OLA HAS NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! I have raised a compliant on 27th OCTOBER to '[protected]@olacabs.com', have received no meaningful/helpful response and it still remains open.
Details: I have taken an OLA ride on 23 September, 2021 . Below are my ride details:

I have opted to pay through Gpay, but paid the fare to the driver's personal Gpay account, on his request.
Attaching the image of payment to the number via Google pay. You may contact the driver, for the same. Blurred the account IDs. Hence get it touch with your staff, confirm, verify and remove the due from my linked OLA account ASAP!!!
