I called driver about 10 minutes till 8 so ask his location. He told me about 15 more minutes. When I made the booking I requested a driver who understood English. He did not. At 8:30 I called Ola cabs to ask why I get text message showing journey has started when the driver did not show up? I was put on hold and then was told the driver was there outside waiting. When leaving I wrote down the starting mileage and the driver confirmed it was 16738. Before starting I had the motel concierge come and ask the driver if it was out of the way to take me by a part of the Connault place. He said no so we went. When we left Connault place the mileage was 17773. Drive then drove to some area and parked the car after me paying for some fee. He told me I owed 200 rupees as it was for a licenses or something. I called Ola cabs at 10:34 to complain as I did not know what was going on. No one ever got back in touch with me and I still do not know what that was about. Upon on arrival to Agra at the Taj the driver let another person in the cab who told me he was going to be my guide. I told him I did not need a guide and he insisted on walking with me thinking I would change my mind. The driver had a side deal with that guide to make money off me. While I was trying to eat a lunch in the car before leaving I had numerous people standing out the door wanting to sell me any number of items. At 4:31 I called driver as I was done with the Taj visit. Here are my problems with the driver, he did not speak or understand English or Hindi words like Kith-na for how much? He would not stop to let me buy souvenirs as he keep saying no parking but yet people were parking on the side of the road to buy stuff, His driving was terrible as he would speed up to 110/115 and once up to speed would take foot off accelerator slowing down to 60 KM or 80 then he would repeat the process all over again. NO wonder it took over 3 hours to get there and to drive back. The mileage is in contest as I know what it was when I started and when I left. The driver must have left when I was in the Taj as he was not parked in the same place. When you subtract the end mileage of 17237 from 16738 you get 499 KM driven. The cab meter showed it as 507. I never got a receipt from driver and I feel he ripped me off for some additional fees. How can Ola cabs who run people to Agra on a steady basis no know that a round trip toll is 510 rupees, leaving Dehli on the flyway is 200 rupees and coming back is only 70 rupees? I had numerous conversations about this with different people who are supposed to be in customer service. Unless Ola cabs makes an effort to address these valid concerns I would not recommend their services. I wanted to prepay all on my credit card so I would not pay additional 3% transaction fees and they should have known what the toll charges were.

    I have given a cab request through OLA cabs on 4Jun'14 for a drop till Chennai Airport and that request was made for 5Jun'14. The very next day I got a call from OLA cab driver enquiring me about by pick up point which rather I have mentioned clearly at the time of placing my request, still I have explained very clearly to that cab driver. The driver after collecting the details informed me that he would not be able to help me out since he is too far from my place and he has asked me to inform OLA. I was surprised and managed to call OLA call center and inform them about this, the call center executive apologized for the same which is a regular routine story. Later he has confirmed that he would arrange an alternative with in few minutes. Post 30 minutes I got a call from another cab driver and the same story repeats. He also informed me that he would not be able to drop me to the airport on time since he is too far from my place. Again I have called OLA contact center and informed them. Finally understood the fact that I am going to miss my flight, I took a rick and managed to reach airport but by the time I have reached airport, my flight has departed. Would never suggest OLA cabs to any one and people who believe them would be wasting their time and energy. People with out professionalism. Sincere message to OLA cabs is first you understand what is customer requirement and then start giving service. With this kind of attitude I dont believe you guys could survive in the market. Who is going to bear my loss... Will the OLA management pay for my loss, never.

      Booked cab for 7:30pm on 14th Feb. Had the worst experince ever. The cab Never came. After waiting for 15 minutes when we called the customer service they informed us then that there will be a delay of half an hour i.e... it would reach only after 8. On asking them to arrange some other cab which was near our pick up location, they agreed but that too did not come. The worst part is, on calling the customer service again to check the status, they informed us about delay of another half an hour which means the cab would not reach before 8:3 0. And we had to catch a train at 8:45. These ola guys never informed us either through sms or call about any sort of delay. Only when we called them they updated us and asked us to make our own arrangement when we were left with only half an hour's time. Looks like they had not assigned the booking no: to any cab driver and were simply bluffing us citing reasons for the delay.

        I want to complaint against Ola Cab Delhi. I booked a cab from Janakpuri to Shalimar bagh. The driver reached as scheduled at 6P.M. on 20th October 2013 and covered a distance of 13.9 km in One and half hour and charged Rs 373/- while according to ola cabs the rate is Rs 21/- per km which comes to Rs 292/- for 13.9 Km. When asked the driver informed that the taxi was in jam on roads and hence they have charged for waiting of 41 minutes on the basis of Rs 2 per minute. He asked to contact Customer care of Ola Cabs. When I asked the customer care attendant he also informed the same thing. This is a fraud of Ola Cabs. I request you to look into the matter so that the customers are not harassed like me. I had to pay Rs 373/- for no fault of mine. The CRN No. is 3349870. The driver name was Mr Dharmender whose mobile no. was [protected] and the cab was Maruti Swift Dzire DL 01YD5460.

        I also faced the same issue. But there is no respite. Please spread a word against it to your friends and social forums. It will help a lot. Otherwise nobody has even commented or done anything for it.

          I booked a cab on 11th May for a pick up from Residency road, Bangalore at 12 am. I even got a mail confirming the same. At 11:30 pm I got an sms saying that your cab has been cancelled!!! On calling OLA I was told that due to unavailability the booking was cancelled. This is highly unprofessional. After confirmation how can you cancel, and that too at the nth hour. Will never ever be taking an OLA cab and will spread the word around to all my friends, even those who have the OLA app installed on their phone.

            I booked a cab with OLA cabs for 10:30 AM on 5th Feb, 2013. The booking call was made at 9:09 AM in the morning. I got three confirmation messages of the booking via SMS at 9:12 AM, 9:19 AM and 9:49AM respectively containing the following confirmation no. CRN 1691134.

            I was waiting for the cab at the expected time. But no information was sent to me regarding the driver till 10:00 AM, as promised. I made a call at the helpline no. to inform them about the same. They told me that the cab would be late by 15 mins some thing they should have informed me themselves and well in time . Instead, I got to know about the delay when I gave them a call but the driver information was withheld again. At 10:35 AM I had to call the helpline again to check on the status of the cab at which time I was informed that the cab would be late by another 30 minutes. Following the call, I received the driver details on my phone via SMS at 10:38 AM. On calling the driver directly, I was told that he was at some far off location and it was not possible for him to make it for my pickup for almost an hour.

            Not only was I forced to be late for my office due to the unprofessional and laid back behavior of the mentioned Taxi services, I had to make alternative arrangements in haste which was an uncalled for hassle in itself.

            I booked a cab from Sakinaka to Kandivali for 23:00hrs. Driver Gopal(Mob:[protected]) called @ 21:45hrs to confirmed, i requested him that i vl call him in next 10 minutes, so i called him in 10mins but he did not bother to answer my call, and then my husband tried calling him, then he answered the call, and when asking him to reach the destination. He said that they have cancelled the booking and on top of that he was using abusive language like " jo ukhadneka hai ukhad lo, jisko complaint karna hai karo". after this we complaint the same to their customer care, they did not even bother to get back to us, so spoke to their Team Lead Ajinkya, but even he was useless, not even bother to get back and also he was not able to give the satisfactory answer. These people are just here to cheat the customer. I would suggest people not to travel by OLA Cabs, as they are very unprofessional, specially the drivers and even the customer service is pathetic. They don't know the meaning of Customer Service first of all.
