booking and asked me to seek help myself as they got no back up for doing this crap. Guys get professional,! Stop bullying. Be doomed

                            I was traveling to some other country for a month and took an Ola cab to IGI airport (Delhi).

                            Cab driver made a mistake and took a longer root and I travelled almost 8-10 KMs out of the root.

                            I had some Ola money in my account which is also deducted from my account even after paying the full amount to cab driver.

                            When I returned back after a month, I realized this and raised a request to customer care but they are not listening to me as I am late in raising my request.

                            I am still wondering and thinking my mistake.

                            Worst customer care services and their processes. Will never recommend this taxi to anyone.

                              I had taken a cab from sarjapur road to infantry road through micro on 11th june (Saturday). As per the policy and advertisement micro charges rs. 6 per km and an ac cab for the micro price. However, i was charged around rs. 277 without ac against the actual of rs. 126 with ac.

                              I would like to raise this complaint and credit the balance amount to my account asap.

                              This is just a lack of interest and irresponsibility on part of ola.

                                Hello.
                                Date of incident: 25.05.16

                                So I had booked an Ola for a drop to the airport, in Delhi. The driver, however, took three wrong turns, despite the navigation, only to have my flight missed. On complaining to Ola, they refunded my trip fees stating it as a consequential loss. However, it wouldn't be wrong to term it a direct, avoidable, intentional loss.
                                This is just a portrayal of sheer lack of efficiency, training on the part of the company.
                                I fairly ask for compensation for the flight missed.

                                  I would like to complain against driver prajwal, for giving invalid contact number and false billing, when i have not availed the services.

                                  It is very unfortunate that ola drivers a cheating the customers like this.
                                  Now days it is becoming a regular practice to cheat people.

                                  I want strict actions against this driver so that he will not repeat such instances.

                                  I booked a car to pick me up from my residence Borivali to Masjid Bandar on 22. 06. 2021. O T P No. allotted me was 7265. I boarded the car and as usual gave O T P no. to the driver. He said it is not reflecting on his screen and insisted me to hand over my mobile to him to confirm . He did some thing on my mobile and started the car. After covering about 100 mtrs. distance he asked me to check my mobile about the fare, to my surprise it was showing 2770 RS. where as at the time of booking it was around RS. 700/- . I told him to cancel the trip. He asked me to pay the cancellation charges of RS. 276/-. Since I was in hurry I gave him 300 RS. (notes of 100+ 2000). and demanded the balance amount. After around 2 minutes he showed me one hundred and one 10 Rs. note saying that this is what you have given. After some arguments I had to pay him another 200/- RS. as I was in hurry.
                                  The drivers car no. was MH 48 F1695.
                                  I would request you to take stringent action and black list the driver in order to avoid inconvenience to the customers and to retain the integrrity of the company..

When I was at work I was getting calls from unknown numbers when checked one guy calls saying have u found any wallet in cab as my fren was travelling in same cab and some gal told that she found wallet .. Some nonsense .. And I again get call saying are u Niveditha from Infosys .. Have u found wallet ..I told no and asked how u got number .. He says ola provided .. What nonsense and what security do we have .. It's my personal info how can it be shared ..
