This is regarding for the dispute in ola money postpaid .
I was booked a ride with OLA on 17th Dec 09:17 AM, Auto CRN:[protected].
While booking the cab I was opt for cash for the ride and paid to the driver. But after finishing the ride receiving an SMS from ola postpaid has also paid for the same ride.
Now OLA asked me to pay Rs.65 in OLA money postpaid wallet.
I didn't opt for this service without informing the customer OLA implemented this mode into my ride.
Why I should pay again twice. I reached to the customer care end no of times but no response received regarding the waive off. They just sending the automated mails only (ref#3860239, 3873234).
I am tracking this from 17th dec they said within 48 hours i will get waived off but still i didnt.

Please help to waive off the amount Rs.65 in my OLA money Postpaid.

    I am 57 years old and an Ex-serviceman of the Indian Army. I was travelled with my wife on Oct 16, 2021 atabout 8.30 PM from my home to Dr. MGR Central Railway Station to celebrate our Corps Raising Day farewell at Palani. I booked a Prime Sedan (White Swift Desire) and driver was very good. Driver dropped us at Railway Station (CRN[protected] and shows the amount required to be paid was Rs. 270/-. I paid the amount of Rs 270/- in cash to the driver concerned without sharing a single word and just said to him that Thank you gentle man. But till date frequently I received the message to my mobile that " Your last Ola ride of Rs 270/-is more than 60 days due. Clear your dues immediately". This is not acceptable level at any one and sending such messages without confirmation is not good to anyone else even a your esteemed cab company. So please go through it and rectify the same immediately. Thank you

      I have travelled in Navi mumbai through Ola cabs and paid money in cash to driver but in Ola app it is showing as payment pending and I get messages to clear the amount. I have tried to reach Ola customer care number but none of it is working. I have also tried to lodge a complaint through app but there is no such option available.

          Same fraud happened with me too. Today i took a cab from ramgarh panchkula to ambala materhi jattwala. Approx 40 km one side. I took a round trip. It show would be approximately 1500 rs. I spend 9 to 8 hours at my destination. my trip was under cover for 11 hours and 121 kms. But when i reached back to my location the bill show 2160/- for 191 kms travelled that's impossible for same distance. And driver took 350/- twice for tax which he never give to anyone. And an ola person call me to ask how much you pay for ride. I told him that driver fraud with me and took 2160+350/-. Then he suddenly cut call after say ok have a good day. I can't understand anything. Can someone help me.

            Pls understand my complaints in below mentioned words.
            On 09 Dec 21, I have paid ₹1492/- twice from my credit card for only one trip because payment status showing try again (two receipts of transactions attached) before ending trip. After trip ended, I have paid ₹39/- in cash to driver because my trip total amount was ₹1531/- instead of earlier estimate of ₹1492/-. I just want you to understand that I have made two transactions of ₹1492/- for one CRN[protected]. Please resolved the issue and get issue refund because for one trip two times money is deducted.

              I have travelled in mysuru using ola from Sayyaji Rao road to Raddison Blu, Mysuru on 28th November at 6:43PM. Auto details are KA09A0885 vide CRN[protected]. Driver name: Mohammed Sujath. Problem faced was
              1. Driver picked me up and asked if I am staying in Raddison Blu. The moment when he got my answer he started demanding more than the money that is coming in the bill

              I booked single ride ola cab from cosmos greens Bhiwadi to MG Road metro station gurgaon.The estimated distance shown while booking was 50 km and fare was rs448.When I reached my destination I was charged rs 1106 for 98km distance and rs 600 for toll tax .whereas actual distance is 50 km and toll tax is rs 70 for single ride.

                OLA HAS NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! I have raised a compliant on 27th OCTOBER to '[protected]@olacabs.com', have received no meaningful/helpful response and it still remains open.

                Details: I have taken an OLA ride on 23 September, 2021 . Below are my ride details:

                Prime Sedan

                I have opted to pay through Gpay, but paid the fare to the driver's personal Gpay account, on his request.

                Attaching the image of payment to the number via Google pay. You may contact the driver, for the same. Blurred the account IDs. Hence get it touch with your staff, confirm, verify and remove the due from my linked OLA account ASAP!!!

                        I have changed the payment mode to cash and booked ola auto. But once the ride got over the payment mode is still shown as gpay. Driver insisted that he can accept only cash and hence paid him cash. But still it's showing as pending amount in Ola app and unable to book cab/auto/two wheeler for any further journey. Please help.

                          On 14th of December Tuesday evening around 4:22pm, I had booked ola for my parents. For this ride, I paid by the cash Rs439 to the driver. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver several times but he said it will automatically disappear the status But it's still showing payment pending. Now because of this I'm not able to book any other ride. Pls do the needful.

                            On 11th October we took trip from Ola cab and after the trip was completed we paid cash to the driver now it's still showing payment is due.

                            We tried to reach to driver after seeing the pending bill. He said we need to do something from our end.

                            Tried to reach out to ola support but it's of no use.

                            Need help to get this issue resolved.

                              I have booked ola for my relative through my account on Dec 6th and they have paid the amount in cash for the journey. But the payment rs.218 is showing pending in my account till now. Please clear this as I am not able to book any ride after this.

                                On Thursday, December 09, I took an ola ride With an estimated fare amount of ₹410, later when I got off the cab, the trip hadn’t ended on my phone and the drive asked me to pay the shown amount that is a whopping ₹769. I was in a hurry to reach office so I simply waited for the trip to end on my phone and pay him accordingly. So I am told the server is down, I pay as I am in a rush to resolve the issue later. What happened next made me delete ola from my phone. The trip showed that I took a short ride of 2.4km costing ₹101. So even when I try to choose the option of I was charged a higher fare, the automated message would say I paid lesser I.e ₹101 for a booking costing ₹410. Ola should really get their ### together!

                                    We travelled from Secunderabad and the price agreed was 264 and upon reaching the destination the driver demands 310 as he claims that is what is showing on his side.

                                    Not sure if ola is doing some illegal practices as it showing one price to passenger and another price to the driver or the drivers are manipulating any glitch in the software!! It is totally disappointing and rip-off in addition to the rude behavior of driver!!

                                    This happened multiple times and need immediate action!!!

                                      I have booked this cab for my brother and payment method i opted was ola money but at the end of the trip. Driver demanded the money from my brother and my brother without knowing that its a prepaid trip, he paid the entire amount...this is disgusting...i am not expecting this kind of service from you people...i am using ola very often, but from now onwards i assure you that i ll never use it and i am going to complaint against you in consumer court and i am sure i will write about this incident on every social media platform...i want my amount back asap...
