Date of incident: 25.05.16
So I had booked an Ola for a drop to the airport, in Delhi. The driver, however, took three wrong turns, despite the navigation, only to have my flight missed. On complaining to Ola, they refunded my trip fees stating it as a consequential loss. However, it wouldn't be wrong to term it a direct, avoidable, intentional loss.
This is just a portrayal of sheer lack of efficiency, training on the part of the company.
I fairly ask for compensation for the flight missed.
The drivers car no. was MH 48 F1695.
I would request you to take stringent action and black list the driver in order to avoid inconvenience to the customers and to retain the integrrity of the company..
