        I have changed the payment mode to cash and booked ola auto. But once the ride got over the payment mode is still shown as gpay. Driver insisted that he can accept only cash and hence paid him cash. But still it's showing as pending amount in Ola app and unable to book cab/auto/two wheeler for any further journey. Please help.

          On 14th of December Tuesday evening around 4:22pm, I had booked ola for my parents. For this ride, I paid by the cash Rs439 to the driver. But in the app the status showing pending. Regarding this I called the driver several times but he said it will automatically disappear the status But it's still showing payment pending. Now because of this I'm not able to book any other ride. Pls do the needful.

            On 11th October we took trip from Ola cab and after the trip was completed we paid cash to the driver now it's still showing payment is due.

            We tried to reach to driver after seeing the pending bill. He said we need to do something from our end.

            Tried to reach out to ola support but it's of no use.

            Need help to get this issue resolved.

              Hi,
              I have booked ola for my relative through my account on Dec 6th and they have paid the amount in cash for the journey. But the payment rs.218 is showing pending in my account till now. Please clear this as I am not able to book any ride after this.

                On Thursday, December 09, I took an ola ride With an estimated fare amount of ₹410, later when I got off the cab, the trip hadn’t ended on my phone and the drive asked me to pay the shown amount that is a whopping ₹769. I was in a hurry to reach office so I simply waited for the trip to end on my phone and pay him accordingly. So I am told the server is down, I pay as I am in a rush to resolve the issue later. What happened next made me delete ola from my phone. The trip showed that I took a short ride of 2.4km costing ₹101. So even when I try to choose the option of I was charged a higher fare, the automated message would say I paid lesser I.e ₹101 for a booking costing ₹410. Ola should really get their ### together!

                  At the end of the ride, I paid the ola driver in cash however my ola app shows an urgent need to pay the pending amount that was from last ride.

                    We travelled from Secunderabad and the price agreed was 264 and upon reaching the destination the driver demands 310 as he claims that is what is showing on his side.

                    Not sure if ola is doing some illegal practices as it showing one price to passenger and another price to the driver or the drivers are manipulating any glitch in the software!! It is totally disappointing and rip-off in addition to the rude behavior of driver!!

                    This happened multiple times and need immediate action!!!

                      I have booked this cab for my brother and payment method i opted was ola money but at the end of the trip. Driver demanded the money from my brother and my brother without knowing that its a prepaid trip, he paid the entire amount...this is disgusting...i am not expecting this kind of service from you people...i am using ola very often, but from now onwards i assure you that i ll never use it and i am going to complaint against you in consumer court and i am sure i will write about this incident on every social media platform...i want my amount back asap...

                        I booked a ride for my parents. My parents were not enough aware about using smart phone. They took a ride from Aluva, Erankulam to Lissie hospital, Eranakulam. The charge was 338/- . My mother gave him 500/- and asked change from him . He gave them 130/- in cash and told to my parents that he will return 30/- via gpay to my number, since my parents don't know about online transaction very well they caught cheated. I didn't received money from him.

                          I have paid the case to the driver of Rs. 530/- but My wallet card also been debited of Rs. 528/- Why should I pay twice for an single trip. Hence I have raised the compliant to Ola through the APP and also sent an email to them. But no responses. Please refund the money immediately.

                            On 12dec 2021 i booked a cab From rajeev chowk, delhi to sec 15 gurgaon.The payment was through Ola app(phone pay) but could not proceed the same due to system error. so i pay the driver online on his number. The amount was Rs.531/-. After the ride ends my ola app still showing pending amount Rs.531/-. So i didn't pay the amount.so i complained about But i got the reply to pay the amount first and then will refund the amount. But still didn't get any refund. I request please refund the amount as soon as possible.Please do the needful at the earliest.

                            I got the coupon code of Rs 70 which is only one time use. They should have given me atleast rs 500 of refund whether as a coupon to be use till completion of 500rs. As i have been charged of 500 rs.

                                    I used OLA Drive service today. Due to a negligent driver, the car I had rented out from OLA incurred a scratch near the left rear wheel. OLA chose to collect damages and I was happy to pay. However, they deducted the entire sum (2000 INR) deposit amount. Interestingly, they quoted damage charges as 1694.92 (excluding GST) and eventually, charged GST on it to arrive at the figure of 2000 INR. Very conveniently rounded off to the exact sum that was help as deposit from me.

                                    Despite contacting support for multiple times, I get scripted replies from people/bots who don't even read my side of the story. The scratches can be fixed with a marker/deep paint under 700 rupees that I've offered to fix myself. However, I have had no meaningful correspondence from the company.

                                    I was eventually called by customer care who told me that irrespective of what the damage is, the amount charged would be fixed (whatever paid as deposit). This is truly ridiculous but the agent was in no mood to listen. Sad state of customer service!

                                      This is in reference to the Ola Ride which I have booked for my friend from Begumpeth to Kondapur in Hyderabad today, i.e. on 15.12.2021 around 8:40 AM.

                                      The amount paid for such a short distance was Rs. 122. After the ride ended, my friend received a cheap message from the Ola Driver on Whatsapp. I am attaching below the screenshot of the same.
                                      This behavior of Ola with its customers is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. It is really shocking to see how these drivers are behaving with the girls in the broad daylight. I am shocked and disappointed that how Ola is recruiting such cheap people in its Company. This is really unsafe for female booking ride through OLA.
